People who have more sex report higher self-esteem, life satisfaction and quality of life [1]. In contrast, lower frequency of sex and avoiding sex has linked to psychological distress, anxiety, depression and relationship problems, reports by same researcher title: Safe sex: True Principal Health. Sex is, in fact, one of the most basic physiological needs [2]. Yet millions of people spend at least some of their adulthood not having sex. Researcher, from Pune found that up to 19 percent of adults do not engage in sex. This varies by gender and marriage status. The most common reasons for men avoiding sex are erectile dysfunction, chronic medical conditions and lack of opportunity, tough dermatoses head on [3]. Researcher found for example; heart disease patients often avoid sex because they are afraid of a heart attack. Research has shown the same for individuals with cerebrovascular conditions, such as a stroke. Metabolic conditions such as diabetes and obesity reduce sexual activity. In fact, diabetes hastens sexual incline in men by as much as 15 years. Large body mass and poor body image ruins intimacy, which has core to the opportunity for having sex. Research confirms that women more commonly avoid sex than men. In fact, up to 40 percent of women avoid sex some time in their lives. The gender differences start early. More teenage females than teenage males abstain from sex. Women has more likely to avoid sex because of childhood sexual abuse. Pregnant women fear miscarriage or harming the fetus and can also refuse sex because of lack of interest and fatigues. Pain during sex is also a big issue. Chronic pain diminishes the pleasure of the sexual act and directly interferes by limiting positions. The ongoing emergence of antibiotic residues in animal food products is a public health issue of great concern. Antibiotics are widely used both therapeutically and as growth promoters in animal farms. Antibiotics are used for improving growth performance in broilers and fatteners. They may produce improved growth rate due to thinning of mucous membrane of the gut and facilitates better absorption. They alter gut motility to enhance better assimilation. They produce favourable conditions to beneficial microbes in the gut of animal by destroying harmful bacteria and partitioning proteins to muscle accretion by suppressing monokines. Antibiotics also favour growth by decreasing degree of activity of the immune system, reduced waste of nutrients and reduce toxin formation. In most of the cases only young growing animals and poultry are responsive to antibiotic mediated growth promotion. Indiscriminating therapeutic use of antibiotics such as in cases of pyrexia, inflammation, treatment of wounds and viral diseases have wide residual effects on edible tissues. Animals and poultry are receiving sub therapeutic levels of antibiotics to prevent possible infection. Antimicrobials are used either directly or indirectly during the production, processing and storage of milk and milk products. FDA prohibits indiscriminate use of nitrofurazone, sulphonamides, chloramphenicol, furazolidone and flouroquinolones in milk producing animals.

The implications of ambimorphic archetypes have been far-reaching and pervasive. After years of natural research into consistent hashing, we argue the simulation of public-private key pairs, which embodies the confirmed principles of theory. Such a hypothesis might seem perverse but is derived from known results. Our focus in this paper is not on whether the well-known knowledge-based algorithm for the emulation of checksums by Herbert Simon runs in Θ(n) time, but rather on exploring a semantic tool for harnessing telephony (Swale).

Fatty acid binding proteins (FABPs) are proposed to function in the transport, metabolism, or storage of free fatty acids. Despite extensive studies, the mechanism of fatty acid binding and the ability of FABPs to discriminate among fatty acids according to their chain lengths and saturation state are poorly understood. In this work, we aimed to study the key features of FABP binding site based on the crystallographic structure of FABP-LCFA complexes, sequence multiple alignment and structural superposition of some FABPs. Due to the important role of the physicochemical features of the proteins in the ligand interaction, we studied those of the FABPs. The nature of the bond between the FABPs and the different LCFA, also the part of LCFA involved in LCFA-FABP interaction is interesting to detect the mechanism of LCFAs binding on FABPs. To achieve these objectives, we used different databases and various bioinformatics programs. Based on the results, we were able to answered some unclear about the mechanism of fatty acid binding.

The Evidence Based Practice (EBP) of biomechanics and human movement (hereafter BHM) has been handcuffed by a lack of peer reviewed, high level, valid and clinically applicable evidence that has dampened the ability to use Sackett’s model of Evidence Based Medicine (EBM) clinically [1-3]. Current journal research protocols for EBM follow a deterministic model. In this model there are one or two dependent variables to be investigated and simultaneously all independent variables that could dampen the results are eliminated or controlled with an algorithm or statistical formulae. The deterministic model has both a high intratester (the same tester repeatedly gets the same results) and intertester (different testers repeatedly get the same results) efficiency a for it to be deemed high level. Because of the vast numbers of independent variables that exist when researching BHM [4], high level research has been forced to be complaint oriented (limited to signs or symptoms such as pain, an injury or a deformity [5]reducing its ability to have clinical applicability on a case to case basis.

Normal cells of body are growing, reproducing and eventually will die in reaction to motivation that internally and externally evoke them. when one normal cell is mutated, changed and turned into cancer cell. Mutation or the change happens in DNA or genetic substance. When DNA of a cell is changed, that cell will be different from its adjacent cells and it, any more won’t do the functions of normal body cells. When the ‘‘mutant cell’’ is divided, it will be turned into two new ‘‘mutant’ ’cells and this procedure is continued as the same way to turn into that vulnerable cell or mass of cells which is called tumor. One of the treatments of cancer is chemotherapy. Chemotherapy is one of the prevalent methods of curing diseases that by using chemical drugs and chemical substances. lots of chemical drugs that are used for chemotherapy, affect the cell division of cancer cells, particularly those cancers that have very fast cell division. We used Taxol or Paclitaxel for Simulation in this article. which leads to induction of polymerization of microtubules. Paclitaxel is used for treatment of breast and ovary carcinoma, lung cancer and Kaposi sarcoma caused by AIDS.

Ginger is the oldest medical herb due to its therapeutic and prophylactic activities. These properties are associated with the presence of the gingerol and shogaol. The literature pertaining to current review article has been mainly emphasized on the therapeutic potential of ginger along with active bio-ingredients against cancer insurgence, diabetic &oxidative stress complications, obesity and cardiovascular discrepancies. It prevents from cancer insurgence through restraining the cancer stages such as initial, promotion and progression. Particularly, it also suppresses the lipid per-oxidation, nitric oxide synthetase activity, epidermal growth factor (EGF) receptor, protein kinase c, enzyme activity, survival signaling (NIK, IKK, and AKT), NF-κB activity, and cell cycle regulation. The current review article discusses the role of gingerol bioactive component against different type of cancers and its allied health perspectives.

The optimum temperature for the process of the bacterial-chemical method of leaching gold from the Bolshevik ore deposit was chosen in the paper given. As a result of the study, it was established that the maximum extraction of gold in the solution does not depend on increasing the temperature of the leachable medium (40 ̊C). Temperature range from 20 to 30 ̊C, which is considered optimal for the growth and development of acidophilic cultures of bacteria, is sufficient.

The Vietnam economy has gained lots of achievements after the financial crisis 2007-2011, until it reached a low inflation rate of 0.6% in 2015. This paper measures the volatility of market risk in Viet Nam construction industry after this period (2015-2017). The main reason is the vital role of the construction company group in Vietnam in the economic development and growth in recent years always go with risk potential and risk control policies. This research paper aims to figure out how much increase or decrease in the market risk of Vietnam construction firms during the post-low inflation period 2015-2017. First, by using quantitative combined with comparative data analysis method, we find out the risk level measured by equity beta mean in the construction industry is acceptable, i.e. it is little lower than (<) 1. Then, one of its major findings is the comparison between risk levels of construction industry during the financial crisis 2007-2009 compared to those in the post-low inflation time 2015-2017. In fact, the research findings show us market risk fluctuation, measured by equity beta var, during the post-low inflation time has increased moderately. Finally, this paper provides some ideas that could provide companies and government more evidence in establishing their policies in governance. This is the complex task but the research results shows us warning that the market risk volatility might be higher during the post-low inflation period 2015-2017. And our conclusion part will recommend some policies and plans to deal with it.
