Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Daerah terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berupa data PAD dan IPM, pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling yaitu data Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) tahun 2017-2022. Metode analisis data menggunakan Regresi linear sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa Pendapatan Asli Daerah (Variabel X) tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (Variabel Y). Maka diperoleh saran-saran sebagai berikut; Pemerintah Daerah diharapkan dapat meninjau kembali kebijakan-kebijakan daerah dalam hal mengatur anggaran agar tidak terjadi ketimpangan dimana pos anggaran lebih besar kepada sektor infrastruktur jalan dan perbaikan infrastruktur transportasi lainnya dibanding anggaran yang lebih mendukung Indeks Pembangunan Manusia berupa rumah sakit dan sekolah ; Pemerintah daerah diharapkan dapat memanfaatkan dana yang bersumber dari pajak per kapita untuk pengembangan sumber daya manusia secara lebih optimal, membangun infrastruktur publik dan sarana penunjang lainnya yang memang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat. Sebelum membangun suatu fasilitas publik, hendaknya melakukan studi kelayakan dan analisis investasi publik agar proyek tersebut dapat dimanfaatkan sesuai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Memperhatikan, menjaga, dan mengelola fasilitas publik yang dibangun dengan baik, agar kualitas fasilitas dan pelayanan publik tetap terjaga. Memperhatikan permasalahan sumber daya manusia yang ditugaskan untuk mengelola operasional dari fasilitas yang dibangun, agar dapat meningkatkan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia.

The description of acts of terrorism as a crime against the state and is a serious threat to the sovereignty of each country. Terrorist acts in Indonesia can now be qualified as military threats, namely threats using organized armed forces that ar e considered to have capabilities that endanger the sovereignty of the state, the territorial integrity of the country, and the safety of the entire nation. The TNI's efforts to overcome obstacles in dealing with terrorism in Indonesia are carried out in accordance with the Perpu in dealing with it. Through the role of the TNI that is shown to the community and government, showing that the TNI carries out the rights and obligations according to its position, it carries out a function. From looking at these roles, we can illustrate that roles can also be interpreted as individual behavior, which is important for the social structure of society because social beings have a tendency to live in groups. also empirical juridical research, namely conducting studies based on observations of the handling of acts of terrorism in Indonesia involving the TNI. It can be concluded that TNI institutions can be used as material for consideration in the authority to deal with acts of terrorism.

Perkawinan adalah suatu ikatan lahir dan batin antara seorang laki-laki dan seorang wanita untuk membangun rumah tangga yang sakinah,mawaddah dan warahmah, dan setiap perkawinan tidak selamanya berjalan mulus, karena susahnya menyatukan perbedaan yang mengakibatkan terjadinya perceraian. Berdasarkan hal tersebut diatas, yang menjadi masalah pokok pada penelitian ini adalah, apa penyebab tingginya tingkat perceraian pada masyarakat wilayah hukum Pengadilan Agama Bima dan bagaimana cara mengatasi tingginya tingkat perceraian di wilayah hukum Pengadilan Agama Bima. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini bila dilihat dari jenis dan sifat penelitiannya, maka penelitian ini tergolong kepada metode penelitian empiris, yang sumber datanya berasal dari data primer dan data sekunder, dengan menggunakan alat pengumpul data berupa Koesioner dan Wawancara, kepada responden yang bersifat deskriptif, maka yang menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pihak Cerai Gugat, Hakim, Panitera dan Ketua Majlis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) Kota maupun Kabupaten Bima. Penyebab tingginya tingkat perceraian di wilayah hukum Pengadilan Agama Bima dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor di antaranya faktor ekonomi dengan persentase 38,9 %, adanya kekerasan dalam rumah tangga dengan persentase 11,11%. Penyebab lainnya adalah karena faktor perselingkuhan dengan persentase 22,22 % dan penyebab lainnya dengan persentase 27,7 % dikarenakan adanya campur tangan pihak ketiga. Cara mengatasi tingginya tingkat perceraian masyarakat di wilayah hukum Pengadilan Agama Bima diawali dengan peran majelis hakim untuk mendamaikan para pihak yang ingin bercerai melalui mediasi. Berikutnya dari Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) Bima memberikan jalan keluar untuk mengatasi tingginya istri yang mengajukan gugatan cerai dengan membekali calon pengantin melalui bimbingan konseling sebelum menikah, memperkuat iman dan perbaikan akhlak agar terhindar dari perselingkuhan, dan meningkatkan peran BP4 sebagai badan yang salah satunya memberikan pertimbangan dan membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan rumah tangga sebelum diajukan ke Pengadilan Agama.

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat memperoleh kesimpulan sebagai berikut. Implementasi system manajemen mutu ikip mataram adalah implementasi penjaminan mutu di unit kerja lingkungan IKIP Mataram LPMI bersama Unit Penjaminan Mutu Fakultas (UMPF) melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi mutu internal menggunakan instrumen Evaluasi Mutu internal (EMI). Instrumen EMI tersebut diisi terlebih dahulu oleh masing-masing program studi, kemudian di monitoring oleh tim LPMI dan UPMF. dalam melakukan monitirong dan evaliasi LPMI dapat memperbaiki dan mengembangkan pelayanan administrasi, akademik dan kemahasiswaan disetiap unit. Kendala dalam implementasi system penjaminan mutu ikip mataram adalah 1). kurangnya pemehaman dosen karyawan terhadap system penjaminan mutu ikip mataram. 2). belum memiliki auditor internal yang bersertifikat untuk melakukan audit kegiatan disetiap unit kerja. 3). Minimnya sosialisasi LPMI IKIP Mataram tentang Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal (SPMI) keseluruh unit kerja di lingkungan IKIP Mataram. 4). Vaccines are biological products of attenuated or dead viruses. Vaccines are substances or substances that function to help the body fight certain diseases. As for the problems in this study, (1) the factors that cause people who refuse to vaccinate against COVID-19 and (2) criminal sanctions for people who refuse to vaccinate against COVID-19, the research method used is normative and empirical juridical, the results of research on factors causing society refuse vaccination, namely there are still doubts about the safety of the vaccine, want to wait, worry about costs, religious reasons, and feel confident that there is no need for vaccines plus there are hoaxes and criminal sanctions for the community refusing to be threatened with imprisonment for a maximum of 1 (one) year and/or or a maximum fine of IDR 1,000,000 (one million rupiah).

After the incident of the attack on a military rayon command post in Kisor, Maybrat, West Papua Province occurred, people felt scared & threatened, and decided to flee to the forest. In addressing this situation, the Regent of Maybrat called on his people who were still displaced to return to their respective homes or villages. The addition of personnel of Kodam XVIII Kasuari in that location was not for a military operation but rather looking for the perpetrators of criminal acts of terrorism because they had caused tremendous fear in the local community, making them flee into the forest. This study aimed at examining the subject matter based on the scope and identification of the aforementioned problems through a normative juridical approach. Moreover, the researchers also included juridical-historical and juridical-political approaches based on the scope and identification of the problems. In this study, the researchers applied normative and empirical legal research methods at the same time. However, the researchers focused more on the normative legal research method, while the empirical legal research method was used to obtain supporting information. The object of this study was Kodam XVIII Kasuari which always tries to eliminate the bad culture of the Arfak mountain community, especially daily activities that clash with criminal acts (e.g., presenting firearms as a dowry). In addressing this problem, Kodam XVIII Kasuari had used various ways with the anthropological approach. This approach had been fully implemented by soldiers in West Papua within the framework of territorial operations in the aspect of education, raising awareness, and enforcing national laws in the communities in West Papua.

In addressing this situation, the Regent of Maybrat called on his people who were still displaced to return to their respective homes or villages. The addition of personnel of Kodam XVIII Kasuari in that location was not for a military operation but rather looking for the perpetrators of criminal acts of terrorism because they had caused tremendous fear in the local community, making them flee into the forest. This study aimed at examining the subject matter based on the scope and identification of the aforementioned problems through a normative juridical approach. Moreover, the researchers also included juridical-historical and juridical-political approaches based on the scope and identification of the problems. In this study, the researchers applied normative and empirical legal research methods at the same time. However, the researchers focused more on the normative legal research method, while the empirical legal research method was used to obtain supporting information. The object of this study was Kodam XVIII Kasuari which always tries to eliminate the bad culture of the Arfak mountain community, especially daily activities that clash with criminal acts (e.g., presenting firearms as a dowry). In addressing this problem, Kodam XVIII Kasuari had used various ways with the anthropological approach. Persenjataan perang zaman sekarang semakin kompleks, dalam arti selain penggunaan jenis senjata dengan berbasis teknologi perang yang dinamakan hard power, sudah tidak berlaku lagi dan dalam peperangan saat ini telah digunakan pengaruh kuat terhadap pihak lainnya, pada bidang sosial budaya, politik, dan ekonomi, sebagai jenis senjata baru yang sulit dikenali sebagai senjata untuk perang dan dinamakan soft power sehingga sangat perlunya disiapkan Bela Negara oleh seluruh Komponen Rakyat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mempertegas bahwa telah ada dasar hukum terhadap pemberlakuan Bela Negara yang merupakan tindakan preventif yang dilakukan oleh seluruh rakyat Indonesia dalam mencegah terjadinya kehancuran sebuah bangsa. Penelitian kualitatif memakai pendekatan deskriptif untuk mengumpulkan data secara sistematis, cepat, faktual, dan berdasarkan deskripsi ketika dilakukan penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan hukum tata negara telah mengatur negara untuk melakukan sesuatu dalam menghindari dari dampak ancaman asimetris tersebut, kesadaran bela negara adalah sesuatu yang penting dan harus ada pada setiap WNI (Warga Negara Indonesia), yang menjadi wujud kekuatan bangsa dan modal dasar guna memelihara kelangsungan hidup, keutuhan, dan kedaulatan hidup negara dan bangsa Indonesia.

This Seminar is one of the activities that has a close relationship with startup companies that operate business in the world of creative industries through the digital business that is currently developing. Specific objectives of the research are to determine the promotion strategy carried out in the planning and implementation, to determine the types of promotion, to knowing the planning and realization of the promotion budget, and the job activity in the field of promotion conducted on the implementation and implementation of the event, knowing the constraints of work done at the time of completion of the project, preparing activity reports in the promotion aspect.
