Effective interpersonal communication is of key importance in the professional environment, but above all in private life. People with hearing problems find it difficult to communicate their thoughts and feelings to the outside world. To enable them to communicate, sign language was created, to be a bridge between the world of deaf people and the world of people without hearing impairment. Every day it is difficult to find people who are not deaf, and who can use sign language. In this paper, the authors describe the methods used for communication between people hard of hearing and people with normal audible range. The article presents the solutions that use vision systems available at the world market as well as descriptions of gloves enabling the mentioned communication. Additionally, the authors describe a self-made glove that is used to translate letters from sign language into text or speech. For this purpose, as detectors of the degree of finger bending, the sensors built based on textile substrates with thin metallic layers, changing their resistance depending on the degree of finger bending are used. The effectiveness of repeating hand gestures in the proposed solution is 86.5%, with 520 hand gestures symbolizing the letters of the Polish alphabet.

Purpose of the paper is using the criterion of minimum energy costs for development of a mathematical model for the designation of rational inter-consumption of direct-flow and transshipment technologies for the introduction of solid organic fertilizers and the distribution of the optimal storage of a mechanized corral from the intake of solid organic fertilizers. The methodological basis of the study is the criterion for selecting the optimal composition of machines is the minimum of the energy costs. The mathematical model of the complex on direct-flow and transshipment technologies is generally determined by the mathematical expectation of specific energy costs, which is the sum of mathematical expectations of energy costs in the mechanized unit on direct-flow technology, transportation of solid organic fertilizers in the field fertilizers by transshipment technology. The efficiency of mechanized units increases if trucks are included in them during the period of export of solid organic fertilizers. The greatest effect is achieved when the number of these vehicles provides a full load of the loader at different distances from storage to the field. The offered mathematical model allows to establish initial information to calculation of structures of the mechanized detachments and conditions of their work, to define the optimum sizes of the mechanized detachments for various types of cargo, transport, distributive means. The use of an additional constant number of car-dump truck reduces energy costs, reduces the range of direct-flow technology, increases the possible amount of solid organic fertilizers.

A promising direction for improving transformers is to transform structures and design of the electromagnetic systems. Rod and armored laminated magnetic cores of single-phase transformers are made of anisotropic electrical steel. Such magnetic circuits contain, respectively, four and six angular zones of magnetic flux direction change relative to the texture of steel with laminated joints, which causes significant additional losses. Improvement of single-phase transformers is possible by replacing named planar systems with a symmetrical radial electromagnetic system with three angular zones of three-rod magnetic circuit. Based on the method of invariant objective functions with dimensionless optimization components and universal relative controlled variables, mathematical models for determining the average thermal loads of the windings of the named variants of oil single-phase transformers with voltage up to 1000 V have been developed. The possibility of checking and comparing the thermal design constraint during the optimization of transformer is provided. The advantages of the radial electromagnetic system of a single-phase transformer with a three-rod magnetic circuit are shown.

Today, electricity is an integral society part, so energy timely supply is necessary. One of the production system main elements is the electric cable line, which, due to its length, is most affected by both external factors and internal processes. An electric line is a complex object for changes detailed monitoring in parameters along its entire length, and therefore determining the line state line is reduced to measuring the voltage and current indicators at the line ends. To monitor cable lines, various processes are used, such as impulse processes, to observe reflected waves from heterogeneous formations, to evaluate changes in parameters in the line, analyzing methods PLC signals, and complex neural networks. But in order to improve the line control quality, it is necessary to understand in more detail the principle of influence of changes in the line and how they differ depending on their formation place. This paper examines the changes influence in capacitance and capacitive conductivity depending on their formation place. The results obtained analysis on the built model is performed using the wavelet transformation method, which provides the processes localization detailed picture both in terms of frequency and time. Observations are made at low and high frequencies to determine the difference in impact at different ranges.

The paper considers the synthesis of algorithms for controlling a permanent magnet synchronous motor in the sliding mode based he the concept of inverse problems of dynamics, which provide low sensitivity that parametric and coordinate disturbances. The basis of the method is the idea of reversibility of the direct Lyapunov method for stability research, which allows finding control laws in which the closed circuit has a predetermined Lyapunov function. The Lyapunov function is the instantaneous energy value. A characteristic feature of the presented control laws is the absence of object parameters in them. This ensures high control quality, dynamic decomposition of the interconnected system, and facilitates the practical implementation of control algorithms.

The authors justify the methodological provisions regarding the study of the quality of education during distance learning, and also establish the influence of distance learning on the quality of education in technical specialties. As a result, the article proposes several innovative mechanisms for managing the quality of education in technical specialties, the main element of which is the technological strategy of education.

The proposed paper analyses the modern approaches to collaborative robotics. There is proposed a new model of collaborative decision-making, based on predicate logics. The developed models use descriptions for group of robots, for workspace objects (monitored by distributed computer vision system), for problem-solving procedures, goals, specifications of robots and their sensor systems. While decision-making engine for single robot includes the problem- solver and operator schemes for actions, the decision-making for two robots will be defined by decision-making possibilities of each robot and role of robot in group. Here, the behavior of robot in a group will depend on technical specifications and ability to execute tasks of robotic team, of subordination and relations inside group, of workspace states specifications. Execution of tasks inside workspace of Flexible Manufacturing System is monitored by distributed computer vision system, which supplies additional feedbacks in general control system. Collaboration Decision-making Model is implemented by problem-solving software.

The main problem in the military and commercial sector is to detect the UAV and carry out a successful attack to neutralize it. In this case, sets of various tools from electronic warfare to missile systems can be used for destruction. Small, lightweight UAVs can be shot down with small arms, man-portable EW jamming, or rocket/cannon weapons, requiring more ammunition, limited energy, or high projectile costs. The most pressing issue is the definition of a tool that has intelligent computer control systems, sufficient technical characteristics, is mobile, easy to operate and economically feasible for use in the destruction of low-cost UAVs with a high coefficient of harm. This article discusses the economic and technical feasibility of using a UAV-controlled interceptor using the parallel approach guidance method.

This concept is perceived as a combination of technological, organizational and economic solutions in the construction of energy systems of the future. This concept combines elements of adaptation, automation, monitoring, and optimization based on modern information, telecommunications, and Internet technologies. The purpose of this work is to consider various aspects of the possible implementation of the Smart Grid intelligent energy network. The article examines the advantages of the intelligent energy grid over the traditional energy system, identifies the reasons that slow down the development of the intelligent energy grid system in the regions of Ukraine and constitute a high level of risk. An analysis of international experience and investment projects of smart networks in some EU member states was carried out.
