Blade imbalanced fault diagnosis for marine current turbine based on sparse autoencoder and softmax regression 基于稀疏自编码器和softmax回归的海流轮机叶片不平衡故障诊断

Because of the abundance of seston under the sea, the attachment on the blade of the marine current turbine (MCT) would cause imbalanced fault. In order to detect the imbalanced fault as soon as possible, an imbalanced fault characteristics analysis method is applied based on image processing. A diagnosis method combining the modified sparse autoencoder (SA) and softmax regression (SR) is applied to process images and detect the imbalanced fault on the blade of MCT. The modified SA is used to extract the features and SR is used to classify them. The data of images are used to monitor whether the blade is attached by benthos and its corresponding degree of imbalance. Experiments show that the applied diagnosis method can achieve higher accuracy in the application of diagnosis of blade imbalanced fault compared with the traditional PCA feature extraction algorithm.

Text fragment recovery method based on discrete artificial bee colony algorithm 基于离散人工蜂群算法的文本片段恢复方法

This paper proposes a new method based on discrete artificial bee colony algorithm to solve the problem of text fragment recovery. First, text fragments are clustered by row according to the distribution of the characters in the fragments. Subsequently, the matching degree of the edge information of each row of scrap paper is used as an index to measure whether the debris is adjacent to the left and right. An optimal restoration model with an overall matching degree is established. Finally, this paper uses discrete ABC algorithm to solve the problem. The experimental results show that the algorithm has good stability, efficiency and robustness in the restoration of text fragments.
本文提出了一种基于离散人工蜂群算法的文本片段恢复方法。首先,根据文本片段中字符的分布,对文本片段进行逐行聚类。随后,以每一行废纸边缘信息的匹配程度作为衡量碎片是否左右相邻的指标。建立了具有整体匹配度的最优恢复模型。最后,本文采用离散ABC算法对该问题进行求解。实验结果表明,该算法在文本片段恢复中具有良好的稳定性、高效性和鲁棒性。

Nonsingular terminal sliding mode control for time-delayed fractional-order T-S fuzzy systems based on finite-time scheme 基于有限时间格式的时滞分数阶T-S模糊系统的非奇异终端滑模控制

In this paper, nonsingular terminal sliding mode control for fractional-order T-S fuzzy time-delay systems is discussed. The parameter uncertainty and external disturbance are included in the system model, meanwhile the controller design is implemented based on the finite-time concept. Firstly, a novel nonsingular terminal sliding surface which is suitable for the time-delayed fractional-order T-S fuzzy systems is proposed. It is proved that once the state trajectories of the system reach to the proposed sliding surface, they will be converged to the origin within a given finite time. Secondly, in terms of the established terminal sliding surface, a novel fractional-order sliding mode control law is introduced, which can force the closed loop dynamic error system trajectories to reach the terminal sliding surface over a finite time. Finally, using the Lyapunov stability theorem, the stability of the proposed method are proved. The proposed method is implemented for control of time-delayed fractional-order Permanent Magnetic Synchronous Motor chaotic systems with uncertain parameter and external disturbance to verify the effectiveness of the proposed fractional order nonsingular terminal sliding mode controller.

Dynamic features extraction system of live pests in farmland 农田活害虫动态特征提取系统

Monitoring of farmland pests is an important prerequisite to sprinkle agriculture in a timely and appropriate manner, which provide an important guarantee for agricultural production. This paper presents a method for obtaining the dynamic characteristics of pests in farmland based on machine vision. First, the pests and the background images are segmented by color feature and thresholding methods. Then, the shape features and the number of pests were obtained by Gaussian filtering. Finally, the quantity of pest motion is obtained by frame-to-frame differencing method. The experimental results show that the accuracy rate of the experimental sample is 99%. It can provide quantitative information of pest activity for plant protection personnel. This system can also be applied in large-scale crop pest monitoring.

Synthesis and photocatalysis of peony-like ZnIn2S4 microspheres 牡丹状ZnIn2S4微球的合成及光催化作用

Peony-like ZnIn2S4 microspheres were successfully synthesized via a convenient one-step solvothermal method by using Zn(CH3COO)2 · 2H2O, InCl3 · 4H2O and L-cysteine at 160 °C for 48 h. The crystal structure was characterized by X-ray diffraction, nitrogen sorption analysis, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy, and scanning electron microscopy. Field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) analyses showed that the products consisted of peony-like microspheres with petals of ∼30 nm in thickness. A possible mechanism for the formation of the product is also proposed in this paper. The as-prepared product showed enhanced UV-light photocatalytic activity for methyl orange degradation.

Research on consensus algorithm in coordinated control of unmanned surface vehicles 无人水面车辆协调控制中的一致性算法研究

A consensus algorithm for coordinated control of unmanned surface vehicles (USVs) is studied. The USVs have different driving directions and initial velocities, so the consensus algorithm is needed to coordinate the directions and velocities of the USVs. Firstly, based on the first order linear model of USVs, get the first order nonlinear differential equations of high frequency, and the simulate environment of USVs. Then, based on the Vicsek model, the consensus algorithm in cooperative control of USVs is proposed. Aiming at the problem that USV's angular velocity lags behind the rudder angle, this paper improves the traditional PD control method, and adopts cascade PID control. So, USV can reach the same driving direction in a shorter time. Finally, simulations prove that the algorithm is feasible and compare the difference of efficiency between the PD controller and the cascade PID controller.

The research of coordination control on distributed multi-agent 分布式多智能体协调控制研究

Coordination control of multi UUV (unmanned underwater vehicle) navigation is a research focus in the field of Marine engineering. In this paper, the UUV formation control method combining the idea of path reference point and leader-follower formation control algorithm is proposed. The formation controller is designed by using the anti-step method and Lyapunov function. The simulation result shows that both the leader and follower UUV can track the expectation path, and the designed controller has robustness under current interference.

The new absolute stability criteria for uncertain Lur'e systems with interval time-varying delay 区间时变时滞不确定Lur系统的新绝对稳定性判据

In this paper, The delay-dependent absolute stability criteria for a class of uncertain Lur'e systems with interval time-varying delay have been addressed. Based on waiting improvements in some present results, we will utilize one improved triple-integral Lyapunov functional which contains much more information of the delay than the previous ones and using the improved integral inequality technique, new stability criteria with significantly reduced conservatism have been derived in terms of LMIs. In what follows, the effectiveness of the proposed results and less conservatism can be verified by numerical examples and simulations.

An automatic method for red blood cells detection in urine sediment micrograph 一种尿液沉淀物显微照片中红细胞自动检测方法

Urine sediment micrograph consists of various tangible components, such as red blood cells (RBCS), white blood cells (WBCs), tube and crystal, etc. Quantitative analysis of urine sediment micrograph is of great significance for infectious diseases and circulatory diseases diagnosis. The traditional method about urine sediment analysis depends on the observation of medical staff, in that case the workload is huge. With the development of image processing and pattern recognition techniques, the automation of urine sediment analysis can be realized. However, due to the complexity of the urine sediment micrograph, the accuracy and efficiency for automatic analysis are still in a low level somewhat. In this paper, an automatic detection method is proposed for the RBCs in the urine sediment micrograph. We borrow the concept of channel features which contain diverse type color channel features, and gradient magnitude channel features, etc. We adopt aggregate channel features which are variant and discriminative, combing improved soft-cascade adaboost classifier for RBCs detection in urine sediment micrograph. On collected challenging dataset, it shows competitive performance compared with Support Vector Machine (SVM) using Histogram of Oriented Gradient (HOG).

Liquid pipeline leakage detection based on moving windows LS-SVM algorithm 基于移动窗口LS-SVM算法的液体管道泄漏检测

Aiming at the problem of liquid pipeline leak detection, this paper proposed a leakage detecting method based on moving windows least square support vector machine algorithm (MWLS-SVM). Least square support vector machine algorithm (LS-SVM) classification algorithm is one of the improved algorithms of support vector machine (SVM). The main idea of the LS-SVM classification algorithm is to change the nonlinear constraint in SVM to linear constraint and to apply the sum of square errors as the empirical loss function of the training set to improve the training speed. The moving windows method is used to update the dynamic pipeline leak detection model. In this paper it also uses the negative pressure wave method for pipeline leak detection. The simulation experiment results of the liquid pipeline leakage data show that this proposed method has higher accuracy than support vector machines and neural networks methods.
针对液体管道泄漏检测问题,提出了一种基于移动窗口最小二乘支持向量机算法(MWLS-SVM)的泄漏检测方法。最小二乘支持向量机(LS-SVM)分类算法是支持向量机(SVM)的改进算法之一。LS-SVM分类算法的主要思想是将SVM中的非线性约束转化为线性约束,并将误差平方和作为训练集的经验损失函数来提高训练速度。采用移动窗口方法对管道泄漏动态检测模型进行了更新。本文还采用负压波法进行管道泄漏检测。液体管道泄漏数据的仿真实验结果表明,该方法比支持向量机和神经网络方法具有更高的精度。
