Zakat is one of the Islamic pillars that has strategic contribution to the society. Zakat is one of the Muslim obligation. It is also a form of social solidarity. The collaborative research conducted by Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNas) and Institut Pertanian Bogor (IPB) estimated the potential of zakat collection in Indonesia could reach about Rp 217 trillion every year that has not been achieved yet. Researchers and practitioners have advised to implement a Knowledge Management System (KMS) to optimize the collection and BAZNas’s objectives. The objective of this research is to develop web-based Zakat Knowledge Management System (ZKMS). The KMS development methodology is done with using Knowledge Management System Life Cycle (KMSLC). Knowledge has been captured from experts consisting of practitioners and scientists from BAZNas of Bogor City, muzakki, documents, books and journals. ZKMS was developed using ASP.NET framework, C# programming language and MySQL database management system. The system has menu that are user, zakat knowledge, questions and answers with experts, interaction between members, about us, profiles and knowledge sources. This system is designed be user friendly to get, know, make, share, store and disseminate actual and contemporary of zakat knowledge.

Protection of Medical image contents becomes the important issue in computer network security. Digital Watermarking has becomes a promising technique for medical content authentication, it allows to embed relevant information with the image, which provides confidentiality, integrity and authentication by embedding Digital Signature (DS) with the Medical image. In this paper we focus on need for reversible watermarking, Medical Image Compression and security related problems in medical images, it comparing the performances of various lossless watermarking techniques for various medical image modalities like MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging), US (Ultrasonic), CT (Computed Tomography), Endoscopic and Angiographic images. Region of Interest (ROI) supporting lossless watermarking systems only considered for discussions. Performance of all lossless watermarking with Digital Signature is analyzed by means of four parameters Capacity Rate, PSNR (Peak Signal to Noise ratio), NPCR (Number of Pixel Change Rate) and Compression Ratio (CR). This Paper also introduces new mechanism for open network security for medical images. This lossless watermarking is responsible for recovering the altered medical image content of the system.

Due to limitations of 0.618 pole method, the triangle method and the champ ground resistance tester method on grounding resistance measurement of transmission lines and towers under conditions of complex landscape in a mountainous area, it adopts a generalized three-electrode grounding resistance measurement method which arranges electrode flexibly in the grounding resistance measurement of transmission lines and towers under conditions of complex landscape in a mountainous area, and the measurement results of the generalized three-electrode grounding resistance measurement method compares with the measurement results of the 0.618 pole method and the triangle method. Research results show that the tower grounding resistance measurement method based on the generalized three-electrode method is correct and feasible in engineering and it supplies a new method for the overhead transmission line and tower grounding resistance measurement under conditions of complex landscape in a mountainous area. To obtain the MEMS micro structure's high resolution measurement dynamic parameters ,this paper ,by obtaining stroboscopic imaging technology of micro structure of moving image sequence, proposed one kind based on the phase correlation technique and singular value decomposition technique combining sub-pixel measurement method. By the method of phase correlation, image space coordinate can transform into the frequency domain to the coordinates of the parameter space. And then through the singular value decomposition technique to obtain the correlation matrix, using the least-squares fitting, get the sub-pixel level displacement measurement results. The experimental results show that, with this method of measuring MEMS micro structure plane motion amplitude can reach sub-pixel accuracy, and can be effectively reduced by uneven illumination effect on the measuring result, thereby increasing the measurement results of stability and reduces the measuring error. This paper uses the double-factors grey prediction and the fuzzy controller for the elevator car speed control. We introduce double-factors grey control to predict car vibration for elevator speed during the operation. Simulation results show that based on multi-factors gray prediction fuzzy PI control for elevator velocity modulation system closer than simple gray fuzzy PI control elevator speed control system to the actual operation. The control effect of double factors grey fuzzy PI control elevator speed control system is also satisfactory.
