AAD Self-Digested Learning is a learning strategy oriented towards the actor subject, capable of reconfiguring one's resources autonomously and responsibly. The latter makes it possible to conceive one's personal and collective action project in a conscious and resonated way. ADA offers adult learners the opportunity to plan and manage their resources, collaborate with their peers to develop cultural, methodological and technological competences. Nevertheless, the implementation of an AAD-centric approach depends on andragogic and pedagogical expertise, by managing the complexity of the teaching-learning situation from the modeling and personalization of a family of learning situation differentiated and personalized to the needs and learning styles of adult learners. At the same time, current andragogic trends continue to proclaim the use of a learning approach to reflexivity and self-management of personal and collective action projects. Identifying the family of self-management problem situations can help learners acquire these skills. However, most academic training schemes favor expository and masterful approaches to the detriment of andragogic approaches, soliciting the power of analysis, reflection and management of their own learning processes. The main objective of this study is to show the importance of self-regulated learning and its close relationship with the planning and management of reflective learning. We propose a systemic and holistic modeling of pedagogical strategies, promoting the self-management of learning. The diversification of teaching strategies and knowledge of andragogic principles constitute the guideline, which guide and help learners to understand the process of construction and self-regulation of updated personal action projects (AHS). The identification of the family of self-management situation of learning (SAA), founds the new device of didactic engineering of tasks (according to an ergonomic aim and professional didactics). We have adopted two measurement instruments: a reporting tool and a digital and dynamic dashboard. The reporting tool to support the reflection and planning process of learners by leading them to describe their instrumented activities, their action plans and their evaluations on the activities carried out during the project to help and optimize decision-making. These production activities are integrated with self-regulating data in order to improve the quality of formalized projects. The dynamic dashboard allows learners to manage control and performance indicators. Learners can specify the situation data according to the expected objectives. We have implemented this methodological proposal with the development of an intelligent tutoring based on the formalization of conceptualized activities, which integrates the reporting tool and the personalized dashboard. To evaluate our proposal, we first tested the ability to create a large sample of indicators that are proposed in existing research

The Torres de Bellavista residential complex has 1,500 apartments, distributed in five towers of thirty floors each, a nine-story building for approximately 750 parking spaces and other community infrastructure. Given the dimensions of this set, it is presumed that electricity consumption entails high economic and environmental costs, so one way to solve this cost is the use of alternative, non-conventional methods of electricity generation, for this reason, it is proposed to design a photovoltaic system that allows partial supply of electricity to the common and administrative areas of the residential complex. The calculations of the components of the photovoltaic system were carried out using the methodology of the worst month, which consists of finding the month in which the relationship between solar irradiation and electricity consumption makes it more difficult to satisfy the energy demand; When making the design under these conditions, it will be guaranteed that the rest of the year an electricity supply greater than the month of the calculations will be achieved. This methodology made it possible to demonstrate that, with the installation of 100 photovoltaic solar panels distributed on the roofs of the 5 towers and connected to the supply network, it is possible to satisfy up to 27% of the energy demand of the common areas. To achieve the objective of this proposal, an initial investment of COP 220,453,967 must be made, of which 50% must be financed by a bank. However, the investment can be recovered between 5 and 6 years after implementation, starting to generate returns for the rest of the estimated useful life of 25 years. The benefits of implementing this proposal are not only economic but also environmental, since it manages to reduce Greenhouse Gas-GHG emissions by 37.07 tCO2e for the first year of implementation.

Objects of study aims to comprehend the integration of new man- agerial strategies in the administrative reform of public school, the imple- mentation of the NPM principles allowing the improvement of the quality of the piloting process and of pragmatic action-oriented mechanisms. This article studies the level of operationalization and the streamling of public administration management practices, while trying to identify constraints and assessing improvement plans. Theoretical Frame: The foundations of the study make it possible to balance the theoretical, empirical and scien- tific aspects of NPM. On a theoretical level, it offers a scope of analysis of new public management practices. We will also consider the doctrinal ap- proaches and principles in close relation to the school setting. Recommended Methodology: Our research methodology is an exploratory descriptive study, the data collection instruments are mainly the documentary study, the anal- ysis of management practices of the people involved and the stakeholders of the establishment. It is based on the government program model which is built on 4 components: management autonomy, evaluation, institutional openness and management capacities support. Results: The results show that the improvement of schools requires the implementation of a managed, controlled and dynamic steering system that is oriented towards the search for organizational performance. This improvement would be through the integration of NPM practices that aim to optimize performance through pri- vate sector practice.

Professionalization seems to have a positive impact in the construction of professional identity, in the sense that its process constitutes a powerful integrative vector for future teachers in the socio-professional context. The study would analyze the constraints that hinder this process of university professionalization at the ENS of Casablanca, among students of the third year "professional license: Teaching of physical education and sports" in a situation of pedagogical internship. Through a quantitative descriptive methodological survey approach based on a questionnaire designed through the literature review, we targeted a sample composed of 120 students – trainees (58% students / 42% students), 30 tutors in internship and 20 trainers. The variables evaluated are the hourly volume of internships, the teaching skills of student-trainees, the coordination between the actors in internships, the supervisory skills of tutors in internships, the modalities of training and socio-professional support. The data is analyzed by an analysis of variance. Our results showed the insufficient hourly volume devoted to the internship and the negative influence of the heterogeneity of skill levels between trainees (intragroup) on socio-professional construction, as well as the lack of coordination between internship actors and the lack of basic skills among trainees and tutors in internship in terms of teaching and supervision that hinders the process of professionalization and collective construction professionalizing. We retain through this study that professionalization is multifactorial in its process of operationalization. It is necessary to overcome all the constraints that hinder this approach for cost-effective and integrative training.

In this paper, we present our research, where residents purchase and sell locally produced renewable energy from each other. In this research work, we integrate block chain technology to create peer-to-peer marketplaces for distributed energy. First, we use a smart energy meter to measure various important parameters of electrical energy. In this proposed work, the initial measurements of the current are being performed with the help of hall effect sensor due to its accuracy. Second, supply voltage is calculated with the help of a transformer and DC biasing method. The apparent power is calculated by multiplying the measured current and voltage, and then the energy parameter is obtained. Using this smart energy meter, we obtain our desired parameters with sufficient accuracy of nearly 90 percent. These obtained parameters and results are directly uploaded to Amazon Web Server(AWS). We also develop an android app that connects with the AWS server. The designed system facilitates the users to perceive these electrical parameters on meter having built-in LCD display which shows all measured results including a number of units consumed, and billing information anywhere around the world. Finally, we develop a smart contract on Ethereum block chain which can transact the number of tokens according to the units sold or purchased by the users. The Consumer can set their selling rate through the app. Any user with this app is able to take their readings live to their smart phone.

Off-grid Photovoltaic (PV) system along with battery storage is very effective solution for electrification in remote areas. However, battery capacity selection is the most challenging task in system designing. In this study, an off-grid PV system along with battery storage is designed for the remote area of Karachi, Pakistan. The system is designed by considering the maximum energy requirement in summer season. The battery storage is selected to fulfill the energy demand during the night and cloudy seasons. On the basis of load, a total of 6 kW system is required to fulfill the energy demand. For such system, 925 Ah of battery is required to meet the energy requirement for a day in absence of solar irradiation. A regression-based correlation between battery capacity and energy demand is prepared for suitable battery sizing using Minitab. An economic analysis of the project is also carried out from which a net present value and simple payback are determined as USD 10,348 and 3 years, respectively. The environmental benefits are also been determined. It is found that the system will reduce around 7.32 tons of CO2 per annum which corresponds to the 183.69 tons of CO2 not produced in the entire project life.

Mono, di, tri acetyl glycerols (MDTAG) were synthesized from technical grade glycerin , as an alternative for the use of glycerol generated by the biodiesel industry. The esterification, was done using molar ratio (acetic acid: glycerin 1:6), at laboratory scale, toluene was added as a dragging agent to periodically remove the water of the reaction. Ion exchange resin was used as a heterogeneous catalyst. MDTAGwere characterized using infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). The low temperature behavior was analyzed by means of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). MDTAG obtained experimentally showed excellent performance at temperatures below 0°C. This result makes MDTAG potentially considered as additives to improve the low-temperature fluidity of biolubricant bases (from modified vegetable oils).
