A Novel PID Control Strategy Based on PSO-BP Neural Network for Phase-Shifted Full-Bridge Current-Doubler Synchronous Rectifying Converter 基于PSO-BP神经网络的移相全桥倍流同步整流变换器PID控制策略

In this paper, a phase-shifted full-bridge rectifier (PSFB) based on MOSFET and its control strategies are studied. Aiming at its high loss, low efficiency and large ripple coefficient, a phase-shifted full-bridge based on IGBT is proposed to replace MOSFET phase-shifted full bridge to further reduce the on-state power loss. The current-doubler synchronization technology is applied to the rectifying converter to reduce the ripple factor further. In the control strategy, various double closed-loop PI control effects achieved by BP neural network and Particle Swarm optimization BP neural network (PSO-BP) are compared and analysed through modelling and conducting simulation. The simulation results demonstrate that PSO-BP neural network control strategy has the advantages of the fastest response speed, the smallest overshoot and the shortest steady-state time. Comprehensive test results indicate that the proposed IGBT phase-shift full bridge current-doubler synchronous rectifying converter based on PSO-BP neural network control has a good performance of excellent waveform, a fast dynamic response, a wide range of output voltage.

Adaptive Iterative Learning Trajectory Tracking Control of SCARA Robot SCARA机器人自适应迭代学习轨迹跟踪控制

Taking SCARA robot as the research object, an Adaptive Iterative Learning Control algorithm is used to solve the problems of slow speed, large pose error and poor anti-interference ability of conventional controller in robot trajectory tracking control. The model of robot control system is established by using SIMULINE, and the random disturbance signal input of the system is set. Given the trajectory of linear and curvilinear moving targets, the trajectory tracking control is verified. The experiment results show that, compared with the conventional controller, the Adaptive Iterative Learning Control method could control the end trajectory of the robot more accurately, the tracking speed is faster, the tracking attitude is more accurate, and it has good feasibility and portability.
以SCARA机器人为研究对象,采用自适应迭代学习控制算法,解决了传统控制器在机器人轨迹跟踪控制中速度慢、位姿误差大、抗干扰能力差的问题。利用SIMULINE建立了机器人控制系统的模型,并设置了系统的随机干扰信号输入。给出了线性和曲线运动目标的轨迹,验证了轨迹跟踪控制。实验结果表明,与传统控制器相比,自适应迭代学习控制方法可以更精确地控制机器人的末端轨迹,跟踪速度更快,跟踪姿态更准确,具有良好的可行性和可移植性。

Application Model of Video Surveillance System Interworking Based on Blockchain 基于区块链的视频监控系统互联应用模型

The traditional system of video surveillance interworking improves the efficiency, resources utilization rates and management ability through emerging technology, such as: AI, Big data, etc. However, while video surveillance system interworking, the problem of video surveillance data leakage, data authenticity cannot be verified still exists. Blockchain is a fundamental trust techniques, which can solve the problem of data not be trusted, data has been tampered, etc. This paper research and proposes an application model of video surveillance system interworking based on blockchain (BVSSI) and shows several application scenarios based BVSSI.

Intelligent command and control of UAV Based on brain computer and eye tracking combined technology 基于脑机与眼动追踪相结合技术的无人机智能指挥控制

Brain computer interface (BCI) and eye tracking technology are the mainstream human-computer interaction technology in current research. At present, the application in UAV command and control field is not mature. Relying on BCI or eye tracking technology alone, the success rate is difficult to reach 100%. For the application of UAV intelligent command and control, this paper designs an efficient and intelligent human-computer interaction system based on brain computer interface and eye tracking. The EEG control signal based on SSVEP is used in the brain computer interface. Eye tracking uses pupil central corneal reflex technology. In the UAV command and control software interface, eye tracking technology is used to display the eyeball fixation area in real time, which helps the human eye to accurately gaze at the command options, so as to improve the accuracy of brain computer signal relying on visual stimulation. The success rate of command and control command selection of man-machine interaction system reaches 100% through the multi UAV formation flight experiment.

The 3D Feature Prediction of the Molten Metal Direct Writing Result based on Neural Network 基于神经网络的熔融金属直写结果三维特征预测

The three-dimensional features of the single track forming result are one of the key factors for metal 3D printing, while few studies are carried out to predict the three-dimensional features in liquid metal jetting printing area. In this paper, the results of the single track forming are scanned by 3D displacement sensor to obtain accurate 3D model. Based on the 3D model, the average width and average height are logically selected to demonstrate the three-dimensional features. To predict the type and size of the single track forming result, 2 neural networks are designed, which both contain 2 hidden layers. After training and testing, the Classification model of the two Multi-Input-Multi-Output neural networks has more than 90% accuracy in the classification prediction of the single channel forming results, and the average prediction errors of the average width and average thickness in the size prediction model are limited to 6%.

Campus network intrusion prevention and detection application research 校园网入侵防御与检测应用研究

Campus network is composed of hardware, software and system. With the continuous development of the Internet, the technology of preventing Internet from being infringed has been studied. As a network protection means, intrusion detection technology hopes to prevent the factors inducing campus network security at the source and ensure that the important information in the campus network is not infringed Recognized as the most secure and appropriate technology to prevent campus network security incidents. In this paper, intrusion detection and firewall are combined to build a campus network security system. In the system, the data acquisition module is used to collect the specified network traffic data, analyze the abnormal behavior of network traffic, calculate the abnormal degree of abnormal behavior, and when the abnormal degree exceeds the threshold, the alarm is sent to the analysis module and the abnormal degree information is provided. The analysis module analyzes the abnormal alarm information from the statistical analysis module, and judges whether the alarm indicates that there is a network intrusion according to the corresponding algorithm. Through the test of campus network security system, the results show that the system has ideal intrusion detection ability, and can further improve the security protection and network management level of campus network.

Research on the characteristics of flexible control load of rural distribution network and flexibility evaluation 农村配电网柔性控制负荷特点及柔性评价研究

The gradual penetration of new energy sources such as photovoltaics and wind energy into the power grid and the gradual penetration of adjustable loads such as electric vehicle charging stations has put forward a demand for flexibility in regulation and control of the distribution network. Through the analysis of the relevant indicators that affect the flexibility of the distribution network, the flexibility evaluation system of the distribution network is established, and the flexibility evaluation method of the distribution network is formed. Through the analysis of the flexibility of the distribution network in different scenarios, it can penetrate into the distribution network. Under the trend of rising rate, it provides relevant reference for the planning and construction of the distribution network. The integrated application of the combined controllable load and energy storage device can better improve the operating efficiency and flexibility of the distribution network.

A New Satellite Selection Algorithm Based on K-means 一种新的基于k均值的卫星选择算法

The first step is to select satellites during navigation and positioning, which determines the accuracy of navigation and positioning directly. A new satellite selection algorithm based on K-means clustering is proposed by calculating the azimuth and elevation of satellites in order to improve the accuracy and the real-time performance of the algorithm. On the basis of selecting the satellite with the highest elevation angle, this paper uses K-means algorithm to cluster the azimuth angle to select satellites and uses MATLAB software to simulate. The simulation results show that the GDOP of the algorithm is almost the same as that obtained by the optimal GDOP method, which has high accuracy, while the computational complexity of the algorithm is greatly reduced and the timeliness of satellite selection is improved.

In the Internet era, the combination of visualization and network technology make remote visualization services a reality. At present, one of the visualization technology research hotpots is the visualization technology based on web geographic information system(WebGIS). Based on the WebGIS visualization technology analysis, this paper combined the palmprint recognition technology, conducted in-depth research on the WebGIS visualization technology based on palmprint recognition, and designed a visual management system for urban water supply pipe network based on palmprint recognition, completed the information visualization management of water supply pipe network, The system has strong application value.

Research and Implementation of Anti-interference Cluster Communication Technology Based on Competition-center Network 基于竞争中心网络的抗干扰集群通信技术研究与实现

The cluster communication system characterized by flexible networking, anti-damage and anti-interference is the critical factor to improve the cluster operational capability of unmanned system. The research on the critical technologies in terms of the cluster communication of unmanned system is conducted in this article in allusion to the problems in the current research results such as the poor practicability and weak anti-interference ability, and the design scheme of integrated anti-interference cluster communication system based on competition-center network is proposed. It’s showed in the test results that the system is characterized by the flexible node access, anti-damage and anti-interference with excellent application value.
具有组网灵活、抗毁伤、抗干扰等特点的集群通信系统是提高无人系统集群作战能力的关键因素。针对目前无人系统集群通信研究成果中存在的实用性差、抗干扰能力弱等问题,本文对无人系统集群通信的关键技术进行了研究,提出了基于竞争中心网络的集成抗干扰集群通信系统设计方案。测试结果表明,该系统具有节点接入灵活、抗破坏、抗干扰等特点,具有良好的应用价值。
