Various policy packages from the local government are currently being activated to reduce the spike in poverty rates in the Province of East Nusa Tenggara. This is because this province is still classified as the poorest province in Indonesia. Realizing this, the aim of this research is to find out the dominant factors that influence the high number of poor people in NTT Province. In an effort to answer research problems, the analytical tool used is panel data analysis where the number of analysis units or cross section data is all districts/cities in NTT Province as many as 22 districts while for time series data starting from 2018-2021. The results of data analysis show that either partially or simultaneously, each independent variable, namely economic growth, the human development index and also the number of residents has proven to have a significant influence on the number of poor people in NTT Province.

Poverty harms development, so we must address it immediately. The poor in Indonesia are more distributed in rural areas than urban areas, so they must pursue rural development to alleviate poverty. This study aims to analyze the impact of rural development on poverty alleviation in Indonesia. In this study, the Village Development Index (IPD) consists of five dimensions, namely essential services, infrastructure conditions, accessibility, publik services, and governance. The research method uses regression analysis with unit analysis for 434 provinces/cities in Indonesia. The results show that two dimensions, i.e. essential services and publik services have a negatif and significant impact on poverty in Indonesia. Other variables that have a significant impact on poverty reduction in Indonesia are economic growth and the Human Development Index.

The article aims to determine the motivation, consequences and efforts to reduce fraud. The socio-economic impact of the scandal determines whether regulation becomes fundamentally tighter. This study uses a systematic literature review approach with a population of 235 articles published in reputable international journals. Based on the predetermined criteria, sixteen articles were obtained as research samples. As many as 62.5 percent of the articles discussed reviewed the Enron case because it was considered a case that shocked the world, involving companies and public accounting firms that were considered independent parties. The urge to commit fraud can be seen from the internal and external aspects of the company. The consequences of fraud that occur can drag the company and auditors as independent parties. The need for efforts to minimize the occurrence of fraud includes improvements to the company, improvements to the criminal and legislative processes and improvements to individual morality.

The study aims to analyze the effect of inflation, exchange rate, investment, and labor force participation on the economic growth of member countries in the ASEAN region. This study uses secondary panel data, namely economic data from ten ASEAN member countries from 2000-2020. Sources of data obtained from the publications of the World Bank. The analytical method used is the panel data regression method fixed-effects model approach with a SUR cross-section weighted. This study indicates that the increase in inflation, investment, and labor force participation can encourage economic growth in the ASEAN Region. Meanwhile, the weakening of the value of the domestic currency (depreciation) has corrected the economic growth of ASEAN member countries.

The study aims to determine the effect of the labor force on the education budget, between the literacy rate on the education budget, and between the dropouts rate on the education budget. This research is a quantitative study with multiple linear regression analysis using the Eviews 11 application. The secondary data used is sourced from the Central Statistics Agency, the Ministry of Education and Culture Data Statistics, and the 2015-2019 Regional Education Balance. Partially, the results state that the labor force has a positive and significant effect on the education budget, the literacy rate has a positive and significant effect on the education budget, and the dropouts rate has a negative but not significant effect on the education budget. Furthermore, there is a significant simultaneous effect between the labor force, literacy rate, dropouts rate on education budget disparities.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of macroeconomic variables (economic growth, exchange rates, and inflation) on foreign debt in ASEAN-7 countries (Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Laos, Cambodia, and Myanmar) during the period 1996 to 2019 which using the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) panel model. The results show that foreign debt in ASEAN-7 is positively and significantly affected by economic growth, exchange rates, and inflation in the long term, but not in the short term. Therefore, ASEAN-7 countries are expected to pay attention to increasing foreign debt, overcome by pragmatic macroeconomic policies, especially policies regarding exchange rates and inflation.

This study aims to analyze the effect of taxes, population, and GRDP on local revenue (PAD) in Central Java Province in 2013-2019. The data panel with the fixed effect method was run to analyze the data using the help of the EViews v.11 program. Objects are 35 regencies/cities in Central Java Province. The dependent variable is Regional Original Income (PAD); while district/city taxes in Central Java Province, total population, and GRDP are independent variables. The results of this study indicate that taxes and GRDP have a positive and significant effect on PAD, while population has a positive but not significant effect on PAD in Central Java Province.

The aim of this study is to analyze the role of financial inclusion in the digital economy era and produce financial inclusion strategies and policies in overcoming income inequality in Indonesia. The secondary data used is in the form of time series data from the TW;1:2005 to TW;4:2019 period. The data is sourced from BPS, BI and OJK, then analyzed using the 2SLS technique. The results in the first equation show that financial inclusion variables such as the number of credit accounts, the number of savings accounts (TPF) and the number of MSME loans have no significant effect on economic growth; while the number of ATM machines has a significant effect on PE, and GR has no significant effect on PE. In the second equation, financial inclusion variables such as DPK have a significant effect on GR, JKB have no significant effect on GR, and PE has a significant effect on GR.

The assessment method of human resource that is often used, but has not been widely discussed in empirical studies is the Forced Distribution Rating Performance Appraisal (FDRPA). This study examines the effect of FDRPA on task performance mediated by motivation and retention. Data from Relationship Managers at a bank in Surabaya that implements the FDRPA system. Data collect is 81 people. The results show that FDRPA has a positive effect on task performance. Where, motivation and retention also show the mediating role of the relationship between FDRPA on task performance. This shows that management needs to understand that the factors in improving the performance of the task, there are variable motivation and retention that need to be considered as well. Furthermore, management is expected to be able to manage the implementation of FDRPA well, so that these positive benefits can continue to be sustainable.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the number of labor force and investment on Regional Original Income Revenue (PAD). Provincial PAD in Indonesia has different figures for each province. Every year the PAD figure fluctuates and forms a certain pattern for each province. The number of labor force and investment is estimated to affect the amount of PAD figure. The research used data from 34 provinces in Indonesia taken from the Central Statistics Agency in 2020, and analyzed using the multiple linear regression method. The results found that the number of labor force and investment had a significant and positive effect on PAD. Based on the analysis of determination, it is found that the number of labor force and investment has a relatively large contribution to explain fluctuations in PAD, although there are still a number of other independent variables that are not included in this research model.
