The purpose of this research is to explore the things that influence consumer attitudes in shopping online, as well as the influence of these attitudes on their behavior in making online purchases. This research was conducted through the perspective of the technology acceptance model (TAM), which is based on consumer value theory. This study uses SEM (structural equation modeling) analysis on primary data based on the results of a questionnaire that has been distributed to 289 respondents. The results show that there is a significant effect of perceived ease of use on attitude, and attitude has a significant effect on online buying behavior. However, perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment, information availability, and perceived price separately proved to have no effect on attitude. The managerial implications of the findings identify the companies that issue e-commerce must be able to guarantee the convenience available in these applications, so that customer attitudes towards applications will be more positive.

The income of coastal communities as fishermen is relatively low because the economic activity of the fishing gear used is not yet optimal. This study aims to analyze the economic value and productivity of fishing gear that provides optimal income. The research was conducted in two coastal districts of Bone Bay, namely Tellu Siattinge and Kajuara. The location was determined purposively with the consideration that the Tellu Siattinge area is in the north while the Kajuara area is in the south. This type of survey research uses qualitative and quantitative analysis methods. The research results stated the fishing gear with the highest economic value was the purse seine type in the Kajuara District and the bagan cungkil type in the Tellu Siattinge District. The second result identified that the fishing gear that had the highest productivity was the bagan tancap type in Kajuara and the bagan cungkil type in Tellu Siattinge waters.

This study aims to examine the factor of religiosity as a moderator variable between the influence of production factors and economic potential on customer preferences in choosing to finance. The object is the customer of Baitul Mal Wat Tamwil (BMT) Khasanah Jabung Ponorogo, who has used financing products at such Islamic financial institutions. Quantitative methods are used to analyze the data, assisted by the Smart PLS application program. The result of this study indicates that religiosity strengthens the variables of product factors and economic potential in influencing customer preferences to choose to finance. Therefore, it is concluded that customers understand the benefits and blessings that will be obtained if you choose a sharia financial institution, which here is BMT Khasanah, as a partner in running its business.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of corporate social responsibility disclosure, capital structure and financial distress on stock returns. The sample is a manufacturing company listed on the IDX between 2017 and 2021. The sampling method was carried out using the convenience sampling method, namely the sample was determined with certain considerations so that 38 companies were selected. Data analysis procedure with multiple linear regression analysis. The test results show that partially, capital structure and financial distress have a positive and significant effect on stock returns; while CSR disclosure proved to have no significant effect on stock returns. Simultaneously, the three independent variables analyzed proved to have a significant effect on stock returns.

This study aims to examine the effect of status quo bias, regret aversion bias, loss aversion bias and availability bias on irrational investment decision making by investors in Malang City moderated by financial literacy. The number of respondents as many as 87 people came from a group of investors from several securities offices and community groups of Beginner Stock Investors (ISP) Malang City. This study uses moderated regression analysis as a test tool. The results of this study indicate that regret aversion bias and loss aversion bias have a positive effect on irrational investment decision making, while the status quo bias and availability bias have no effect on irrational investment decision making. The moderating variable of financial literacy weakens the effect of availability bias on irrational investment decision making, but does not weaken the effect of status quo bias, regret aversion bias, and loss aversion bias on irrational investment decision making.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of internal and external factors on non-performing financing in Islamic commercial banks and Islamic business units in Indonesia. Data is collected from publications of Bank Indonesia, the Central Statistics Agency, and the Financial Services Authority. Samples were taken from January 2010 to December 2017. Data were analyzed using Fisher’s exact test, Student's t-test, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results identify that Finance to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), inflation, and BI rate have a significant effect on non-performing financing. Based on the results, this study recommends that Islamic commercial banks and Islamic business units need to stabilize their financial ratios.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the advantages of plantation commodities in Jambi Province. Shift-Share Analysis and Location Quotient Analysis were used to analyze data. The research results conclude several things. First, there are the comparative advantages of oil palm and rubber throughout Jambi. Second, rubber and palm oil in the commodity base sector in Kerinci, Merangin, Batang Hari, Bungo; coffee and cinnamon are the base sectors in Kerinci, Merangin, Sorolangun; and, chocolate in Bungo and Kerinci. Third, palm oil and rubber are dominant and their growth potential in all areas in Jambi; coffee, cinnamon, cocoa plantations are dominant and their growth potential are in Kerinci, Merangin, Bungo; and, clove, coconut, areca nut, candlenut, kapok, sugar palm, vanilla, sugar cane, patchouli are less developed. Finally, there are three clusters oriented towards ease of market access, proximity of raw materials and availability of labor.

The Covid-19 pandemic has slowly changed people's behavior, one of which is making purchases. Many factors influenced a person to make purchases during the pandemic which the Shopee marketplace has responded well by providing various additional features to make it easier for consumers to shop from home. This study aimed to examine whether purchase intention is able to mediate the effect of perceived trust and perceived risk on purchasing decisions at the Shopee marketplace during the current pandemic. Purposive sampling technique was used to determining the sample. The results obtained were that perceived trust and the perceived risk had a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions either directly or through purchase intention as an intervening variable. The recommendation for Shopee is to focus more on minimizing the risk of its consumers, including the risk of being infected with Covid-19.
