Slickline fishing, as a result of undesired event, is economically preferable compared to workover. However, the fact that it does not always end with success but also worsened situation making it a risk management strategy. This research aims to manage the risk during normal slickline to avoid fish and while performing fishing operations using three-round Delphi study to conduct risk identification and to determine countermeasures by asking panel of selected experts. The results revealed that nine risks to be prioritized in Slickline operations to avoid fishing situation and four less prioritized risks to be considered. It has also revealed that 12 risks to be prioritized during fishing operations to avoid ending up in worse situation and five prioritized risks to be considered. The Delphi reached consensus on 12 countermeasures to be prioritized in Slickline operations to avoid fishing situation and 14 important factors for successful fishing operations.

Losses from fire events can be minimized if the fire detection and alarm system installed in an area function properly. The conditions will be different if an alarm that sounds is not the result of real conditions that can trigger a fire - also known as a false alarm. The false alarm condition gives a loss to the company. In this research, an analysis and comparison of costs in the detection and alarm systems conducted on the existing company fires with the same risk of false alarms, repairs fire detection and alarm system, and investment costs. The probability of a false alarm calculated in the existing condition, to know the potential losses charged to the company due to unnecessary emergency response activities. As well, investment costs were analysed to improve the performance of the system. Two alternative conditions were found to improve company’s performance.

Al-Quran is the word of Allah SWT that was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad SWT which can be a means of worship for anyone who reads it. Al-Quran is a guide for all Muslims and the followers of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. Al-Quran was revealed by Allah SWT to the Arabs in Arabic. Arabic is well-known for its numerous word derivations. One of the words in Al-Quran is Al-Shadru, which means ‘chest’. It is the body cavity where the heart and lungs reside. There are two forms of the word shadru in Al-Quran, namely fi’il (verb) and isim (noun). Shadru as a verb contains 2 words: yhasdiru and yashdira. Shadru as a noun comprises 44 words; some of them include shadran, shadrahu, shadruka, as-shudur, shadri, shuduruhum, and shudurikum. The concept of shadr corresponds to Sigmun Freud’s theory that humans consist of the id, ego, and superego. The ego desires for pleasure will always be bridged by the superego to measure whether they are good or bad. In Islam, the process of thinking involves many elements of the brain/reason, lust, and conscience/Qolb. In addition to the id, ego, and superego, the concept of Al-Shadru is also in line with Daniel Golemen’s theory about emotional intelligence.

One-fourth of Indonesia's Gross Domestic Product or GDP is from the manufacturing industry sector. Indonesia's government has proactively encouraged companies to increase their production capacity to meet the global demands, leading to strong demand for employees to work harder, affecting the workers' health. Overwork is often associated with fatigue, stress, and various health problems. Moreover, stress due to excessive work is a general problem many industries face and frequently influences workers' performance. Therefore, this research intends to examine the relationship between work stress and workers' performance, particularly in the manufacturing industry in Indonesia. The sample data are collected from ninety-three workers at the staff level across various companies in the manufacturing sector. The relationships between the determining factors and the Employee Productivity are evaluated by using the multivariate regression analysis. At the correlation coefficient of 0.972, we found a statistically strong relationship between the work environment and Stress to the workers' performance. The condition of low performance is attributed to the non-standard working hours and low quality of the relationship between colleagues and their superiors. Finally, the research recommends improved management of workers' stress by companies involving the adoption of flexible working hours and better communication between parties via discussion forums and meetings. Therefore, employees will be more motivated to improve work productivity.
