According to the World Bank, the microfinance sector all over the globe, especially in developing countries has increased significantly and received tremendous attention for the last ten years. However, on the other hand, the amount of poor people is not decreasing. To understand this phenomenon, this study focuses to explore the economic efficiency of microfinance providers and to investigate the various factors or determinants that have an impact on the economic efficiency of microfinance providers. Economic efficiency gets its ground on the concept of the resources ’ scarcity. Economic efficiency means creating maximum outputs from minimum inputs and avoiding wasteon the resources. Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) approach was used to calculate the economic efficiency level, with the inputs arethe staff size and the operational expenses. As for the outputs, they are the borrower numbers, gross loan portfolio, and operational self-sufficiency ratio. Regression analysis was used to examine the impacts of different factors on the microfinance providers ’ economic efficiency. The result shows that the factors which affect the economic efficiency of microfinance providers arethe empowerment, organizational structure, aggressive marketing programs, optimum balance of available financial resources, profit-oriented programs, growth outreach, commercialization, competition, cultural dimensions, Interest rates, growth addiction, stability or short term profitability focus, loan repayment focus, minimum follow-up programs, minimum awareness, loan misuse, fear of defaults, and lack of technical support. These factors have to be considered for future studies.

The ongoing trends in the Indian healthcare sector point to the need to evolve a strategic plan with concern towards ‘ quality care ’ . This demands a massive governance agenda from a management perspective. The evolution of Corporate Hospitals, on a mammoth scale, across the country heralded a new era in the realm of ‘ diagnosis ’ and ‘ treatment ’ unfolding many technologies. The so-called boom in the service sector, found to be responsible for elevating the living standards of the middle class, needs to be channelised for a productive cause. The growing awareness of health disorders and treatment-seeking attitude among the cross section of people put enormous pressure on corporate hospitals to prescribe an action plan for meeting customer needs spread in different forms. The entry of foreign capital into the fold of healthcare services has also resulted in a competition between equal players as seen in the case of heart ailments. The individual-centric and group-centric management patterns found in the corporate hospitals require a healthy debate on the pros and cons of the phenomenon. The growing thrust towards ‘ quality management ’ also enables us to focus upon ‘ clinical governance ’ that finds special place in the so-called corporate governance framework. Apart from this, technological implications and the resulting cost escalation are identified as potential elements that need attention in the effective management of corporate hospitals. enhancing the ‘ brand image ’ of the hospitals. The focus on customer-related issues be it ‘ cost ’ or ‘ service ’ , at this crucial juncture would ensure a fair balance between business objectives and service delivery from a customer perspective. For driving corporate healthcare services towards ‘ zero tolerance ’ to ‘ medical errors ’ the pursuit of corporate governance practices seems to be imperative both from organizational and social perspectives. The blue print prepared by ‘ McKinsey ’ for evolving a new health policy deserves to be given adequate attention while making policy overtures across the realm of corporate hospitals.

In this investigation, fiscal policy effectson economic growth have been explored. In this analysis, the researcher examined the relationships using the secondary data source for the 1972-2019 data series by employing Auto-Regressive Distributed Lagged Model (ARDL) and frequency domain causality Testing to investigate the causal linkages between Fiscal Policy and Economic Growth in Pakistan. The variables have been used as the budget deficit and economic growth as the core variables of theresearch and concluded the negative association between the fiscal policy (budget Deficit) and economic growth.

The field of science is changing the world in many ways ACT (2017); however, studies have reported the students ’ lowest achievement and lower enrollment rate in science courses (Fayer, 2017; Filardo, 2016) with a negative attitude towards science (ATS) (Song & Bruning, 2016). Specially, the ATS continues to be the dominant factor; importantly the decline in ATS has emerged recently. Drawing on the ATS in higher education benefits, the current study hypothesized that ATS would possibly a driving force in improving science degree programs in three areas, first, increase in science enrollment, second, promoting higher achievement in science, and finally, raising academic standards through positive attitude of head of departments (HoDs) and vice chancellors (V.Cs). Technically, there is a need for analysis any possible dissonance between students ’ ATS and the institution ’ s (Faculty Members & Head) ATS, as both are necessary for improving enrollment in science, and students ’ achievement. This difference of ATS may create a severe problem for students ’ performance and/or institutional gross enrollment in science, therefore, we empirically investigated the attitudes of students, parents, the faculty members (FMs), Head of Departments (HoDs), and V.Cs towards science, graduates and postgraduates (G-PGs) 18.907, p = .05]. Furthermore, the personal information pool and the student ’ s self-ATS, are mainly responsible for the student ’ s subject enrollment in science. We presented reasonable and practically applicable recommendations.
