Magnetic Properties and Crystal Structure Analysis of Ferromagnetic Metal / r-plane Oriented Cr2O3 Multilayer 铁磁金属/ r面取向Cr2O3多层膜的磁性及晶体结构分析

We report the crystal structures and magnetic properties of [Pt/Co]3/Pt/r-oriented Cr2O3 multilayers fabricated by DC-RF magnetron sputtering method. From the results of 2θ-θ x-ray diffraction profile, highly r-plane (11 _ 02) oriented Cr2O3 film grows. Preferable orientation of Pt and Co films is (111). The lattice spacing of r-plane Cr2O3 was 0.363 nm. This value is in agreement with that of the bulk, indicating that the film is grown without stress from the substrate. From the reciprocal space mapping, both the substrate and film peaks were visible for (22 _ 010) plane, while no peaks were observed for the (22 _ 08) plane. The magnetic property of the multilayer is investigated by magnetic field (H) dependences of the magnetizations (M). The exchange bias filed, HEB, was -150Oe at 5K, which is the first observation using highly ordered rplane Cr2O3 film.

Crystal Growth of Cr2O3 Thin Films on YAlO3(001) Substrate YAlO3(001)衬底上Cr2O3薄膜的晶体生长

The Cr 2 O 3 thin films are fabricated on YAlO 3 (YAO)(0 0 1) substrates etched with 5M and 12M NaOH solutions. After the etching with 12M NaOH solution, the YAO surface showed step-terraces structure with the step height of one unit. The surface morphology of Cr 2 O 3 thin films grown on 5M, 12M etched YAO and r -cut sapphire substrate is almost similar even though the crystal structure of YAO is orthorhombic. Focusing on one grain of Cr 2 O 3 thin film, the surface is two dimensionally flat with approximately unit step of 0.36nm. The Cr 2 O 3 films expitaxially grow with the relationship of Cr 2 O 3 ±[1 1 0] // YAO[1 0 0], Cr 2 O 3 ±[ 0], double-sign corresponds, and Cr 2 O 3 (1 2) // YAO(0 0 1).

Valence state of Mn in La1−xSrxMnO3 probed by resonant Mn 3s→2p x-ray emission spectroscopy 用共振Mn 3s→2p x射线发射光谱探测La1−xSrxMnO3中Mn的价态

Mn 3→2 xray emission spectrum is measured at the Mn 21/2 photoabsorption maximum around 653 eV for polycrystalline La1−SrMnO3 with  from 0 to 1. A doublepeak structure like the exchange splitting in the Mn 3 corelevel photoemission spectrum is observed in the Mn 3→21/2 emission spectrum. With increasing , the splitting energy of the doublepeak in the emission is nearly constant up to around = 0.5 and then decreases until = 1. This is consistent with the dependence of the Mn 3 electron number in doped manganite estimated in previous studies. It indicates that the splitting energy in the emission measures the Mn 3 spin moment or the Mn valence state of manganites. The probing depth of the method is about 100 nm.
