The research objective is to analyze what factors influence student loyalty as internal consumers in promoting IIB Darmajaya College in Bandar Lampung. This associative-causality study used 100 samples selected by purposive sampling. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained that partially, service quality, satisfaction and trust were identified as having no effect on student loyalty; but the brand image of the institution has proven to have an effect on the loyalty of the college students concerned. Simultaneous test results show that service quality, satisfaction, trust and brand image have a significant effect on student loyalty at IIB Darmajaya Bandar Lampung college students. It is recommended that the campus develop and strengthen a branding strategy so that it can encourage student loyalty in recommending IIB Darmajaya education to potential consumers.

The Indonesian government through its national economic recovery policy (PEN) seeks to improve the economic conditions of the community with micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) as a driving force for the economy. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the number of MSME units, the number of workers and total non-oil exports on Indonesia's gross domestic product in the long term. Data comes from related agencies from 2000–2022. The data analysis method uses the classical assumption test stages including the autocorrelation test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test; then vector auto regression (VAR), vector error correction model (VECM), as well as significance and coefficient of determination tests. The results of the study explain that exports have no significant effect in the long term, while the number of MSMEs, labor, and GDP have a significant effect. The conclusion is that the PEN policy will be effective if all economic indicators increase simultaneously to generate economic growth

This research aims to examine the phenomenon of information sharing that occurs in groups in social media by uisng formal and informal communication that affect Transactive Memory System (TMS). This research also examines how TMS’s role on sharing information in groups as well as in self-relevant values. This research imply that formal and informal communications positively affect TMS, so it has a positive effect on self-relevant value. Therefore, transactive memory systems became a good mediator between formal and informal communication with self-relevant value. By sharing information in the group, their image will increase in front of people outside the group (self-image congruity). The group is created for the purpose to re-share the information with the other group who successfully invite potential tourists will increase self-relevant value in other groups.

Organizational effectiveness is not only supported by the success of employees' work tasks, but companies need to pay attention to the behavior of their employees broadly. This is done to minimize the desire of employees to change jobs. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of person-organization fit and job satisfaction on turnover intention with organizational culture as a moderating variable. Primary data was collected through a questionnaire in which the respondents were 96 people. This explanatory research uses validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, path analysis, and sobel test. The empirical results obtained show that partially, both person-organization fit, job satisfaction and organizational culture have a significant effect on turnover intention. Other results show that organizational culture is proven to be a moderation in the influence of person-organization fit and job satisfaction on turnover intention.

The study aims to determine whether investment motivation, investment knowledge and understanding, minimum investment capital, investment benefits, and perceptions of investment risk, affect students' interest in investing in stocks in the capital market. The research population is Ahmad Dahlan University students. The sample used a purposive sampling method, namely 395 samples. Multiple regression analysis tools are used to determine the relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable. The results of the study show that only investment motivation has a positive and significant influence on students' interest in investing in stocks in the capital market. Meanwhile, four other independent variables, namely investment knowledge and understanding, minimum investment capital, investment benefits, and perceptions of investment risk, were found to have no significant effect on students' interest in investing in stocks in the capital market.

The credibility of a PTKIN financial report is very important, especially for stakeholder decision making to fund the sustainability of PTKIN in accordance with the planned targets. Among the indicators that affect the quality of financial reports are the internal control system and good university governance (GUG). The purpose of this study was to determine the application and influence of SPI and GUG on the quality of financial reports presented at PTKIN in Aceh. The approach in this study was descriptive quantitative by distributing questionnaires to the SPI and finance departments at the three PTKINs in Aceh. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect of SPI and GUG on the quality of the financial reports presented by PTKIN.

This study aims to provide a descriptive analysis of the relationship between government administration, quality of government, transportation infrastructure, and economic growth in Indonesia during the period 2001 to 2018. The results of the analysis show that road length has a positive relationship with economic growth, while the amount of loading and unloading of goods domestic and foreign shipping has a negative relationship with economic growth. Government quality (as stated by Unqualified Opinion on the financial reports of the Ministry of Communications and the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing provided by the Supervisory Board of the Republic of Indonesia) shows good quality results over the last three years.

The Covid-19 pandemic that hit the world and claimed millions of lives has resulted in an increase in the excessive workload on paramedics. This condition places paramedics at risk of exposure to the Covid-19 virus, as well as increases the risk of burnout syndrome or mental fatigue. The research aims to analyze the quality of work life (QWL) and burnout on the performance of paramedics with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The research was conducted on paramedics at Grati Hospital, Pasuruan Regency, using a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis used SEM-PLS with SmartPLS 3.2.9 software. The results showed that paramedics' job satisfaction and QWL had a significant positive effect, while burnout had a significant negative effect on paramedics' performance. Meanwhile QWL proved to have a significant positive effect on paramedics' job satisfaction. The results of the indirect effect prove that paramedics' job satisfaction is able to mediate the relationship between QWL and paramedics' performance.
