Modelling and simulation of a synchronous machine 同步电机的建模与仿真

A computer-aided simulation of a synchronous machine is described with respect to applications for power electronics. The model is written in the modeling language MAST and will be used for analysing transients. Starting from data sheet values the process of generation of the model parameters is described. A two axes rotor fixed description of the machine is used to get the mechanical behavior. Finally the three phase currents are calculated out of the two axis model by the inverse Park transformation. Modelling results are shown.

A simulation algorithm and parameter optimization of power electronic system including motor drives 电力电子系统包括电机驱动的仿真算法及参数优化

In this paper, a simulation algorithm and parameter optimization method for a power electronic system is introduced. The simulation algorithm is suitable for the power electronic circuit which includes some special part such as an induction motor. An improved method is developed to modify the simplex method. Employing this method, the parameter optimization of the power electronic system is accomplished. Finally, an example is given.

Two lumped-charge based power MOSFET models 两种集总电荷型功率MOSFET模型

This paper presents models for two DMOS devices, the low-voltage lateral diffused MOSFET for IC applications (LDMOS) and the discrete vertical diffused power MOSFET (VDMOS), both developed using the lumped-charge methodology. The LDMOS model gives better performance than the BSIM3 which is the industry-standard model for the lateral diffused MOSFET. The VDMOS model is an improved version of the Budihardjo-Lauritzen model.

Improvements in computer aided modeling of switched DC power sources 开关直流电源计算机辅助建模的改进

Enrichments of FREDOMSIM (frequency domain simulator), a software tool for dynamic characterisation aid of switched power supplies, are described. The facilities of automatic detection of the steady state conditions has been added and the software environment has been made more user friendly through the ancillary use of PSpice, MATLAB and SIMULINK.

Class DE DC-DC converters DE类DC-DC转换器

This paper describes work using computers to elucidate aspects of the design of class DE DC-DC converters. Class DE is a relatively new type of converter arrangement, whose advantages relate to efficient operation (low switching loss) at megahertz frequencies. Its disadvantages relate to control, and to matching between inverter and rectifier. These are the issues investigated in the paper. In order that the work should be easily accessible to others, readily available packages such as Maple((R)) and Excel((R)) have been used.

Physics based model of punch through IGBTs simulated by PSpice 用PSpice模拟了基于物理的igbt冲孔模型

A PSpice model of punch through IGBTs based on a physics equation model is presented in this paper. A simplified way of implementing the complicated equations into the PSpice simulator is developed using a mathematical approximation. Also, a new method to elaborate the PSpice netlist is reported. The resulting PSpice model permits simulation on PCs of a physics-based model, which previously required that it be simulated using particular software tools and a powerful hardware platform. Simulations have been performed in order to prove the effectiveness of this method in translating the physics based model in a PSpice netlist.

Towards an automatic approach for the design of static converters 静态变换器的自动设计方法研究

The basis of a CAD approach for the sizing of a static converter is presented: it lays on the translation of the sizing problem into a constrained optimisation problem. The paper mainly focuses on the way to carry out this translation with computer techniques, and it shows how symbolic methods are powerful in such an approach. With this aim, the paper presents: the optimisation problem, the way to solve it, our approach and our choice, and an example of a sizing problem treated with our methodology.

A computer-based platform to evaluate efficiency and harmonic pollution in a vector-controlled induction motor drive 基于计算机的矢量控制感应电机驱动效率和谐波污染评估平台

Efficient variable-speed drives are becoming more and more common in today's industry. Modern drives include efficiency optimization to improve the performances. Different approaches, such as model based and power measure based methods can be adopted. With increasing harmonic pollution in the power system, real-time monitoring and analysis of harmonic variation have become important. In this paper a digital implementation of a high performance 1.5 kW induction motor drive is presented. The system is useful for optimizing efficiency and evaluating harmonic pollution at different speed and load conditions with several optimisation algorithms. Experimental results demonstrate the performance of the proposed drive.

In this paper an on-line estimation of the rotor-time constant of induction motor using recurrent neural networks is presented. Simulation results results show that the new approach is capable of fast and accurate on-line estimation of the rotor-time constant.

High-frequency magnetic elements design tool 高频磁元件设计工具

With magnetic components probably being the most critical components in power electronics devices, it would be good to have a simulation tool able to model the high-frequency effects that are sometimes responsible for an efficiency variation of several points. This paper presents a design tool (UO-M/sup 2/T) that offers such a capability without the need of using finite-element analysis tools. The tool allows magnetic component designers to know the behaviour of the elements they devise even before winding them. By defining the exact winding disposition in the core chosen, designers can visualize the transformer or inductor response when an AC sweep is carried out. This will allow them to carry out short-circuit and open circuit tests before winding the transformer.
