This study aims: to describe how families construct online learning policies are reviewed from the differentiation of economic background as well as supporting factors and inhibitory factors. The research approach uses descriptive qualitative. The subjects of the study were parents who had primary school-age children. Data collection techniques using observations, interviews, documentation. The data is analyzed using interactive methods. The validity of the data is tested by triangulation techniques and source triangulation. The results of the study: (1) Family construction on online learning, parents with upper-middle economic level can access education easily, while parents with lower economic levels have difficulty in accessing education. Parent role: Pre-learning: not playing an active role, Learning implementation: active role, Post-Learning: passive-active. (2) Supporting factors: availability of online learning tools, availability of WiFi as internet source, including tutoring children, support from family. Inhibitory factors: inadequate facilities, teacher's lack of creativity in designing online learning, changes in the learning environment make children lose learning motivation, lack of parental knowledge. This study aims to describe the evaluation of the Real-time Online system in the new student admission program at the Yogyakarta City Education Office. The method in this study is a qualitative descriptive study with the CIPP evaluation model. The data collection techniques used in this study are documentation, interviews, and observations. The research data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The validity test of the data used triangulation of sources and techniques. The results of the study show that: (1) Context aspect, policies for implementing the new student admission program with the Real-Time Online system in the Yogyakarta City Education Office are relevant and have referred to Yogyakarta Mayor regulation number 24 of 2018. (2) Input aspect, the availability of human resources has been fulfilled. The completeness and feasibility of infrastructure are still lacking, such as a network that had problems. (3) The process aspect, the implementation of the program is by following the guidelines for the admission of new students to the education, it is being objective, accountable, transparent, and non-discriminatory. (4) Aspects of results, the data of students who register with the capacity for elementary schools have been met, however, for junior high school there are still empty seats. This study aims to describe the implementation of the fun school movement policy in the Covid-19 conditions. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The results of the study are as follows: (1) Implementation of the fun school movement policy in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 9 Bantul: a) Initial communication was through a coordination meeting attended by all school members (teachers and employees). Furthermore, it is socialized to all students, parents and finally inaugurated, b) Resources are supported by the availability of human resources and government assistance, as well as parents of students, c) Policy implementers have adequate commitment, d) The bureaucratic structure is contained in the Decree on the Distribution of Tasks in the Learning Process Teaching, Counseling Guidance, and Additional Tasks for the Odd Semester of the 2020/2021 Academic Year published by the principal. (2) Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 9 Bantul implemented a policy of fun school movements in the Covid-19 conditions. The Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 9 Bantul program consists of GPM (Active Academic, Non Academic and Tahfidz Masemba Achievements), GELIMAS (Masemba Literacy Movement), ODOT (One Day One Thousand), PUTIH (Continuous Publication), FORSIMBA (Committee Synergy Forum), Society and Masemba). (3) Supporting factors are the availability of the Parent Association (POT) forum, teachers and students, as well as the parenting program which is an annual student program, and the existence of good commitment from the principal, coordinator and team, while the inhibiting factor is that some students have difficulties. in the later payment, the issue of state money which is classified as difficult to withdraw. This study aims to describe: (1) the implementation of culture-based education in SMA Negeri 2 Wates; (2) Supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of culture-based education at SMA Negeri 2 Wates. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis of the interactive model data from Milles and Huberman. Test the validity of the data by triangulation of sources and techniques. The results of the research are: (1) Implementation of culture-based education: a) application of the vision, mission and goals of the school; b) adjustments to the curriculum, lesson plans and syllabus of subjects; c) 5S cultural habituation and environmental insight; d) school activities: Kartini's day, school anniversary, ketoprak, work shows, Thursday pahing; procurement of books with cultural insight, and competition in the arts; e) conditioning of school infrastructure and environment; f) extracurricular activities; g) cooperate with the Kulon Progo Cultural Office. (2) Supporting factors: official support, enthusiasm and high commitment from school members, the existence of supporting programs, and the availability of adequate facilities. Inhibiting factors: student responses that show less enthusiasm, changing student interest and low level of understanding, as well as cultural-based educational activities that coincide with other activities. This study aims to describe the implementation as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors of the transfer service program for elementary and junior high school students in PTSP at Disdikpora Yogyakarta City. The type of research used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The results obtained are: (1) Implementation of the student transfer service program at the Disdikpora Yogyakarta City: a) The standard of mutation service is the value of students and the availability of class formations at the target school and the target is the community who wants to apply for a student transfer application. b) Resources in the form of 4 implementing officers from the Junior High School Development Division and Elementary School Development staff and adequate facilities. c) The characteristics of the organization are nimble and able to work well together. d) Relationships between organizations run with communication and coordination during service delivery. e) Environmental conditions are mutually supportive. f) Disposition is reflected in the capability of the executing agent. (2) The supporting factors are complete facilities, adequate human resources, and easy and clear administrative processes. The inhibiting factors a) Officers who are still double jobs so they cannot focus on student transfer services. b) Implementation of mutation services that cannot be carried out fully online. c) The file processing flow is still quite time consuming because of the manual numbering system. d) Not updating the field header for the files that enter the system. This research aimed to describe school culture in the realization of Batik local content based education in 1 Sokaraja State Senior High School. The focuses of this study were deep explaination of school culture which was Batik local content based education and how to realize it. This research used descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected using observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis was done using interactive analysis model by Miles and Huberman namely data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusion. The data were validated using technique and source triangulations. The results of this study indicated that physically and behaviorally 1 Sokaraja State Senior High School has supported the school culture of Batik local content based education. Three basic layers of school culture were assumptions, values, and artifacts. The assumptions of the founders of Batik local content based education at 1 Sokaraja State Senior High School who strongly wanted to elevate the local culture of Banyumas Batik underlie the formation of Batik local content based education. The values that applied were the value of cleanliness, the value of discipline, the culture of courtesy, the value of achievement, and the cultivation of local values. Then, the artifacts were in the forms of supporting facilities, efforts, and programs that support the Batik local content based education.Keywords: School Culture, Local Content based Education, Batik

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the Regional Education Grant in reducing dropout rates in the City of Yogyakarta. The author explored the effectiveness of the Regional Education Grant on its role in reducing dropout rates, so the author explores Regional Education Grant rights in their role in reducing dropout rates for the last 5 years (2015-2019). This research adopted a descriptive quantitative research, this research described the situation that occurred, without testing the hypothesis with secondary data analysis methods which were complemented by the interview method. The population in this research were dropout rates in the city of Yogyakarta during the last 5 years. The data analyses used the regression coefficient analysis and the determination coefficient analysis. The result of this research is that the education security program can not be said to be effective, especially in reducing the dropout rates. The tendency causes were the problems of achievement program that were not maximized yet, especially due to the external factors such as the achievement of Regional Education Grant goals unsupport by public. For example, there was a missunderstanding information, which lead to the highest reason for dropping out rates in the City of Yogyakarta. It was actually triggered by a lack of motivation to learn so that the students were reluctant to go to school, with a percentage of 29.70%.

The author explored the effectiveness of the Regional Education Grant on its role in reducing dropout rates, so the author explores Regional Education Grant rights in their role in reducing dropout rates for the last 5 years (2015-2019). This research adopted a descriptive quantitative research, this research described the situation that occurred, without testing the hypothesis with secondary data analysis methods which were complemented by the interview method. The population in this research were dropout rates in the city of Yogyakarta during the last 5 years. The data analyses used the regression coefficient analysis and the determination coefficient analysis. The result of this research is that the education security program can not be said to be effective, especially in reducing the dropout rates. The tendency causes were the problems of achievement program that were not maximized yet, especially due to the external factors such as the achievement of Regional Education Grant goals unsupport by public. For example, there was a missunderstanding information, which lead to the highest reason for dropping out rates in the City of Yogyakarta. Kemitraan Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) dengan dunia usaha belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) Problem yang terjadi pada lulusan SLB terkait dengan dunia usaha; (2) Modal sosial yang dimiliki SLB PGRI Minggir; (3) Modal sosial dalam membentuk kemitraan dengan dunia usaha untuk lulusan SLB; (4) Faktor penghambat dan pendukung modal sosial dalam membentuk kemitraan dengan dunia usaha untuk lulusan SLB. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis studi kasus. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru, dan dunia usaha yang bermitra dengan sekolah. Setting penelitian ini dilakukan di SLB PGRI Minggir. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model analisis data Miles dan Huberman. Adapun keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut : (1) Problem yang terjadi pada lulusan Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) terkait dengan dunia usaha dikarenakan kurangnya edukasi, kemampuan sosial, perlu pendampingan; (2) Modal sosial yang dimiliki oleh sekolah meliputi kepercayaan, nilai dan norma, jaringan sosial, kerja sama, dan partisipasi; (3) Modal sosial yang terdiri dari kepercayaan, nilai dan norma, jaringan sosial, kerja sama, dan partisipasi mendukung dalam membentuk kemitraan dengan dunia usaha; (4) Faktor penghambat modal sosial dalam membentuk kemitraan dengan dunia usaha untuk lulusan SLB dikarenakan faktor eksternal yaitu perlunya dukungan Pemerintah, diskriminasi, dan faktor waktu. Faktor pendukung adanya faktor internal dan eksternal yaitu keterbukaan sekolah, komitmen dan dukungan stakeholder. Dengan penguatan modal sosial yang dilakukan oleh sekolah maka dapat mengembangkan kemitraan dengan dunia usaha lebih maksimal.

Tingkat kinerja guru dapat terlihat dari prestasi belajar siswa. Tuntutan kinerja guru tersebut memiliki tingkat kesulitan masing-masing pada setiap mata pelajaran yang mereka ampu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi siswa tentang kinerja dengan prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI di SMA Negeri 10 Yogyakarta pada tahun ajaran 2019/2020. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan jenis korelasional. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 176 siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 10 Yogyakarta. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada 11-17 Februari 2020 menggunakan metode Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling yang berjumlah 122 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket berisi 31 pertanyaan yang diberikan kepada siswa, kemudian didokumentasikan. Teknik analisa data menggunakan analisa data rumus persentase, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan uji normalitas, sedangkan untuk uji hipotesis menggunakan uji Pearson dengan bantuan IBM SPSS 24 dan Koefisien Determinasi. Dari hasil uji korelasi pearson menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan signifikan dan berlawanan arah antara kinerja guru dengan prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 10 Yogyakarta dengan nilai signifikansi -0,026 yang mana kurang dari 0,05 dan rhitung lebih besar dari rtabel (0,773 lebih dari 0,176). Karena nilai signifikansi kurang dari 0.05 maka H0 di tolak dan H1 diterima. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan berlawan arah antara kinerja guru dengan prestasi belajar siswa berbanding terbalik. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil adalah ketika kinerja guru semakin tinggi karena prestasi belajar siswa rendah, sedangkan ketika prestasi belajar siswa tinggi, maka kinerja guru menurun. Hasil ini ditentukan perhitungan R2, keberhasilan guru mengajar hanya mampu dijelaskan oleh variabel persepsi siswa mengenai kinerja guru sebesar 0.0676%, sedangkan 99.93% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi kebijakan Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) sistem zonasi pada jenjang SMP Negeri di Kota Yogyakarta serta mengetahui faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat dalam implementasi kebijakan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data interaktif Miles Huberman. Adapun tekik keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan Implementasi Kebijakan PPDB secara teknis berjalan lancar, hal ini didukung oleh penggunaan sistem daring dan kebijakan yang jelas. Keberhasilan PPDB sistem zonasi berdampak pada peningkatan perluasan kesempatan bagi masyarakat Kota Yogyakarta pada usia sekolah untuk mengenyam pendidikan. Faktor pendukung pelaksamaan PPDB adalah dataup to date dan petunjuk teknis yang jelas, sedangkan faktor penghambatnya diantaranya masih kurangnya sosialisasi, kecurangan administrasi yang dilakukan oleh oknum orangtua, serta persebaran sekolah yang tidak merata Kata kunci: Pendidikan, Implementasi, Kebijakan PPDB Zonasi AbstractThis aims of this research is to describe the implementation of zoning system for the New Student Admissions (PPDB) policy at the State Junior High School in Yogyakarta and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing the policy. This study is using a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The data collection was carried out through interviews and documentation study. Miles Huberman models is using for analyse the data. The validity of the data used triangulation of sources and techniques. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of PPDB policies is technically running smoothly, this is supported by the use of an online system and clear policies. The success of the PPDB zoning system has an impact on increasing the expansion of opportunities for the people of Yogyakarta at school age to get education. The supporting factor for PPDB implementation is data up to date and clear technical instructions, while the inhibiting factors include the lack of socialization, administrative fraud committed by parents, and the uneven distribution of schools Keywords: Education, Implementation, PPDB Zoning Policy
