Purpose: Numerous studies have been conducted on celebrities to notice their effect on marketing. Celebrity endorsement has become one of the most popular marketing strategies, and Tokopedia as one of the most popular e-commerce websites in Indonesia also using these strategies for increasing their brand awareness. The purpose of this study is to explore other effects of celebrity endorsement on consumer behavior. This research aimed to define the impact of celebrities endorsement on consumer psychology, influencing impulsive buying behavior with consumer loyalty as a mediating variable. Research Methodology : This study applied quantitative survey with data was collected using an online questionnaire with sample characteristics were Tokopedia Customers and also a fan of the celebrity who lived in Indonesia by 442 samples using the purposive sampling method and data was conducted using the SmartPLS program. Result: This article indicated the findings that (1) celebrity endorsement had a positive impact on consumer loyalty, (2) a positive effect either directly or indirectly on impulsive buying behavior, and (3) consumer loyalty itself had a positive effect on impulsive buying behavior. Conclusions: This study proposes significant implications about how celebrity endorsement works and how it impacts customer behavior in the e-commerce Industry.

The study was conducted to determine the relationship between study time and sleep time with the Grade Point Average (GPA). Data collection used as many as 103 respondents with a student background majoring in Industrial Engineering at Bina Nusantara University. The results of descriptive statistics show that the average respondent uses 1 to 2 hours of study time per day. The results of descriptive data processing show that the average respondent uses 5 to 7 hours of sleep per day. Inferential statistical results with a correlation test show that there is a correlation between learning activities and sleep with the GPA of Industrial Engineering students at BINUS University. The reliability test showed that there was a correlation between the frequency of sleepiness and the concentration level of students with the acquisition of a Cronbach Alpha score of 0.7277. The reliability test shows that there is a correlation between hours of sleep and the frequency of using the alarm with a Cronbach Alpha value of 0.6363. The reliability test shows that there is a correlation between GPA and the duration of student self-study with a Cronbach Alpha value of 0.6575.

The development of the times is the background of increasingly rapid technological advances. The times have become the basis for the education industry to continue to grow. The development of education is expected to produce high-quality human resources and are able to think critically and creatively in solving problems. Quality education will lead to quality human resources as well. Critical thinking and problem solving as skills that need to be mastered by students, especially the younger generation. It has been widely recognized as one of the most important skills. Someone who has the ability to think critically and problem solving is considered to have many benefits because he has the ability to analyze certain situations and make the right decisions for the situation at hand. The research was conducted to determine the level of critical thinking and problem solving skills among students and students using three variables. The results of the study were analyzed using descriptive analysis to determine the distribution of data and inferential analysis to determine the level of validity and reliability. Validity is calculated to determine the level of data validity is above 95% or 99% and reliability is calculated to determine the level of data. The results of this study indicate that the level of a person's ability to identify problems affects the level of ability to solve the problems experienced. However, a person's ability to identify problems has no effect on the ability to make the right decisions on the problems experienced.

Financial Technology (Fintech) di Indonesia telah mengalami perkembangan semenjak awal tahun 1986, dimana mesin Anjungan Tunai Mandiri (ATM) diperkenalkan untuk pertama kalinya kepada masyarakat Indonesia, hingga saat ini. Semenjak saat itu, fintech telah mengalami perkembangan yang cukup signifikan. Fintech pada masa kini menjadi bagian dari keseharian masyarakat, dan semakin banyak perusahaan yang berlomba-lomba menyediakan layanan fintech kepada masyarakat, seperti peer-to-peer lending yang merupakan salah satu produk fintech yang ditawarkan kepada masyarakat. Hal yang menjadi objektif utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menelaah tren fintech yang sedang berlangsung di Indonesia pada masa kini, dan memprediksi akan seperti apa tren fintech di masa yang akan datang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literature review dengan menggunakan 28 karya ilmiah serta 2 buku sebagai sumber literatur. Bitcoin has gained popularity as an investment asset because of its similarity to gold, which sparked the idea that bitcoin can be used as a hedging instrument to the fiat currency exchange rate. This paper aims to analyze bitcoin's volatility and return to gauge its feasibility as an investment asset, and hedging tool for the USD-IDR exchange rate with the GARCH and EGARCH models. With data on the daily closing price of bitcoin, gold, IDX composite index, and USD-IDR exchange rate from January 1, 2016, to December 31, 2020, the study attempts to find factors affecting bitcoin returns with the independent variables of bitcoin’s price, gold, and USD-IDR exchange rate by estimating their correlation. Following the analysis, this study shows that the volatility of USD-IDR exchange rates negatively influences bitcoin returns, making it a relatively safe investment asset. Additionally, the study found that bitcoin returns are not affected by the variables of gold price and the IDX composite index. However, we found that the USD-IDR exchange rate significantly affects bitcoin returns, while gold price and bitcoin’s price does not significantly affect bitcoin returns. Further, the analysis found that bitcoin is unsuitable for hedging due to its sensitivity to asymmetric shocks.

Printing outlets are frequently-visited outlets by the members of society, especially students, for the purpose of printing documents, photocopies, etc. Large number of printing outlets that can be found today is a dilemma for printing outlet entrepreneurs who are just starting their business. There are several factors that are believed to have an influence on customers’ decisions in choosing a printing outlet, such as outlet location and pricing. The study was conducted to determine the effect of independent variables (location and price) on dependent variables (customer decision). Specifically, 2019 students majoring in Industrial Engineering at Bina Nusantara University will be used as objects of research. Using an online questionnaire, opinions of 124 people were obtained. Various statistical tests were used to process the data, such as descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression model analysis, and hypothesis testing. Results of analysis show descriptive details of data which include maximum, mean, standard deviation, and other values. The results of multiple linear regression model analysis indicate the intercept term is worth 9,496, slope coefficient for location variable is 0,026, and slope coefficient for price variable is 0,143. Hypothesis testing resulted in the conclusion that location and price had no effect, either partially or simultaneously, on the decision to choose outlets by 2019 students majoring in Industrial Engineering at Bina Nusantara University. Therefore, owners or prospective owners of printing outlets targeting 2019 students majoring in Industrial Engineering at BINUS University as customers do not need to consider location and price factors, either partially or simultaneously.

The coronavirus pandemic has not only boosted the revenue of many pharmaceutical companies, it has also boosted their reputation. The value of pharmaceutical innovation is unquestionable, after the COVID-19 vaccine was developed at such a rapid pace. Besides, the coronavirus pandemic has exposed weakness in the industry's global supply chains and while consumer confidence is recovering, it is far from normal. Businesses in this sector are likely to face a number of major risks through the end of the year. The purpose of this study is to provide insights regarding challenges faced by the Indonesian pharmaceutical industry as driver to conduct value chain analysis in order to identify the prioritized internet of things use cases so pharmaceutical companies in Indonesia will be able to drive both top-line and operational efficiencies.

Kesejahteraan subjektif santri perlu diperhatikan di masa pandemic covid-19 ini. Di saat sekolah regular masih menerapkan kegiatan pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ), sebagaian para santri sudah menjalani kegiatan pembelajaran secara utuh di pesantren. Mereka tinggal dan menetap di pesantren untuk menjalani rutinitas kegiatan belajar. Oleh sebab itu, pesantren perlu memperhatikan aspek psikologis santri diantaranya terkait dengan kesejahteraan subjektif para santri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran kesejahteraan subjektif santri di salah satu pesantren di wilayah Bogor Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 223 santri. Pengambilan sampel secara non-probability sampling dengan teknik accidental sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah alat ukur yang dimodifikasi dari Brief Adolescents Subjective well-being in School Scale (BASWBSS). Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) digunakan untuk menguji validitas alat ukur. Berdasarkan hasil Analisa data, dalam rentang score 1 – 100, nilai minimum kesejahteraan subjektif santri sebesar 16,54 dan nilai maksimum sebesar 69,13. Selanjutnya berdasarkan kategori rendah, sedang dan tinggi, diperoleh hasil sebanyak 29 orang (13%) memiliki nilai kesejahteraan subjektif yang rendah, 148 orang (66,4%) memiliki nilai kesejahteraan subjektif yang sedang, dan 46 orang (20,6%) memiliki nilai kesejahteraan subjektif yang tinggi. Implikasi dari penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar pesantren memberikan perhatian yang baik bagi kesejahteraan santri, terutama pada masa pendemi covid-19 ini.

Di saat sekolah regular masih menerapkan kegiatan pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ), sebagaian para santri sudah menjalani kegiatan pembelajaran secara utuh di pesantren. Mereka tinggal dan menetap di pesantren untuk menjalani rutinitas kegiatan belajar. Oleh sebab itu, pesantren perlu memperhatikan aspek psikologis santri diantaranya terkait dengan kesejahteraan subjektif para santri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran kesejahteraan subjektif santri di salah satu pesantren di wilayah Bogor Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 223 santri. Pengambilan sampel secara non-probability sampling dengan teknik accidental sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah alat ukur yang dimodifikasi dari Brief Adolescents Subjective well-being in School Scale (BASWBSS). Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) digunakan untuk menguji validitas alat ukur. Berdasarkan hasil Analisa data, dalam rentang score 1 – 100, nilai minimum kesejahteraan subjektif santri sebesar 16,54 dan nilai maksimum sebesar 69,13. Selanjutnya berdasarkan kategori rendah, sedang dan tinggi, diperoleh hasil sebanyak 29 orang (13%) memiliki nilai kesejahteraan subjektif yang rendah, 148 orang (66,4%) memiliki nilai kesejahteraan subjektif yang sedang, dan 46 orang (20,6%) memiliki nilai kesejahteraan subjektif yang tinggi.
