In existing urban rail transit system, because of long construction period, train-ground communication system for different rail lines may use equipment from different manufacturer, that will bring challenges for management of metro company, even, it may result in emergency brake of train or traffic safety when a train is going across different lines. In this paper, we first study relevant demands of TD-LTE train-ground communication interconnection, an interconnected TD-LTE train-ground communication system for the urban rail transit system is designed next, in order to test the interconnected TD-LTE based train-ground communication system performance, an indoor testing environment is set up. The programmable attenuators and EIT-Monitor are used to simulate the real urban rail transit environment and monitor signal from different network equipment. Final test results prove that the designed interconnected TD-LTE train-ground communication can be applied to current train control system, which completely satisfies the demand of subway operation in urban rail transit system.

This paper introduces a novel and light weight lower extremity exoskeleton, used for carrying heavy load in the individual soldier combat system. This exoskeleton has six degree of freedom per leg, only one of which is powered by the motor. In order to provide a reference for the exoskeleton mechanical structure and drive unit, the mechanical topology is designed and analyzed by Adams software to make a optimization and derive the drive joint kinematic parameters. Considering the safety and comfort for the wearers, a gravity balanced system has been designed in the hip joint to supply power for movement. The critical hardware arrangement aspects and control system are summarized.

This paper describes the basic digital knowledge of real time digital simulator (RTDS) user define component model (UDC) technique. Aim at assembling capacitor and with transient simulation compare between the UDC component's responses and the same one drafted from the RTDS component library, the paper validates that the UDC model could have a high degree of agreement with RTDS library components, while do not impact the simulation quality.

PHN (Phase Noise) can lead to CPE (Common Phase Error) and ICI (Inter-carrier Interference) especially in the Multi-Carrier transmission system. Most existing methods usually estimate the PHN by adding redundant pilots and virtual carriers and then recover the signals by the estimated PHN, which decrease the transmission efficiency. A tensor-based signal detection method is proposed to deal with the signals' recovery in wireless communication system with MIMO (Multiple-Input Multiple-Output) and OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing). The benefit of the proposed tensor-based method is that it can directly recover the received signals at the base station without estimating the phase noise in advance and can fulfill both the PHN estimation and the signal detection at the same time during the iterations. The proposed method also reduces the number of redundant pilots and virtual carriers, thus improves the data's transmission efficiency. Simulation results indicate that the proposed signal detection method can generate satisfied performance on BER (Bit Error Rate) and demonstrates the effectiveness of the tensor-based communication signal analysis method.

Access to the power system with different proportions and different locations, the impact of distributed photovoltaic power on the load characteristics in distribution network can not be ignored. Based on the establishment of typical IEEE 14 node distribution network, the impact of photovoltaic power generation system on composite load characteristics, with different capacity ratios, different locations, was studied. Matlab system simulation analysis showed that the distribution network load characteristics suffered the photovoltaic power generation system greatly with the increasing capacity ratios. Under different locations, the impact of photovoltaic power generation system on the distribution network is relevant with the location of common connection point (PCC) and size of the slip load. The more PCC nears the end of the distribution network and the smaller slip load, the greater comprehensive load characteristics suffers. At the same time, the influence of capacity is apparently greater than that of location, and plays a dominant role in the factors.

Utilizing the sparsity of the clutter time delay, a novel clutter cancellation method based on sparse representation is proposed to improve the cancellation performance when fractional time delay exists in the clutter of the surveillance signals. The proposed method performs the cancellation by transforming the clutter cancellation problem to the sparse signal reconstruction problem, in which the spectrum division technique is introduced to establish the signal model of the clutter time delay measurement. Taking advantage of the sparse representation theory, high estimation accuracy and resolution of the time delay are achieved in the proposed method. The simulation results prove that compared with the traditional methods, the proposed method improves the clutter cancellation and weak target detection performance when there exists clutter with fractional time delay at low signal-to-noise ratio.

A novel approach for H∞ robust PID synthesis is developed for wastewater treatment system. In operational terms, the simplification model is obtained by simplifying the Activated Sludge Model No.1 (ASM1). The main objective of this paper is to synthesize a robust PID control structure, which keep the substrate concentration and dissolved oxygen concentration below standards by law with the various disturbances. Different from the traditional design method, the robust PID controller is designed based on the H∞ specifications in combination with a genetic algorithm (GA). The genetic algorithm is used to tune the optimized PID controller parameters constrained by H∞ specifications. The simulation results show that the closed-loop wastewater treatment control system satisfies given multiple H∞ specifications and has fast tracking ability and good ability to overcome the noise disturbance. The proposed idea also can be used to deal with many complex output feedback control problems.

With the development of Internet technology, online job-hunting plays an increasingly important role in job-searching. It is difficult for job hunters to solely rely on keywords retrieving to find positions which meet their needs. To solve this issue, we adopted item-based collaborative filtering algorithm for job recommendations. In this paper, we optimized the algorithm by combining position descriptions and resume information. Specifically, job preference prediction formula is optimized by historical delivery weight calculated by position descriptions and similar user weight calculated by resume information. The experiments tested on real data set have shown that our methods have a significant improvement on job recommendation results.

Support Vector Machine (SVM) is one of widely-used text classification method. Although SVM performs well in practice, SVM encounters two problems: the data distribution is not taken into consideration in the process of classification and its performance is greatly influenced by noises. In view of this, Fuzzy Support Vector Machine based on Manifold Discriminant Analysis (FSVM-MDA) is proposed and Web text classification system is constructed based on Manifold Discriminant Analysis (MDA) and the fuzzy technology. The advantages of the proposed method are (1) it takes both the global and local characteristics into consideration; (2) it has the ability of noise-resistance. Comparative experiments on the authentic datasets show that the proposed method performs better than traditional method SVM.

Internet of Vehicles, an emerging industry, is being gradually popularized and applied. This paper is to propose a new construction method to neural network ensembles that based on the key technology to multi-sensor data fusion of Internet of Vehicles system, which is an effective solution to the problems such as the information collection about vehicle traffic. Training a group of neural networks Independently, and then use discrete particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm and describe all possible neural network ensemble when the value of particles is 0 or 1 in multi-dimensional space. The estimated value to predict error of the network integration is expressed by correlation degree among individual networks that made up of integration, and it will be used as the fitness function during the optimization process. We will select the individual networks which has much differences among the parts that get involved in neural network ensemble.
