MovieEmotion-IMG: An Emotion Distribution Dataset of Movie Scene Images MovieEmotion-IMG:电影场景图像的情感分布数据集

One of the biggest challenges in sentiment analysis is to predict the complex feelings that humans evoke when viewing images. Due to the limitation of the quality and quantity of the dataset, the current learning-based algorithm mainly analyzes a single dominant emotion. Based on the above, this paper introduces an emotion distribution dataset of movie scene images with rich emotional semantics and professional aesthetic design, called MovieEmotion-IMG. Firstly nine labels, including eight emotional words and a “neutrality” label, were identified, and a set of emotional evaluation rules were designed. Then, the emotion distribution annotation experiment was carried out on 17140 movie images, and an emotion annotation system was developed to assist the annotation work. Finally, two reliability test methods were designed based on the external reliability test method to verify the reliability of the results and ensure the availability of the dataset. This is the first large-scale emotion dataset of movie scene images and annotated distributed emotions to our knowledge.

Fine-grained Traffic Sign Detection and Matching Algorithm 细粒度交通标志检测与匹配算法

With the development of intelligent driving, the autonomous recognition of traffic signals plays an important role in providing traffic information for the autonomous driving systems. In this paper, we propose a mechanism to detect the traffic signs from an image of the traffic scene and to match the same sign from the pictures shot in different time and weather conditions. The dataset we use, provided by Baidu, contains 19 fine-grained objects belonging to 3 coarse categories, most of these objects are very small and different categories of traffic signs have various frequencies of appearance. To accurately accomplish the fine-grained detection task with such an imbalance dataset, we divide the process of traffic signs detection into two parts: detection and fine classification, and use different methods of data augmentation on different categories of data to alleviate the imbalance issue. Except for the sign detection, we also applied a matching mechanism to match the same target signs under different road conditions with metric learning algorithms. As a result, our model achieves results comparable to the top results of related contest.

Research on Stage Automatic Light-following System Based on Trajectory Prediction 基于轨迹预测的舞台自动灯光跟踪系统研究

The automatic tracking system is one of the current research hotspots of stage lighting technology. In order to improve the real-time problem of the stage automatic tracking system, an automatic tracking method based on trajectory prediction is proposed in this paper. This method is based on the image recognition technology to track and locate the stage target, and on this basis, adds a trajectory prediction algorithm, and uses an interactive multi-model algorithm based on Kalman filter to predict the position coordinates of the stage actors at the next moment. The real-time position coordinate information obtained by tracking and positioning is used as the observation value of the prediction algorithm to predict the position coordinate at the next moment, and the angle value of the P/T axis rotation of the scanner is calculated through the predicted coordinate, so as to control the rotation of the scanner to realize automatic tracking. Experimental results show that this system can effectively improve the real-time performance of the automatic tracking system.
自动跟踪系统是当前舞台灯光技术的研究热点之一。为了改善舞台自动跟踪系统的实时性问题,提出了一种基于轨迹预测的舞台自动跟踪方法。该方法基于图像识别技术对舞台目标进行跟踪定位,并在此基础上加入轨迹预测算法,采用基于卡尔曼滤波的交互式多模型算法预测下一时刻舞台演员的位置坐标。将跟踪定位获得的实时位置坐标信息作为预测算法的观测值,预测下一时刻的位置坐标,并通过预测坐标计算出扫描仪的P/T轴旋转角度值,从而控制扫描仪的旋转,实现自动跟踪。实验结果表明,该系统能有效提高自动跟踪系统的实时性。

Subjective Evaluation and Objective Analysis of Timbre Fusion of Chinese and Western Musical Instruments 中西乐器音色融合的主观评价与客观分析

Timbre fusion is the theoretical basis for the study of musical instrument acoustics and orchestration acoustics. At present, most of the research on timbre fusion is carried out on Western musical instruments. There are very few studies on the timbre fusion of Chinese musical instruments. The studies done are mainly studied from a qualitative perspective. Quantitative research on the timbre fusion of Chinese musical instruments will provide important theoretical support for the symphony research of the Chinese orchestra. Taking Chinese and Western musical instruments as research object, this paper constructs a Chinese and Western musical instrument fusion timbre database; a subjective experiment on timbre fusion is designed and implemented based on this database; 45-dimensional objective acoustic parameters are extracted from the database. We use multiple linear regression, random forest, and multi-layer perceptron to correlate subjective and objective data and eventually construct a fusion model of Chinese and Western musical instruments. The accuracy of the models is tested, which shows that the model can predict the fusion of Chinese and Western musical instruments well. This study also found that the contribution rate of each objective acoustic parameter to fusion is different, and there are also differences between the timbre fusion models of Chinese musical instruments and Western musical instruments.

Health rumors detection based on deep learning 基于深度学习的健康谣言检测

In this paper, we use the open source paddlepaddle framework, choose the LSTM algorithm to build a health rumor detection platform, and train the model through a self-built Chinese health rumor data set, so as to predict whether the social media information is a health type rumor, and provide a theoretical exploration and effective implementation for the automatic judgement of health rumors.
本文采用开源的paddlepaddle框架,选择LSTM算法构建健康谣言检测平台,并通过自建的中国健康谣言数据集对模型进行训练,从而预测社交媒体信息是否为健康类谣言,为健康谣言的自动判断提供理论探索和有效实现。

Digital Style Design of Nanjing Brocade Based on Deep Learning 基于深度学习的南京织锦数字化风格设计

Nanjing Brocade is a traditional Chinese silk fabric with precious materials and exquisite patterns. As the world’s intangible cultural heritage, it is essential to inherit and innovate Nanjing Brocade by digital methods. Digital protection of Nanjing Brocade includes cultural connotation, pattern and technology et al. In view of pattern digitization, this paper proposes a deep learning model which is utilized to transfer Yunjin style to modern patterns. The generated images have been applied to the textile productions, and the results show that the proposed model can be adopted by the Yunjin pattern design.

Design and Realization of Dialect Interaction System Based on VAD 基于VAD的方言交互系统的设计与实现

In view of the miscommunication problem between Mandarin users and dialect users, we design a portable dialect interaction system based on the raspberry pi. We use IFLYTEK for recognition and synthesis, Turing Robot for intention understanding and response. Recognition results and interaction effect can be more accurate by using voice activity detection (VAD) to preprocess speech signal, which removes noise and separates speech signals by judging the starting and ending points of speech. The strong scalability and good hardware adaptability of raspberry pi make the system have good practicability.
针对普通话用户与方言用户之间存在的沟通不畅的问题,我们设计了一个基于树莓派的便携式方言交互系统。我们使用科大讯飞进行识别和合成,使用图灵机器人进行意图理解和响应。使用语音活动检测(voice activity detection, VAD)对语音信号进行预处理,通过判断语音的起始点和结束点来去除噪声,分离语音信号,可以使识别结果和交互效果更加准确。树莓派较强的可扩展性和良好的硬件适应性使系统具有较好的实用性。

Design of Mobile Augmented Reality System Based on SLAM 基于SLAM的移动增强现实系统设计

With the steady rise of artificial intelligence and augmented reality technology in society, breakthroughs have been made step by step for key technologies in these fields. The dynamic and real-time perception of three-dimensional environment is one of the most active issues in the research of augmented reality technology. The frame structure of SLAM is elaborated through the research of Simultaneous Localization and Mapping system. ARCore is used to design the architecture and core method, and a proposal of designing a mobile augmented reality application system is put forward. As a result, the corresponding relationship between the coordinate systems of the virtual world and the real one could be calculated by tracking and positioning the motion of the images or objects on the real scene. And then the virtual objects could be superimposed to the real scene according to the correct spatial perspective relationship before determining the location. All this leads to the functions of visual simulation and interactive teaching. Augmented reality technology has been applied to teaching in various forms, which could reduce the cost of teaching experiment and excite the students’ interest.

The dynamic and real-time perception of three-dimensional environment is one of the most active issues in the research of augmented reality technology. The frame structure of SLAM is elaborated through the research of Simultaneous Localization and Mapping system. ARCore is used to design the architecture and core method, and a proposal of designing a mobile augmented reality application system is put forward. As a result, the corresponding relationship between the coordinate systems of the virtual world and the real one could be calculated by tracking and positioning the motion of the images or objects on the real scene. And then the virtual objects could be superimposed to the real scene according to the correct spatial perspective relationship before determining the location. All this leads to the functions of visual simulation and interactive teaching. Rural Scenic Spots Retrieval through Deep Learning Picture Information 基于深度学习图像信息的乡村景区检索

When searching for rural tourist attractions on large rural tourism websites, it only provides the way of searching by keyword, and has not yet realized the way of searching by picture. Nowadays, the number of images on the Internet platform has increased sharply. It is necessary to search scenic spots through picture content information, which is also the pain point for the existing rural tourism websites to be improved urgently. In view of the increasingly close connection between online tourism websites and rural tourism, as well as the gradual expansion of the corresponding market scale, the information presented on online tourism websites has become the key to the development of rural tourism. This paper mainly designs and implements the image retrieval system of rural tourist attractions based on Densenet121, which provides a picture retrieval system of rural tourist attractions for users. When the user uploads the picture of scenic spot in the front page of the system, the system can return to the user the picture of rural scenic spot similar to the picture to be retrieved and detailed tourism information for the user to browse and choose. The transformation of beautiful natural scenery resources into the main driving force of economic growth is conducive to the rapid growth of rural economy and the vigorous development of rural tourism.

Research on Fast Switching Scheduling of Special Equipment in Cultural Complex 文化综合体专用设备快速切换调度研究

Intelligent transportation has been applied in some fields, which greatly saves manpower, with fast and accurate transportation, making the application fields more efficient and safer. The research in logistics transportation, workshop processing, vehicle allocation, and other fields has a certain foundation. However, there are little researches on special equipment scheduling in theater and cultural complex. In a large-scale service center or theater, there are various complex and large amounts of special equipment to be transported, and it is necessary to realize the quick switching of different service functions such as performance, conference, exhibition, and reading. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a corresponding mathematical model and use an intelligent scheduling algorithm to calculate a reasonable scheduling order. In this paper, according to the characteristics that the theater and cultural complex need to move back and forth to build space facilities, the mathematical model of special equipment scheduling problem in theater is established. Besides, the solution of the scheduling problem and the target constraint processing method is proposed. Moreover, the scheduling algorithm is studied, which lays an important theoretical foundation for the research of special equipment scheduling problems in theater and cultural complexes.
智能交通已经在一些领域得到了应用,大大节省了人力,运输快捷、准确,使应用领域更加高效、安全。在物流运输、车间加工、车辆调配等领域的研究具有一定的基础。然而,剧场文化综合体的专用设备调度研究却很少。在大型服务中心或剧院中,需要运输的专用设备种类繁多,数量庞大,需要实现演出、会议、展览、阅读等不同服务功能的快速切换。因此,有必要建立相应的数学模型,并使用智能调度算法计算出合理的调度顺序。本文根据剧院、文化综合体建设空间设施需要来回移动的特点,建立了剧院专用设备调度问题的数学模型。提出了调度问题的求解方法和目标约束处理方法。并对调度算法进行了研究,为剧院文化综合体特种设备调度问题的研究奠定了重要的理论基础。
