The main task in designing and modernization of a modern grain processing and storage enterprise is a thorough study of possibilities and deep automation at the modern level. Automation of technological processes on the basis of modern technology should ensure intensification of production, increase in quality and decrease in cost of production. This need follows from the production activity of the elevator analysis. Despite the fact that the introduction of modern equipment, tools, means of mechanization and automation of individual operations, improvement of work organization as a whole ensured the fulfillment of these tasks, there are still significant reserves for increasing labor productivity and improving its technical and economic indicators. These reserves consist, first of all, in the optimization and automation of operational management of processes and in the improvement of work organization. The article is devoted to increasing the loading noria efficiency due to the use of ladles without a bottom as well as a simple asynchronous motor controlling system - controlling by changing voltage on the stator.

In modern industry, a frequency-controlled electric drive is widely used. The development of microprocessor technology has contributed to the creation of frequency converters of various types, which affects the quality of the generated supply voltage. The article discusses the features of the formation of the supply voltage of the frequency converter and the influence of the quality of the generated voltage on the performance of an adjustable electric drive. One of the basic performance indicators of the electric drive is the efficiency, which depends on the energy losses in the system “asynchronous motor - frequency converter”. The study of energy efficiency was carried out for various ways of starting asynchronous electric drives with frequency control. The calculations were performed by frequency control according to the laws of M.P. Kostenko as the most common in use and economically beneficial. The factors that influence the formation of the efficiency factor are considered. The components are presented in the form of mathematical dependencies and are determined by the nature of the current that forms the frequency converter. The analysis of the operation of the system “asynchronous motor - frequency converter” on a mathematical model is carried out. The mathematical model takes into account the nature of the current, which is generated by the frequency converter. Based on the results of the analysis, conclusions were drawn and recommendations were made on the use of frequency control laws when starting and starting the AD-FC system.

Turbogenerators of Ukraine thermal power plants have practically exhausted their service life, but their complete replacement is impossible in the coming years. The problem is aggravated by the fact that currently these turbogenerators not only produce electricity, but also solve the task of maintaining the nominal parameters of electrical networks during periods of peaks and dips in energy consumption. Such regimes cause their accelerated wear. In order to ensure the reliability of turbogenerators, it is necessary to understand in which non-nominal modes they can work under the condition of minimal additional load on the stator core fastening mechanical elements, in which the most defects were found during operation and repairs. Such studies were carried out for the tightening prisms of the stator core. The influence of the mode change was analyzed by the change in vibration on the body and on the bearing supports of the turbogenerator when its active power was reduced to 70%, 50% and 30% of the nominal one. Using the Solid-Works software complex, the distribution of mechanical stresses in rigid tightening prisms was determined. On the basis of these data, for the modes of reducing the turbogenerators load with a capacity of 200–300 MW, the intervals of permissible unloading are recommended under the condition of minimum mechanical stresses in the stator fastening elements.

The purpose the work is to check the adequacy of the developed mathematical model for the dynamic analysis of energy costs during heating of the substrate by an electric heater placed on the outer wall of the bioreactor, by analyzing the discrepancies between theoretical and experimental data on changes in the temperature of the substrate during heating and mixing of the latter in the biogas reactor, as well as determining amount of energy spent on the process of heating the substrate. The working hypothesis of the research is that the use of the developed mathematical model for the dynamic analysis of energy costs during the heating of the substrate by an electric heater placed on the outer wall of the biogas reactor will ensure a high accuracy of the mathematical description of the process that takes place in a real object - a biogas reactor, the further use of which will allow to increase the energy efficiency of biogas production. The most important result of the research is the established adequacy of the mathematical model, which allows you to determine the amount of energy spent on thermostabilization of the anaerobic fermentation process and describes the process of changing the temperature of the substrate, the electric heating cable placed on the outer wall of the biogas reactor, the walls of the reactor, the mechanical mixer and objects that take part in thermostabilization of the anaerobic fermentation process. The significance of the research results presented in the work is that the deviation between theoretical and experimental data of the amount of energy spent on the process of heating the substrate in a biogas reactor with a volume of 40 liters, in the case of using an electric heating cable placed on the wall of the biogas reactor, is 4.3%.

The paper provides the advantages of using of digital revenue management tools for the modern enterprise in the conditions of Industry 4.0. In the context of business processes improvement, the theoretical principles and basic technological innovations of digital transformation in revenue management are considered. The analysis of the impact of digital tools on hotel revenue management based on the identification of impact factors was provided. Hypothesis of the impact of each advantage of digital marketing tools on the probability of increasing revenue. The specific model that integrates the attributes of the choice of digital tools was proposed. The attributes were considered in conjunction. There was a discrepancy between the trends in the use of digital data by hotels in terms of costs and the perception of its value. The transformation of revenue management data was analyzed. In particular, the most influential in terms of loyalty formation is the use of mobile applications and promotion on social media, which far exceeds other digital tools. This means that most information about hotel rates is received through mobile applications, webpages and social media. The results of the data analysis showed that the use of OTA have the impact on revenues.

Currently the reformation of the approaches to power engineering education employs the ideas of the competence concept. That requires testing instruments that would enable effective management of student-centred pedagogical interaction, objective and reliable evaluation of the students' learning outcomes and professional competence according to the educational programmes. The purpose of the research was to develop a method for a learning or testing task designing considering its complexity. The gradual approach to mental actions formation became the basis for allocating the description indicators of the student's actions while dealing with a learning task or a test item. Some examples of learning and testing tasks drawn up for power engineering students were given and analysed in the complexity aspect. The findings allowed the conclusion about the possibility and method to differentiate tasks according to their complexity through the analysis of the tentative basis, process of execution and novelty of the learner's actions to provide a comprehensive assessment of students' learning outcomes.

Reducing the level of consumption of electrical energy by pressing equipment helps to save energy resources and, as a result, to reduce the cost of the final product. In order to exclude a large number of test passes and not be mistaken with the choice of pressing equipment, it is necessary to have design dependences that make it possible to determine the dimensions of the blanks used on single-acting presses. An analytical dependence is obtained, which makes it possible to calculate the ultimate thickness of the blank for drawing without pressing, when no folds are formed. It allows accurate selection of the equipment of the required power and design. The use of the obtained formula will simplify the formation of the product range for each press, contribute to the rational operation of their rated power and economical consumption of electric energy.

Nowadays, the most developed countries are rapidly increasing the volume of electricity production based on renewable energy sources, which primarily includes an increase in the share of generation at solar and wind power plants. An increase in the share of their generation leads to problems with maintaining the balance of generation and load. The reason for this is the stochastic nature of the generation of solar and wind power stations. There are a significant number of possibilities for compensating this problem: maintaining the balance due to existing traditional power plants with a high rate of power change, installing energy storage at generation sites, turning off part of the generation capacity from renewable energy sources, selling or buying energy in neighboring countries, using demand management. This article is about demand management, namely using the concept of prosumers with this toll. Prosumers, as participants in processes in electric power systems, are able to function in modern traditional electric systems as well, provided they receive additional opportunities for market operations, but the advantages of Smart Grid greatly increase their efficiency.
