Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor determinasi keputusan orang tua dalam memilih sekolah dasar swasta untuk anak di Kota Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif di tiga sekolah swasta di Kota Yogyakarta. Subyek penelitian adalah orang tua. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner. Teknik analisis data untuk menguji instrumen validitas item menggunakan uji coba validitas isi statistik Aiken’s V dengan jumlah rater sebanyak 5 orang. Sedangkan untuk teknik analisis data berupa validitas, reliabilitas dan uji hipotesis penelitian dilakukan dengan bantuan software Lisrel 8.8. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan semua variabel faktor dalam penelitian mendeterminasi keputusan orang tua dalam memilih sekolah dasar swasta untuk anak. Namun, hanya terdapat 6 faktor yang dominan mendeterminasi keputusan orang tua yakni faktor yaitu tenaga pendidik, kualitas pengajaran, basis sekolah, budaya sekolah, citra sekolah dan fasilitas sekolah. Sedangkan faktor biaya sekolah, lokasi sekolah dan faktor tingkat pendidikan orang tua tidak menjadi prioritas yang mendeterminasi keputusan orang tua.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi kebijakan penguatan pendidikan karakter religius di masa pandemi menggunakan model Grindle, faktor pendukung, dan faktor penghambatnya di SMP Negeri 3 Kasihan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif-kualitatif. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yaitu kondenasasi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data triangulasi Teknik dan sumber. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan implementasi kebijakan penguatan pendidikan karakter religius menggunakan model Grindle. Implementasi kebijakan PPK di masa pandemi dilaksanakan dengan pembelajaran jarak jauh atau belajar secara daring. Sekolah mengembangkan kegiatan-kegiatan sederhana yang berorientasi pada muatan karakter religius untuk dilaksanakan siswa di rumah. Upaya dalam memberikan penguatan pendidikan karakter religius ini, sekolah berpedoman pada Permendikbud Nomor 20 tahun 2018 dan Perpres Nomor 87 tahun 2017 yang membahas tentang penguatan pendidikan karakter dan visi, misi, serta tujuan yang dimiliki SMP Negeri 3 Kasihan.

This study aims to describe the application of gender equality in single parent families in the Spinmotion Yogyakarta community and the impact of gender equality on the academic achievement of children in the Spinmotion Yogyakarta community. Descriptive qualitative research, conducted in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The research subjects are single parents who are members of the Yogyakarta Spinmotion community. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data were analyzed from the informant's point of view with data collection techniques, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data was tested by triangulation of sources and increasing persistence. The results of this study: (1) The theoretical meaning of gender is still understood as a gender difference but in the application of gender roles and work it does not refer to gender. The single parent family of the Spinmotion Yogyakarta community has implemented gender equality for their children. (2) Most of the single parent children who are members of the Yogyakarta Spinmotion community have not experienced any changes in learning at school, especially in academic achievement.Keywords: Gender Analysis, Gender Equality, Single Parents,Academic Achievement

This study aims to describe the Advocacy of the Ombudsman Institute for the Special Region of Yogyakarta in completing the complaints of education problems in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Data validity uses triangulation of sources, techniques, and time. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawings. Research Results: (1) Complaint of Education Problems in DIY Ombudsman Institutions Mapped into a Regular Complaint (Governance of Education and School Management) and Temporary (PPDB), (2) Stages of Advocacy for DIY Ombudsman Institutions, namely the Stage of Preparation (Consultation and Clarification), Implementation Stage (Coordination, investigation, mediation), and stages of assessment (monitoring). Advocacy of DIY Ombudsman Institutions specifically for education, namely educational complaints posts. (3) Supporting factors, namely the existence of pic every education office, complete documents, cooperative attitudes, and monitoring. Inhibiting factors, namely the lack of human resources, community concerns over the impact of the report, the school's violation of the definition of donations and levies, the final product recommendations as input, and the wrong perception of the public.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) mengetahui prediksi ketercapaian APK/APM Pendidikan Menengah di Provinsi Jawa Tengah, 2) mengetahui prediksi ketercapaian APK/APM Pendidikan Menengah kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Jawa Tengah, 3) mengidentifikasi kebijakan dan program yang diberlakukan oleh Pemerintah Jawa Tengah dalam meningkatkan angka partisipasi pendidikan menengah, dan 4) menganalisa kebijakan berdasarkan hasil prediksi APK/APM untuk meningkatkan angka partisipasi pendidikan menengah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian campuran. Analisis data kuantitatif menggunakan tren model kuadrat terkecil dan data kualititatif menggunakan model interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) APK Pendidikan Menengah di Jawa Tengah diprediksi dapat mencapai target PMU 97% pada tahun 2025 dan diprediksi mencapai 97,957%, sedangkan APM hingga tahun 2030 belum bisa mencapai 100% dan diprediksi mencapai 84,624%. 2) Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan Analisis Tren APK/APM Pendidikan Menengah Kabupaten Temanggung, Kabupaten Wonosobo, Kabupaten Blora, dan Kabupaten Jepara menunjukkan peningkatan, sedangkan Kota Surakarta dan Kota Semarang mengalami penurunan. 3) Pemerintah Jateng membagi kebijakan dalam aspek operasional kelembagaan, personal siswa, peningkatan akses, dan mutu dalam meningkatkan partisipasi Pendidikan Menengah. 4) Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Provinsi Jawa Tengah menindaklanjuti hasil tren dengan cara mempertahankan dan meningkatkan partisipasi pendidikan menengah.Kata kunci: tren, angka partisipasi, pendidikan menengah, rencana kebijakan.

This study aims to describe policies, policy implementation strategies, constraints, and efforts to overcome obstacles in implementing policy implementation strategies to improve the welfare of honorary elementary school teachers in Bantul Regency. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data analysis used an interactive model. Test the validity of the triangulation technique and source data. The results of the study explained that the government, local government and schools in Bantul Regency established and implemented a series of policies to improve the welfare of honorary elementary school teachers, including: provision of regional incentives, certification, BOS, and PPPK procurement. The local government through the Bantul Education Office and SDN 1 Bantul and SD Unggulan Aisyiyah implement policy implementation strategies: (1) Bantul Education and Youth Organization: coordinate with the Regional Government in an effort to increase incentives and recruit new honorary teachers who receive regional incentives, (2) SDN 1 Bantul and SD Unggulan Aisyiyah implement regional and school policy strategies are in accordance with predetermined policy administration procedures. In implementing the strategy, each institution faces internal and external obstacles and has its efforts to improve the welfare of Honorary Elementary School teachers in Bantul Regency. The Smart Indonesia Card Policy in reducing the number of children who drop out of school is not optimal. The purposes of this research are to describe: 1) The implementation of the Smart Indonesia Card Policy in reducing the number of children who drop out of school at SMP N 1 Poncowarno, 2) The impact of the implementation of the Smart Indonesia Card in an effort to reduce the number of children who drop out of school at SMP N 1 Poncowarno, and 3) Factors that support and hinder the implementation of KIP policies at SMP N 1 Poncowarno.This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation. The subjects of this research were staff of the Kebumen district office planning, school principals, school KIP managers, students of KIP recipient, parents of KIP recipients, and students who had dropped out of school. The data analysis technique used Milles and Huberman’s model, namely interactive analysis. The data validity used source and technique triangulation.The results showed: 1) Smart Indonesia Cards are communicated through regular socialization. Supporting equipment resources are computers and Wi-Fi. The number of managers at school is deemed insufficient. School plays a role as the person in charge. 2) KIP has not maximally reduced APS. 3) Supporting factors: good communication, coordination, socialization and cooperation among policy implementers, as well as supporting facilities. The data analysis technique used Milles and Huberman’s model, namely interactive analysis. The data validity used source and technique triangulation.The results showed: 1) Smart Indonesia Cards are communicated through regular socialization. Supporting equipment resources are computers and Wi-Fi. The number of managers at school is deemed insufficient. School plays a role as the person in charge. 2) KIP has not maximally reduced APS. 3) Supporting factors: good communication, coordination, socialization and cooperation among policy implementers, as well as supporting facilities. The inhibiting factors are lack of management personnel, student negligence and not being on target. This research aims to: 1. Describe the trend in the enrollment rate of SD and SMP in Gunungkidul; 2. Describe the policies and programs that have been provided by the Gunungkidul Government to increase enrollment rates for elementary and junior high schools; 3. Describe the follow-up action of the Gunungkidul Government after seeing the trend of elementary and junior high school enrollment rates in Gunungkidul Regency. This research uses descriptive quantitative research with secondary data analysis which is equipped with interview method. Analysis of the data using trend analysis of the number of least squares with the type of linear model and the equation Y = a + bx. The results of this study are: 1. The trend of GER for SD and SMP in 2019-2028 in Gunungkidul tends to decrease; 2. Policies and programs of the Gunungkidul Government through PIP, scholarships and social assistance, compulsory education movement programs, retrieval programs, google for education, and education and training for educators; 3. The Gunungkidul government is following up on the results of the SD and SMP GER trends by validating data, continuing effective programs, and maximizing retrieval programs. The purpose of this research is to describe the inculcating value in strengthening character education in SMP Negeri 8 Yogyakarta. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The subjects in this research were the principal, educators, students and parents/ guardians of students. Data collection techniques were using observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used the Milles and Huberman model, namely using the data condensation step, presenting the data, and drawing conclusions. Test the validity of the data in this research using triangulation. The research results showed that: (1) Guidelines in inculcating values with the 2013 curriculum, syllabus and document books (rules of conduct). (2) The process of inculcating character values at SMP Negeri 8 Yogyakarta uses three ways, namely by providing understanding / knowledge, through habits, and through good examples conducted by school principals and educators. (3) The values implanted are religious, nationalist, independent, mutual assistance and integrity values. (4) The supporting factors are the culture of the school, facilities and infrastructure, good relationship with the school community. The inhibiting factor is the understanding of different school members about character education, so it takes patience and hard work from the school in an effort to equalize perceptions so that the implementation of character education is as expected, educators who have not maximally provided understanding, and low parental understanding. The purpose of this study are: to describe the tren of children’s dropping out rates from primary education, describe the factors that influence the change in the tren line of children dropping out of school in primary education in Bantul Regency, and describes policies and follow-up actions taken by the government to reduce dropout rates in Bantul Regency. This research is a descriptive quantitative research. The data was obtained from the Dikpora Bantul and analyzed with the least squares trend. The results of this study are: 1. At elementary level (SD/MI) in Bantul Regency, there is an increasing tren and has not reached 0%. At junior high level (SMP/MTs), there is a decreasing tren and has been reached 0%. 2. The results of tren analysis are influenced by internal and external factors that cause children to drop out of school; 3. Policy in the Elementary School sector, namely to activate compulsory education programs, social assistance, and inclusive schools. Follow-up in the SD sector by increasing public awareness, collaboration with various cross-agency. The SMP sector carries out a policy of completing the 9-year compulsory education program, simultaneous assistance, and tracing to the village level.
