This study examines the risk management of electronic-based government systems in Serang District by examining empirically the implementation. The data collection technique used is Library Research on secondary data. Literature study was conducted to obtain secondary data in examining in depth the object of study. Data analysis was carried out using the content analysis approach. The results of the research on the Implementation of Electronic-Based Government System Risk Management began with the preparation and establishment of an Electronic-Based Government System Risk Management framework that is integrated with work processes in Regional Work Units. The framework for Electronic-Based Governance System Risk Management includes principles, leadership and commitment, the Electronic-Based Governance System Risk Management process, and the governance of Electronic-Based Governance System Risk Management and adapted to the conditions of each work unit within the Serang Regency Government. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the participation of all parties, both internal employees of the State Civil Apparatus and other stakeholders, is very much needed. Good coordination and collaboration with all elements including the system that has been running in the Regional Government of Serang Regency is the key to the successful implementation of Electronic-Based Governance System Risk Management.

Access to healthcare is a major problem for diverse reasons in Africa. This study developed a conceptual model to address the factors that hinder patients from accessing and navigating healthcare services in peri-urban communities in Johannesburg, South Africa. A mixed methods research strategy was used to collect both quantitative and qualitative data. Semi-structured interviews and field notes were used for qualitative data collection, while hand-delivered questionnaires were used for collecting quantitative data. Outpatients, administration, and medical personnel that worked at various research sites constituted the sample. The findings identified poor infrastructure, poverty and geographical location as factors hindering healthcare access. Additionally, the study revealed that healthcare policies contributed to the marginalisation of poor communities and recommended a review of such policies to involve various stakeholders. The planned implementation of National Health Insurance and the need for a comprehensive social security system were also recommended as strategies to address the hindrances. Finally, a conceptual model was developed to drive behavioural change in the public and private healthcare systems, leading to affordable and sustainable improvement in accessing, navigating, and using healthcare services.

This study aims to demonstrate the significance of assessing corporate success in terms of economic value added (EVA). Economic value added is widely recognized as a reliable metric for assessing the performance of private firms. Four organizations were chosen, and their performance was assessed using the EVA approach from 2016 through 2022. The following outcomes were found as a consequence of the analysis: National Electric Company (NEC), Congo National Railway Company (NRCC), and Port Transportation Company (CCPT). A positive EVA, on the other hand, represents value creation for a Water Distribution Company (WDC). Endogenous variables such as the steady fall in factor returns to labor, poor operating performance, and low capital profitability cause value destruction. Yet, ethics and openness are essential for attaining success. Corporate success in terms of economic value added (EVA). Despite general security concerns, particularly security issues prevalent in the Nigerian hotel industry, guests have to contend with the room rate or price of staying in hotels considering the spiraling inflation in the country. Nevertheless, it is not empirically established if price and security influence leisure guests’ choice of hotels in Nigeria. To achieve these objectives and establish a framework of leisure guests’ choice of hotels, this study used multiple regression analysis to test the formulated hypotheses with the aid of SPSS Version 20.0 software at 5% level of significance. Findings from a convenience sample of 246 respondents who lodge in hotels in Awka metropolis, Anambra State, Nigeria show that the two factors investigated namely price and security influence leisure guests’ choice of hotels. More importantly, security has more influence than price. To sum up, the study concludes that the basis of hotel accommodation is security and affordability. Therefore, the study recommends that hotel owners and managers should definitely be security-conscious in the management of their hotels and always strive to give consumers more for less.

The strength of a country is measured through certain indices, some of which are military strength, economy, geography, and population. However, the population can become a tricky indicator because of the possibility of its Janus-headed manifestations. This context is most relevant in countries experiencing population explosion without the natural and material resources to cope with it. The trend is particularly evident in Africa, particularly the Nigerian situation, where attempts at addressing the explosion through policy have failed, which further proves that the Nigerian population explosion is a typical Janus-headed scenario. There is no known research on this discourse as scholars either focussed on the factors that promote population growth or how it affects the economy, without examining the Janus-headed tricky indicator of population explosion which prompted this discourse. In this context, the research paper evaluates the Nigerian population explosion politics as a Janus –headed dilemma and seeks an answer to this question to this question: “Does Nigeria’s population provide opportunities or challenges”?

This article focuses on user evaluation procedures for Chinese investment companies. It uses a clustering process to identify different categories of users and uses regression to evaluate and provide a score. These two factors serve as the basis for this organization to develop unique tactics for its various clients, which benefit both the company and its users. This project aims to serve existing customers better and reduce the risk of losing critical new customers. Clean the data to remove inactive accounts and outliers, and use logarithmic processing to limit the impact of high monetary values. This is due to the significant relationship between variables. Running algorithms on raw data is difficult. So, to condense many data dimensions, we use component analysis to define the three dimensions (amount, transaction amount, profit) that reflect consumer information. For clustering, we use the commonly known K-means clustering algorithm. Customers are classified into four categories using an angled approach. The four groups formed include the high trading frequency group, the large and profit group, the large and loss group, and the majority trading contract group. Use a regression Tree to perform regression based on reduced dimensions and their contributions. This model achieves 97% accuracy, indicating that the financial characteristics of the users are fundamental to the business. Additional discussion validates the clustering results using classification and regression methods on several contributing variables to provide further insight into each dimension.

The purpose of this study is to discover: (1) The Effect of Leverage on Profit management; and (2) The Effect of Sales Growth on Profit management. (3) The effect of leverage on profit management with good corporate governance as a moderating variable; (4) The influence of sales growth on profit management with good corporate governance as a moderating variable. This study focused on consumer goods businesses listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2016 and 2020. Purposive sampling is employed as the sampling method, with 26 companies serving as the research sample. The panel data regression model with the Common Effect Model (CEM) approach is used in this study for hypothesis testing, and the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) model is used for evaluating the moderating variable.
