As the intensification of global competition and the complexity of manufacturing products, enterprise manufacturing information change more and more complex. To effective manage complex manufacturing information in product manufacturing process, based on holonic theory, the manufacturing information integration management framework based on holonic is established. By means of the characteristic analysis of this framework, the manufacturing information cooperation mechanism based on holonic and the manufacturing information communication mechanism based on holonic can be constructed for effectively share and transfer complex manufacturing information. Finally, the simulation system of the manufacturing information integration management framework based on holonic can be demonstrated and validated by Flexsim software. It shows the proposed method can satisfy the requirements of complex manufacturing information integration management in modern manufacturing mode, and it can provide a support for effectively quality management.

The sampling storage method which used in the current data stream could not respond data tendency effectively. For the problem, this paper presents a new processing method based on curve fitting. A weighted least-square principle is used to fit the cached stream data and better model description is obtained. Then the fitting results are analyzed by clustering algorithm, which serves as a classifier for polynomial fitting parameters. According to the clustering result, the appropriate window size will be given to fit the periodic stream data. Comparing the function solutions with the actual data, the different methods are adopted to store data according to the comparison result. The experimental results indicate that the proposed method has better fitting accuracy and compression ratio, could meet the requirement of data stream processing. And the data tendency could be responded effectively by the fitting results.

When the Three-phase power signal containing multiple harmonics signal, there is a clear error that FFT algorithm is used directly to measure the phase, even with the various correction methods such as ratio method, center of energy gravity method etc. precision is severely constrained by harmonic signal. To solve these problems, a modified FFT algorithm, which is all-phase FFT, is used to measure the phase difference of three-phase power. The algorithm makes phase measurement accuracy significantly improve. More importantly, the way is almost free from harmonic noise, and easily implements in hardware to meet real-time measurement of power system requirements.

This paper is intended to provide an insight into the theoretical and implementation details of a speech based Dialog query system over Asterisk PBX server. Asterisk PBX server can be connected to traditional analogue telephones or PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network) trunk lines by fitting with special hardware PCI cards and to the VOIP telephony by using various VOIP protocols like SIP, IAX and H.323. This query system is designed for Railway Enquiry in Indian (Hindi) as well as English language. This paper describes how a query system can be deployed over Asterisk server for both analogue telephones and softphones as client interfaces and the recognition accuracy results are analyzed.

Image fusion technology of infrared and visible light could enhance the driver's visual effects in low visibility circumstance, and reduce the probability of the traffic accidents. Focused on the application of wavelet transform in image fusion, a image fusion method was proposed based on a regional energy and standard deviation for the infrared and visual light images. In this method, low-frequency approximation component of wavelet transform were obtained by a regional energy-weighted fusion rule, and three high-frequency details components were composed by utilizing the regional standard deviation-weighted fusion rule. Through the two groups of infrared and visual light image fusion experiments show that: the standard deviation of the image produced by the method increased 41.8% and 67.2% and the average brightness increased from 34.6% to 55.1% compared with simple method, respectively.

Blaze et al. in 1998 introduced the concept of proxy re-encryption, which allows a proxy to transform a ciphertext computed under Alice's public key into one that can be opened under Bob's decryption key. But until now, the problem of constructing a constant-size CCA-secure multi-hop proxy re-encryption scheme remain open. In this paper, we try to solve this open problem by presenting a somewhat constant-size CCA-secure multi-hop proxy re-encryption scheme.

Spreading sequences with low correlation, high linear complexity and large family size, in a direct-sequence spread spectrum communication system, help to minimize multiple access interference, increase security degree of system and enlarge user number, respectively. In this paper, a family of binary sequences with 5-valued low correlation, large family size and high linear complexity is presented. The proposed sequences have the same correlation distribution as the sequences in Ref. [6], and include the latter and No sequences as special cases. Although a closed-form mathematical expression regarding linear complexity of the proposed sequences can not be given, the simulation results by a computer show that the number of the proposed sequences, whose linear complexity is not less than the highest that of the sequences in Ref. [6], is quite larger than one of the sequences with the highest linear complexity in Ref. [6].

This paper aims at the construction of VLSI architecture of defect extraction based on wavelet packet decomposition. The wavelet packet decomposition for defect feature extraction of ultrasonic signal in nondestructive test is discussed. Based on the features being extracted from decomposed coefficients at different scales and levels, the frame of defect feature extraction is confirmed. The VLSI architectures of wavelet packet decomposition and feature extraction algorithms are configured. The architectures are implemented in FPGA. According to the implementations in FPGAs and experiments to defects classification, the VLSI architecture of defect feature extraction provides a practical and effective solution to real-time embedded reconfigurable ultrasonic signal processing applications.

In this paper, we focus on the observation and state duration distributions in hidden semi-Markov model (HSMM)-based voice activity detection. To perform robustly in noisy environment, firstly, acoustic features of noisy speech are extracted by Mel-frequency cepstrum processor after filtering the raw speech with a modified Wiener filter. According to the statistic on TIMIT database, we use Gaussian Mixture distributions (GMD) for both speech and non-speech state to correlate the MFCC feature vectors and state sequences. The transition probability in HSMM is not a constant like in HMM but depends on the elapsed time in last state, and is modeled by Weibull distribution (WD) in this paper. The final VAD decision is made according to the likelihood ratio test (LRT) incorporating state prior knowledge. Also a adaptive threshold is used to achieve better detection results. Experiments on noisy speech data show that the proposed method performs more robustly and accurately than the standard ITU-T G.729B, AMR2, HMM-based VAD and VAD using Laplacian-Gaussian model.
