The article analyzes the clinical, laboratory and neuroimaging predictors of a three-month functional outcome of systemic thrombolytic therapy in patients with cerebral infarction is presented. Recently, techniques for the diagnosis and treatment of cerebral infarction have been actively developed, which has led to a decrease in mortality and a significant improvement in the functional outcome in some patients. The therapeutic response to ongoing therapy cannot be accurately predicted prior to its initiation, which makes it difficult to make the right decision regarding treatment tactics. The main focus is on the search and evaluation of the degree of determination in the outcome of thrombolytic therapy of the most significant predictors, as well as their mutual potentiation. Identification of factors associated with an unfavorable outcome of systemic thrombolysis can contribute to a safer, more effective and more widespread use of this treatment method in the shortest possible time.

The problems of diagnosis and significance of the Chlamydia-like bacterium Waddlia chondrophila in the development of human reproductive disorders are highlighted. In-house PCR aimed to detection the 16S rRNA gene fragment of the pathogen was tested. A pilot study was carried out that allowed to detect positive cases in the group of women with miscarriage (2/49, 4.08%). The attention of biomedical specialists is focused on the need for cooperation of efforts in order to develop and implement approaches to the indication and identification of this emerging microorganism, to expand knowledge about its prevalence and etiopathogenetic mechanisms of pathological conditions caused by it.

The data of the is presented. The technology allows to identify the entire spectrum of organisms in an experimental sample per one cycle, while separate study for each potentially contained component previously was required. An integrated approach is submitted as a method for early diagnosis of causative agents of the main fungal diseases during of silver birch (Betula pendula Roth) and downy birch (Betula pubescens Ehrh.) plants. It based on an estimation of the size of internal transcribed spacers (ITS1 and ITS2) in the 18S-5.8S-28S rDNA gene cluster. Identification of the dominant fungi species phytopathogenic for birch under in planta conditions is possible because of the the specificity of size of the rDNA operon internal transcribed spacers, which is constant for most micromycete species, as well as the possibility of electrophoretic analysis of the ITS1 and ITS2 loci.

The article presents the results of research to study the course of experimental peritonitis in rats under administration of non-selective NO-synthase inhibitor, Nώ-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester (L-NAME). It has been shown that administration of L-NAME results in increase in the severity of in-toxication, reaction of leukocytes of blood and peritoneal exudate with inhibi-tion of phagocytic activity of neutrophils, enhance of oxidative stress, damage to the endothelium of blood vessels and peritoneum. „

As part of the implementation of the state policy in the field of innovation, the system of intellectual property management in the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus is described. It allowed subordinate organizations to become one of the leaders in our country in terms of creating inventions, utility models, plant varieties and know-how, as well as licensing industrial property in the territory of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation. The main directions for further improvement of work in the field of intellectual property in the Academy of Sciences are determined. „

Key performance indicators of foreign entities of commodity distribution networks 商品分销网络境外实体关键绩效指标

During the analysis of the key legal act regulating distribution channels abroad, namely Resolution №183, it was revealed that the specified indicators need to be adjusted and clarified, since do not fully take into account generally accepted methodological approaches to assessing effectiveness and are focused more on quantitative rather than qualitative aspects. Also, given the active participation of the state in the regulation of foreign entities of enterprises’ distribution network, it is important to analyze state regulation influence on exporters’ foreign trade activities. This necessitates the development of a methodological approach that would allow for a comprehensive analysis of the channels for selling products to foreign markets in order to determine an effective export strategy by business entities. „
