Application of Coupled Inductors for Reducing Switching Stresses in a Hybrid Power System 耦合电感在混合电力系统中减小开关应力的应用

This paper presents a novel methodology using coupled inductor for hybridizing multi input sources. A four port three input dc-dc converter is chosen, two photovoltaic sources and a storage medium are interfaced with the converter. The two sources can supply the load as well as charge the battery. Four independently controlled switches are employed to provide dc regulated output. The hybridization of the sources and converter is achieved by coupled inductors. The results show that the presence of coupled inductors increases the voltage gain and reduces the switching stress. The proposed system is verified and validated in MATLAB environment under various operating condition.
本文提出了一种利用耦合电感实现多输入源杂化的新方法。选择四口三输入dc-dc变换器,两个光伏电源和存储介质与变换器接口。这两个电源既可以提供负载,也可以给电池充电。采用四个独立控制的开关来提供直流稳压输出。杂交的来源和转换器是通过耦合电感器。结果表明,耦合电感的存在增加了电压增益,减小了开关应力。在MATLAB环境下,在各种工况下对所提出的系统进行了验证。

An Interactive Mobile Augmented Reality for Tourism Objects at Purbalingga District 普尔巴林嘎区旅游对象的交互式移动增强现实

This paper presents the development of an interactive mobile Augmented Reality (AR) for tourism promotion with eXtreme programming (XP) at Purbalingga district, Central Java that has many places of tourist attractions such as Owabong, Purbasari Pancuran Mas, Sanggaluri Park and Buper Munjuluhur. By applying the AR concept it is expected the tourism objects could be enhanced by augmenting the virtual brochures which could be viewed over a mobile device. In this study, mobile device Android platform is used to display interactive brochures of tourism promotion containing 3D models, animations, and sounds. The brochure will provide information in of real attractions of the tourism objects in the Purbalingga district.

Material Modeling Approach for Graphene Antenna Design 石墨烯天线设计的材料建模方法

For the last few decades, in the field of patch antenna design for wireless applications the researchers have gone through experimenting with almost all types of variations in shape and dimensions of patch element, substrate material, exploiting with patch and ground structure with slots. Very little attention has been given to explore the pioneering approach of using different patch material improving the performance of antennas in terahertz regime. The graphene material is lately being used as patch material as it possesses a number of desirable electromagnetic and mechanical properties that assists in providing flexible and reconfigurable antenna structure. The material tunable conductivity accounts for the superior electromagnetic properties. Hence the authors have presented the simplified analytical solution for graphene surface conductivity to be utilized to characterize the graphene antenna parameters.

Tissue-like P system based DNA-GA for clustering 基于DNA-GA聚类的类组织P系统

In recent years, DNA GA algorithm is drawing attention from scholars. The algorithm combines the DNA encoding and Genetic Algorithm, which solve the premature convergence of genetic algorithms, the weak local search capability and binary Hamming cliff problems effectively.How to design a more effective way to improve the performance of DNA-GA algorithm is more worth studying. As is known to all,the tissue-like P system can search for the optimal clustering partition with the help of its parallel computing advantage effectivel. This paper is under this premise and presents DNA-GA algorithm based on tissue-like P systems (TPDNA-GA) with a loop structure of cells, which aims to combine the parallelism and the evolutionary rules of tissue-like P systems to improve performance of the DNA-GA algorithm. The objective of this paper is to use the TPDNA-GA algorithm to support clustering in order to find the best clustering center.This algorithm is of particular interest to when dealing with large and heterogeneous data sets and when being faced with an unknown number of clusters. Experimental results show that the proposed TPDNA-GA algorithm for clustering is superior or competitive to classical k-means algorithm and several evolutionary clustering algorithms.

Prototyping a Dedicated Photovoltaic System Datalogger 一个专用光伏系统数据记录器的原型设计

Solar power is a renewable energy seen as one of the primary sources for electricity production in order to meet our daily needs. The conversion operation is sensitive and non-fault tolerant that can occur during operation of the system that affects its overall performance. We propose in this present paper a compact, low power and low-cost datalogger for the control and the monitoring based on a survey measures of five important physical parameters in the management and monitoring of the functioning of an electric system based on solar panels. These measures will be carried out at regular intervals, configurable through a PIC18F4520 microcontroller and stored in a large capacity memory type SD card.

Harmonic Reduction in Multilevel Inverter Based on Super Capacitor as a Storage 基于超级电容存储的多电平逆变器谐波抑制

Cascaded H-Bridge multilevel inverter has become more attractive to generate high power in an electrical distribution system. This paper discusses the control of five level cascaded H-bridge multilevel inverter with super capacitor as a Dc energy storage. The control of the multilevel inverter using PI and space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) controllers based on the modelling and Simulink of cascaded H-bridge can observe the effectiveness of the proposed control to reduce harmonic contents of the multilevel inverter output. High frequency ripple from the inverters can be removed from the system using low voltage filter. Total harmonic distortion (THD) for both current and voltage is quite low to meet the IEEE standard. Modelling of the system has been done using MATLAB/Simulink.

A New Algorithm for Protection of Small Scale Synchronous Generators Against Transient Instability 小型同步发电机暂态失稳保护新算法

Today, installation of small generators has been increased because of their considerable benefits in distribution systems in distributed generation. One of the most important problems for transient stability is the effects of the faults of system. Small scale generators have low constant inertia and protection relays have slow performance in distribution systems. Therefore transient instability is a probable phenomenon for the systems with these generators. In this paper, dynamic response of generator has been studied in different fault conditions and then by introducing the concept of " critical fault clearing time ", the sensitivity of this time to the fault type and also fault location parameters have been studied. Then a new protection scheme has been proposed to prevent of transient instability for small scale generator. This protection scheme uses a new evolutionary algorithm based on the active power of generator and critical fault clearing time. The proposed relay can prevent of wrong and unwanted performance. Furthermore it can disconnect the generator from the system in three phase fault near of the bus-bar before its instability. Simulation results show reliable performance of the proposed relay against system transients.

Power Generation Using Speed Breakers 使用减速机发电

In the current scenario demand of power is increasing day by day with increasing population. On the other hand energy crisis is also a main issue of today’s life and all there is a shortage of conventional energy resources due to its large usage. So, we have to sort out this problem with a technique which will not only overcome this energy crisis but also should be eco-friendly. Many conventional resources are creating pollution so that’s why focus is towards eco-friendly solution. This project emphasizes on idea which shows that power could be generated by specially designed speed breakers. A large amount of kinetic energy is being wasted on roads on daily basis in different forms which could be use to generate power and this power can be stored in batteries. This project shows clearly how we can generate power by using rack-pinion method where basically linear motion is converted into rotatory motion and then can be used to generate electricity. Large amount of electricity can be generated using this method and this method is eco-friendly.

On the other hand energy crisis is also a main issue of today’s life and all there is a shortage of conventional energy resources due to its large usage. So, we have to sort out this problem with a technique which will not only overcome this energy crisis but also should be eco-friendly. Many conventional resources are creating pollution so that’s why focus is towards eco-friendly solution. This project emphasizes on idea which shows that power could be generated by specially designed speed breakers. A large amount of kinetic energy is being wasted on roads on daily basis in different forms which could be use to generate power and this power can be stored in batteries. This project shows clearly how we can generate power by using rack-pinion method where basically linear motion is converted into rotatory motion and then can be used to generate electricity. A Controller Design Researh Based on the Cloud Model 基于云模型的控制器设计研究

A novel control structure model is proposed based on cloud model for the first time.The structure model is a nonlinear model in nature, and it can be composed of a group of uncertain reasoning rules easily.NonIinear mapping characteristics of cloud model is analysed in this sudy, and the design method of the intelligent controller is presented based on the structure model, and some simulation examples are showed.
首次提出了一种基于云模型的新型控制结构模型。结构模型本质上是一种非线性模型,它可以很容易地由一组不确定推理规则组成。分析了云模型的非线性映射特性,提出了基于结构模型的智能控制器的设计方法,并给出了仿真算例。

Layer Recurrent Neural Network based Power System Load Forecasting 基于层递归神经网络的电力系统负荷预测

This paper presents a straight forward application of Layer Recurrent Neural Network (LRNN) to predict the load of a large distribution network. Short term load forecasting provides important information about the system’s load pattern, which is a premier requirement in planning periodical operations and facility expansion. Approximation of data patterns for forecasting is not an easy task to perform. In past, various approaches have been applied for forecasting. In this work application of LRNN is explored. The results of proposed architecture are compared with other conventional topologies of neural networks on the basis of Root Mean Square of Error (RMSE), Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) and Mean Absolute Error (MAE). It is observed that the results obtained from LRNN are comparatively more significant.
本文提出了一种直接应用分层递归神经网络(LRNN)预测大型配电网负荷的方法。短期负荷预测提供了系统负荷模式的重要信息,是规划定期运行和设施扩建的首要要求。对数据模式进行近似预测并不是一件容易的事。过去,各种方法被应用于预测。本文探讨了LRNN的应用。在误差均方根(RMSE)、平均绝对百分比误差(MAPE)和平均绝对误差(MAE)的基础上,将所提出的结构与其他传统神经网络拓扑结构进行了比较。观察到LRNN得到的结果相对更显著。
