An important stage in the industrial process for obtaining salicylate additives for oils and fuels is the synthesis of alkylsalicylic acids from alkylphenols, which is based on the addition reaction of carbon dioxide CO2 to organic substances with the formation of a carboxyl group - COOH (Kolbe-Schmitt reac-tion). This work is devoted to optimizing this stage of the process in terms of increasing the rate of the main reaction while achieving the maximum equilibrium yield of alkylsalicylic acid. As a result of the ex-perimental studies carried out, the process conditions appropriate in this respect for alkyl (C16-C18) phenols were determined. At present, the parameters established in this way have been proposed to produce alkyl salicylate additives at LLC Novokuibyshevsk Plant of Oils and Additives of Rosneft Oil Company, where they form the basis of the current technological regulations.

The analysis of the production volumes of diesel fuel with a low sulfur content in Russia is carried out. The need of diesel fuel manufacturers for anti-wear additives has been determined, taking into account the forecast of the Ministry of Economic Development until 2030. The domestic patents for anti-wear additives for diesel fuel are considered in detail and the best indicators of lubricity for each invention are given. The analysis of the dynamics of registration of domestic inventions on the method of obtaining anti-wear additives for the period from 2005 to 2020 is carried out. The article also shows the dependence of the lubricating ability of diesel fuels on the concentration of an anti-wear additive in the fuel and its composition. This review can be used by scientific and project groups when formulating a research hypothesis or for conducting a patent search. The article will be useful when preparing an application for intellectual property protection in this direction. In addition, the results of the review can be used in the formation of a feasibility study of an investment project and in the study of the domestic market of anti-wear additives for diesel fuel hydrotreating.

Bitumen is a complex and specific in its composition organic materials, the physicomechanical, chemical, adhesive and other properties of which significantly depend on their group composition and the ratio of hydrocarbon fractions included in them. These properties, in turn, are directly related to the composition of the feedstock, which is determined by the level (depth) of processing of oil shoulder straps and the methods of oxidation and compounding of refined products of different levels. This work evaluates the group composition of the initial bituminous raw material and its changes during oxidation under various conditions. The study showed that the oxidation process is dominated by the processes of thermal oxidative destruction, leading to the decomposition of fractions of saturated hydrocarbons into aromatic, resinous and partially aromatic fractions into asphaltenes prone to agglomeration. The results of the study expand knowledge about the development of the potential for regulating the properties of commercial bitumen and polymer-bitumen binders based on them by varying the composition of oil strands supplied for oxidation. The data obtained were used to optimize the production processes of LLC "BITUM", Salavat, for the purpose of large-scale production of commercial bitumen and PMB. The binders produced were used in 2018-2019 for the production of asphalt concrete and polymer-asphalt concrete mixtures and the device of coatings based on them in the Volga Federal District.

Determining the theoretical optimal conditions for the phenol alkylation process creates the basis for evaluating the prospects of this process as well. For the alkylation process used phenol and isoprene cyclodimers as feedstock. To determine the optimal reaction conditions for the catalytic alkylation of phenol with isoprene cyclodimers in a continuous pilot plant, the effects of temperature, molar ratio of initial reagents, and space velocity on the yield and selectivity of the target product were studied. The study was carried out in the temperature range of 80 – 1500C, the molar ratio of phenol to CDI was 0.5:1 – 2:1 and the space velocity was within 0.25 – 1.0 h-1. To develop a regression model of the process, it is necessary to identify the functional relationship between the process parameters and use it for further process prediction. Considering that the number of experiments is m=13, and the output variables are n=3, the functional relationship can be represented as a non-linear polynomial. To determine the coefficients of the equation, the S-pluse 2000 Professional program was used, which allows us to automatically calculate statistical analysis data: regression model coefficients and pair correlation coefficients, as well as quadratic effect coefficients. Applying Student's criterion, significant and insignificant coefficients of the equation were found. To test the adequacy of the model, the Fisher criterion was used, which makes it possible to prove the adequacy of the description of the response surface by regression equations. When comparing the found values of Fes of the criterion with the tabular ones at the chosen confidence probability of 95% and the numbers of degrees of freedom f1=6 and f2=2, it can be seen that the calculated values of Fes are less than Ft=19.3, and this indicates the adequacy of the description of the response surface by regression equations. Using the developed regression model on a PC, calculations were made to study the influence of each input factor on the output parameters. To solve the optimization problem, the Matlab-6.5 program was used, which contains modern algorithms for solving the linear programming problem. As a result, the solution of the optimization problem was found that at a temperature of 1400C, a ratio of components of 1:0.5 and a space velocity of 0.25 h-1, the selectivity value is 91%, while the yield of the target product reaches 69%.

Based on the experimental data, a regression mathematical model has been developed for the process of obtaining cycloalkyl-substituted cyclopentadienes by catalytic alkylation of cyclopentadiene with cyclohexyl alcohol, reflecting the influence of the main technological factors (the ratio of the starting reagents, temperature, the amount of catalyst) on the yield of the target product. The statistical analysis of the obtained model is carried out, the adequacy of the developed model to the experimental data is proved. The optimal values of the input parameters are found, at which the maximum value of the yield of cycloalkylated cyclopentadienes is reached.

This article is devoted to the experience of TAIF-NK JSC Refinery in the application of hydrogenation processes in the processing of heavy residues of oil distillation – Vacuum Residue. The complex of TAIF-NK JSC, which operates on the basis of Veba Combi Cracking (VCC) technology, is the only one in the world that allows processing of heavy residues (Vacuum Residue) obtained by primary distillation from crude oil, with maximum production of high-quality light oil products. Implementation of hydrocracking technology on the basis of VCC technology at TAIF-NK JSC ensured the achievement of oil refining depth and light product yields for 2021 - 85.1% and 80.7% respectively. The article demonstrates the retrospective dynamics of indicators of oil refining depth and light oil products draw-off from implementation of the project, the change in the food basket, as well as highlights the problems that arose in the course of implementation of the project.

It is shown that it is possible to evaluate the anti-wear properties of sulfonate greases using a temperature-kinetic method, in which the processing of experimental results allows us to obtain the values of the conditional activation energy of the process of destruction of the modified layer. A method has been developed for estimating the conditional activation energy of the wear process of the modified layer, which ensures the separation of contacting bodies during friction in the mode of boundary lubrication at high temperatures. For sulfonate greases obtained on various thickeners and dispersion media, the values of the activation energy of the process of destruction of modified layers were determined and the ratio between the activation energy value and the values of wear indicators according to GOST 9490-75 was established.
