Financial risk management enhances financialperformance and effectiveness, and it has been recently received research recognition and momentum.This study aims to adopt a bibliometric analysis of financial risk management to identify the research trends and opportunities related to diverse types of research papers published in journals and conferences indexed by Web of Science for the years 2004-2018. The main objectives of this study include finding the research trend of financial risk management publications and citations, top research areas, the most influential papers based on citation count, the top supportive funding agencies, and the future research direction. This bibliometric study indicates that the interest of researchers is increasing in financial risk management every year due to an unpredictable environment and economic situation. The number of citations to financial risk management research papers has been growing. The top research areas in financial risk management include business economics, environmental sciences ecology, engineering, mathematics, and operation research management science. The analysis indicates that the National Natural Science Foundation of China supports most of the financial risk management research by funding the research. This reflects the vast interests and trends of financial risk management among researchers. This study can be a valuable learning point for young researchers to find attractive, relevant research insights withinfinancial risk management.

President Ho Chi Minh, a hero of national liberation, a world cultural celebrity hasleft us a huge and extremely valuable spiritual legacy, which we have not been able to exploitthe full extent of that heritage in both breadth and depth, including his ideology on medicalethics. Researching on his medical ethics is important in improving the medical ethics ofVietnamese doctors today.The author uses the method of analysis, synthesis, and comparison of data sources to studyHo Chi Minh's ideology on medical ethics. The research results show that Ho Chi Minh'sideology on medical ethics shows the unity between morality and politics - a characteristic inHo Chi Minh's ideology, which is the revolutionary medical ethics in general and the medicalethics of the socialist doctor, including ethical standards to regulate the perception andbehavior of doctors in relation to patients, profession, colleagues, society and themselves.

: The study aims to find out the correlation between resilience and academic achievement of higher secondary scheduled caste students. The sample selected for the Present study consists of 652 higher secondary scheduled caste students studying in government, government-aided and private schools from Rohtak, Hissar and Sonipat districts of Haryana, India, the survey method used in the study in simple random sampling. For measuring, tool used the Resilience Scale in the year 2018 developed by investigator and the percentage of marks scored in their annual examination has been taken for the study. The data consists the background variables gender, major subject, type, nature and locality of the school, father's and mother's education, father's and mother's occupation and monthly income of the family for the calculation. The data collected is analyzed using 't' test and Pearson product moment co-efficient statistical techniques. The finding shows that i) there is significant difference in stability and resilience of higher secondary scheduled caste students with reference due to their gender. ii) there is significant relationship between the dimensions of resilience and gender of higher secondary scheduled caste students and iii) there is no significant positive correlation between resilience and academic achievement of higher secondary scheduled caste students.
