In today's competitive business environment, the goal of a business is long-term survival. As seen that these days, most of the companies are customer driven. They mostly work on a combination of pull and push system Supply chain is an integral part of the manufacturing companies and various other sectors. Keeping this in mind, it is also found that the supply chain faces a lot of threats. This paper looks at various challenges a traditional supply chain faces such as Inventory theft, Information theft, Smuggling and Piracy, Trusting data to third party vendor. So, there is a high sense of need of security and monitoring for the data as well as the products. In this paper we discuss about the steps involved in implementation of Blockchain. This paper will summarize on how Blockchain, which on combining with IoT platform, will provide a real time and a secure supply chain. By doing so, the productivity, efficiency, and profitability of the supply chain can be improved.

This study reviews literature on mobile banking adoption in organizations to identify its influential factors and its operationalization in prior literature. We classify the factors that influence mobile banking adoption using the three contexts suggested by the Technology, Organization and Environment (TOE) framework, namely, technology, organization, and environment. The finding suggests that the influences of these factors vary across studies and most of the studies have operationalized mobile banking adoption using intention to adopt mobile banking or binary variable, rather than the actual use of the technology.

Determination of oxygenation status is very important in hypovolemic shock patients treatment, oxygenation status can be seen in the patient's clinical sign and examination of SpO2 and PaO2. PaO2 examination is a gold standard but has the disadvantage of less available and invasive, while SpO2 by Pulse Oximeter is easy to do, this research try to determine the correlation between SpO2 pulse oximeter and PaO2 on blood gas analysis. This research is Cross Sectional analytics, the subject of this research were 39 hypovolemic shock patients admitted to Emergency Room RSU DR Pirngadi Medan between October 2019 - February 2020, correlation between SpO2 (pulse oximeter) - PaO2 (blood gas) were measured by Pearson Correlation . O The name of this article is: f the 39 samples 41.8% 40-60 years, 30 (76.9%) with systolic under 100 at admission to the ER, 16 (41%) came with hypoxic conditions SpO2 <93%. Mean difference of SpO2 was 4.6 points lower than SaO2 blood gas, and 5.2 points lower at systolic <100mmHg, lower 5.6 points <90 mmHg. In the Pearson SpO2 - PaO2 Correlation test in systolic <100mmHg obtained correlation (r =0.423; p = 0.020) and in systolic <90 mmHg (r = 0.411; p = 0.04). Online examination system plays a significant role in education. However, there are varieties of disadvantages in non-optimized systems, such as randomly selecting questions that make the exam paper has an imbalance difficulty, the unanticipated weight of knowledge points, and so on. A genetic algorithm is an efficient and achievable way to improve the ability to generate exam paper. Besides, a massive amount of data are generated when the system is running. Nevertheless, some of the systems only store the data, in another word, they do not make full use of the generated data. An evaluation algorithm is put forward in this essay to give objective and scientific evaluations on students’ learning and teachers’ teaching via using the data that are generated in examinations, which is based on the degree of difficulty. To make this algorithm working well, the degree of difficulty of questions stored in the database is supposed to be updated dynamically when the samples of questions’ answers become large enough.

The sequence in the improvement drive in any discipline is a vital concern. This has become a mindset to printing practitioners. The special consideration accorded some brands of machine is as a result of peculiarities in terms of suitability, affordability, maintenance capability, ease of operation, durability among others. The excitement for better means of achieving printing goals has always prompted manufacturers to develop successive equipment to enhance offset printing practitioners in their daily activities. The aim of the study is to trace, identify and examine the brands of machine in use, and their impact on the practice of offset printing in South West Nigeria with a view to encouraging practitioners for better productivity and sustainability. The objectives of the study are to trace the trends in the technological development of offset printing in the offset printing industry, Identify brands of machines adopted in South West Nigeria, and examine reasons for the use of such brands. The sample size for each study area was selected at random from registered offset lithography printing establishments as follow: Somolu-274, Akure36 and Ibadan-192. Both primary and secondary data were employed. Survey Design was adopted and the data were gathered through structured questionnaire and subjected to both descriptive and inferential statistical tools for analysis. Findings from the study revealed that there were developments in both quantitative and qualitative aspects in the industry. From the quantitative aspect, the acquisition of additional machines, offices/buildings and staff were always on the increase, despite the use of old machines and reliance on on-the-job training of operators. From the qualitative aspect, the hypothesis postulated was tested using chi-square to test significant relationship. The analysis showed that the null-hypothesis was rejected in favor of the alternate hypothesis, implying that although developments were remarkable, it would have been more pronounced if not for the impact of the high significant relationship between the variables as indicated by x2 (4) = 144.289, p = 0.000. The study also revealed that old technology machines are durable, easy to manipulate and maintain, cost effective and affordable. Furthermore, spare parts are always available, operators with little education rely mostly on apprenticeship/on-the-job training. However, lack of surplus fund hindered the procurement of new machines. Some offset printers only adopted digital process as complementary for short runs and print-ondemand purposes, while some held the belief that digital machines are not as durable as offset printing machines. Since new offset machines are costly and not conveniently affordable to printing firms, the study recommended that two, three or more offset firms can embark on collaborative efforts for the procurement of new machines that would enhance better performance in productivity and profitability.

The cancellation of the authentic deed that can be carried out by the judge, if the authentic deed does not meet the requirements stipulated by the law and the subjective or objective requirements are not fulfilled. This study analyzes the judge's decision on the cancellation of the notary deed as evidence in the Padang District Court which aims to find out how the Judge's consideration in making the decision to cancel the notary deed as evidence in the Padang District Court and the legal consequences for the deed being canceled through the Padang District Court decision. This study uses a juridical normative approach, which is a study that aims to examine legal principles, legal systematics, legal history and comparative law. According to the provisions of Law Number 2 of 2014 concerning the Position of Notary in Article 84, if there is a case that is brought before a judge in which the material of the lawsuit is regarding the notary's actions which have violated the provisions of that article, the judge must test the formal strength of proof against the authentic deed. The decision of the Padang District Court number 127 / Pdt.G / 2015 / PN.Pdg which declared the legal invalidation of Satria Tama's notary deed on July 19, 2012 deed number 272/2012 2012 because it was made on land that was in progress or was complaining in Court. So that the results of the research on the consideration of the judge's decision on the cancellation of a notary deed which is used as evidence in Court, are errors in the deed-making process that are not in accordance with the law, illegal acts committed by notaries and parties to the parties, errors in the contents of notary deeds, form of deeds notary public, and typographical errors in the copy of the notary deed. The legal consequences for notarial deeds that are canceled by court decisions are null and void, can be canceled, and the power of proof is degraded.

The indigenous language of a people is the most accepted medium of communication. It enshrines and translates the peoples’ life (culture) as domesticated in their norms, values and morals. Adopting the functional perspective to sociological studies, this paper aims at x-raying the values of folktales (Igbo Folktale), for the formation of well behaved, self- reliable, accommodating, responsible and responsive individuals for progress and harmonious communal existence. These virtues which form the bases for training in the society are encapsulated in the people’s folktales shared commonly at family and communal leisure times. Folktale as a genre of oral literature is built into written literature courses in schools. However, modernity, development and quest for greener pasture deny people of the opportunity to enjoy the leisure for cultural learning / training avenues. Schools are no longer performing the expected role. Hence, these cultural virtues are left hanging in the balance. This study therefore tends to illustrate the rich availability of the virtues necessary for national integration with the analysis of three Igbo folktales. Deductions from these folktales confirm the richness of societal values. It concludes by underlining the need for the reintroduction of indigenous language study and folktale in schools

This study was conducted with an area of 540 square meters excluding canals and was divided into twenty plots. Each plot was measured 3m x 9m. The experimental area was laid out following Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD). The study aimed to determine the effect of different row spacings and schedule of urea application in medium level on the yield of sweet corn. Results of the analysis showed that the average length and average circumference of corn ears in centimeter per plot per treatment both showed no significant difference as affected by different row spacings and schedule of application of urea. Results of the Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) on the average weight and total weight of corn ears in kg per plot per treatment showed that there was significant difference on the yield of sweet corn using row spacings. However, no significant difference on the schedule of application of urea. Thus, R2 is recommended in terms of longest husk, biggest circumference of husk, and heavier husk of corn ears. On the other hand, R1 is recommended to obtain more husk of corn ears and R5 is recommended to obtain heavier husk of corn ears.
