Based on the Experimental Simulation of NBR-PVC Double Mixing Polymer Modified Cement Concrete Pier Pile Durability Analysis 基于NBR-PVC双掺改性水泥混凝土墩身耐久性试验模拟分析

This paper research on the NBR-PVC polymer into the sea pile concrete, by repeated freeze-thaw damage, and tested to the compressive properties, flexural properties, mass loss and loss modulus of elasticity. Try to configure for high performance and durability sea pile concrete in North Chinese coastal areas. By this test, 10%~15% NBR-PVC quality ratio polymer into the sea pile concrete, it is improvement effected to the comprehensive performance of the concrete and greatly extend the design life.

The Evaluation Model of the Pile Foundation Green Construction Scheme Based on the Improved Value Engineering Theory 基于改进价值工程理论的桩基绿色施工方案评价模型

The pile foundation is widely used in the foundation engineering. Realizing the green construction of the pile foundation can promote the sustainable development of construction industry. The comparison between the green construction scheme of the pile foundation needs to be solved by the scientific theory system. The pile foundation engineering includes four pile foundation. The basic theory of green construction includes the foreign status of green construction, the domestic status of green construction, the concept of green construction and the main content of green construction etc. The improved value engineering theory introduces the analytic hierarchy process to the function evaluation of the value engineering. Combined with the requirement of the green construction and the characteristics of the pile foundation, the evaluation index system of the pile foundation green construction is established. Combined with the improved value engineering theory and the establishment of the pile foundation green construction evaluation index system, establish the evaluation model of the pile foundation green construction scheme. The model can thoroughly analyze the function of the green construction scheme, scientifically determine the function coefficient of the construction plan, and guide the whole process of the construction. The conclusion of the model can reflect the green construction of the pile foundation.

K Distribution Sea Clutter Modeling and Simulation Based on ZMNL 基于ZMNL的K分布海杂波建模与仿真

This paper introduces the method of constructing the sea clutter, sea clutter amplitude distribution and power spectrum distribution characteristics of the model, using the ZMNL method of the K distribution sea clutter simulation, simulation results show that, it greatly reduces the amount of computation based on ZMNL method of K Distribution Sea Clutter Modeling and Simulation, improves the simulation speed.

Museum collection display in the digital age has been transformed from the simple exhibition into the combination of real objects and virtual display. With mobile intelligent terminal coming into the museum information dissemination, the one-way information transfer is gradually transformed to be a two-way interactive communication mode. According to the characteristics of intelligent terminal APP, the principles and methods for museum information dissemination are based on APP have been explored, and the basic framework of Museum APP is based on user experiences has been established, which provides a useful exploration for promoting the image of museums in the digital age and carrying out public education and more effectively implementing the information dissemination.

Finite Element Analysis of Milling Parameters for Metallurgy Saw Blade Cutting Process 冶金锯片切削过程铣削参数的有限元分析

Unsteadiness of surface quality and accidental vibration are serious problem in metallurgy saw blades cutting process that often lead to lots of waste products or causing tools damage. This paper, using ABAQUS software, develops an FEM model based on the orthogonal-cutting method to investigate the impact of milling parameters upon cutting process. Introducing to the Johnson-Cook thermal visco-plastic affects, the simulation results of the chip morphology and the stress state accord with that in real production. Simulation by varied parameters demonstrate the regularity of cutting force and cutting temperature for the change of cutting speed and cutting thickness of the cutter. And thus, suitable magnitude of cutting parameters are suggested.

Analysis of Overlapping Voltammograms of Nitrophenols Combining Genetic Algorithms and Support Vector Machines 结合遗传算法和支持向量机的硝基苯酚重叠伏安分析

This paper suggests a novel method named GA-LSSVM, combines genetic algorithms (GA) and least squares support vector machines (LS-SVM) techniques to provide a powerful model for improving the regression quality and to enhance the ability to extract characteristic information. Simultaneous differential pulse voltammetric multi-component determination of o-nitro phenol, m-nitro phenol and pnitrophenol was conducted for the first time by using the proposed method. The LS-SVM technique broadens the application of SVM by reducing the computational complexity since only the solution of a set of linear equations is required instead of a quadratic programming problem. Thus, LS-SVM has the capability of solving linear and nonlinear multivariate calibrations in a relatively fast way. Genetic algorithms (GA) introduced are probabilistic optimization techniques based on natural evolution and genetics and Darwin's theory of survival of the best. The GA-LS-SVM method is proven to be successful even when severe overlap of voltammograms existed.

Taking Shihezi single tower cable-stayed bridge as the engineering background to establish finite element seismic model, using the nonlinear dynamic time history to get seismic analysis of the bridge under strong earthquake. In order to study the effect of damping constrained system on single tower cable-stayed bridge's seismic performance, this paper makes a contrastive analysis about the longitudinal, lateral different constrained system. In the longitudinal direction, we make a seismic calculation under the rare earthquake action while the single tower cable-stayed bridge respectively use different constrained system, such as rigid system, floating system, vertical supporting system, vertical support and elastic cable system, vertical support and viscous damper (FVD), etc, drawing the following conclusion: When using the movable support as the vertical bearing, friction resistance of the bearing can greatly improved the seismic performance of the structure, so its influence should be considered while calculating, the system that includes vertical support and the FVD is the optimal longitudinal seismic constrained system correspondingly. In the lateral direction, we respectively make a seismic calculation under the rare earthquake action while the pylons respectively use rigid system, floating system, transverse hinged, transverse free, vertical support and elastic cable, vertical support and viscous dampers (FVD) etc different constrained forms, transition pier respectively use transverse hinged, transverse free, lead rubber bearing, vertical support and viscous dampers (FVD) etc different constrained forms, drawing the following conclusions: If the force of transition pier stress has no conclusive effect on the design, the main tower with vertical support and viscous dampers while the transition pier with transverse hinged is the relatively optimal constrained system, If the force of transition pier stress has conclusive effect on the design, the main tower with vertical support and elastic cable while the transition pier with lead rubber bearings is the relatively optimal constrained system.

Research on Government Knowledge Service in China: Under the Background of Dealing with Network Opinion Crisis 中国政府知识服务研究——以应对网络舆论危机为背景

To resolve problems of knowledge resources sharing and utilization during network public opinion crisis management in Chinese government, based on requirements analysis, knowledge service procedure were introduced and the framework of knowledge service for government were constructed for government decision maker to easily get knowledge. The study can provide some inspiration for how to improve government's Knowledge Service.
为解决我国政府网络舆情危机管理中知识资源共享与利用的问题,在需求分析的基础上,引入知识服务流程,构建政府知识服务框架,使政府决策者能够方便地获取知识。本研究可为如何提高政府的知识服务水平提供一些启示。
