Background of the study: Innovation is very important for efforts to increase the economy. One way to create innovation is to carry out collaborative activities. Shared workspaces or also known as coworking spaces facilitate collaboration activities. Although many libraries have adopted the concept of a co-working space, it is still not fully aware that library managers are responsible for collaboration and innovation. Therefore, it is considered as a collection storage area so that it is not involved in the development of the innovation ecosystem. Purpose: This study aims to determine whether the library participates in collaboration and innovation activities. Method: The research method used to answer questions and test opinions is a systematic review. The articles used are 21 articles. Findings: The results show that the library is a place for collaboration and innovation to occur. So that the library has a role in the creation of collaboration and innovation. Conclusion: The library's new role is to support collaboration and innovation activities.

Background of the study: The digital library is one of the places where it is used to find information related to the services provided by the library during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, many users feel that they complain about the performance of the digital library, which is difficult for users to learn, and feel that they have not paid attention to what users want. Purpose: This research was conducted to see the development of digital library publications with the analysis of user experience (UX) and to see the impact of user experience (UX) on digital libraries before and during the pandemic. Method: This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method by collecting literature related to the topics discussed and then making selections to produce an overview of research on User Experience in digital libraries from 2011 to 2021. Findings: The results of this study note that users' experience in digital libraries is quite good in terms of user appearance and convenience, and ease of access. However, some users are not yet comfortable with the new form of digital library. Users want comprehensive improvements to make it easier for users to find information and take advantage of online services on digital library webs. Conclusion: It is expected that user experience or user experience in digital libraries at an agency or organization is important for reliable development. End users want high quality services So that when in the current Covid-19 pandemic situation we are better prepared and continue to improve the quality of digital libraries

Background of the study: The emergence of covid-19 has a big impact on the joints of human life, as well as libraries. As one of the organizations engaged in library education service visits, they are forced to “change” themselves quickly. Purpose: This change will be difficult if the library does not have a leader who is not competent in addressing this case. This study uses qualitative methods with descriptive approaches in explaining the role of the leadership in the Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo library during the Covid-19 pandemic. Method: Data collection is obtained from literature studies that come from books, journals, or other relevant sources as well as interviews with parties deemed important. Findings: The results of this discussion show that leadership is an important figure in the changes made by the Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo library during covid-19. This can be seen from the policies issued during the Covid-19 pandemic that protect members but do not reduce the quality (library rights) of the library. Conclusion: Remembering to be the leader of an organization one must have several skills/abilities such as technical, conceptual, and human abilities.

Background of the study: Library human resource management is a very important part of the continuity and development of librarians. The librarian must have a constructive and dynamic concept of thinking so that the role that is raised is the result of a structured implementation. Through his work, Lasa HS has succeeded in formulating this theory in his book "Library Human Resource Management" which has close analysis with Richard E. Rubin's "Human Resource Management in Libraries Theory and Practice". Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the perspective of human resource management in the Lasa HSlibrary on one of Richard E Rubin's works entitled Human Resource Management in Libraries Theory and Practice. Method: Through a library research approach (library research) which is supported by interviews Findings: Research results show that there is a relevance of the theory proposed by Lasa HS to the work of Richard. E Rubin in the aspect of measuring the performance of human resources. Conclusion: It can be concluded that through the books that have been written, both have explained the theory in a structured manner with the dynamics of different cultural approaches so that they complement each other in providing reviews on library human resource management.

Background of study: Preservation and conservation of the cultural, social and technical context of our heritage are germane. Purpose: The study examined the preservation and conservation of information resources in selected private university libraries in South-west Nigeria. Eight (8) selected private universities in South-west, Nigeria with the population consisted of one hundred thirty-seven respondents which comprised of library professionals and para-professionals. Method: The study employed a survey research design and random sampling technique. Data collected with aids of semi- structured questionnaire and was analysed using frequency, mean and standard deviation with the aid of a Statistical Package for Social Sciences (IBM-SPSS) version 20.0 Results: The findings revealed that book becoming torn is the highest nature of deterioration followed by vandalisation, mutilation and brittle of print library materials. Moreover, the study revealed that digital preservation level of utilisation is low and is not extensively used in selected private university libraries. Conclusion: The study concluded that preservation and conservation techniques are recognized in the selected university libraries, but the digital preservation techniques are not adequately used due to various constraints. One of the recommendations made was the provision of formal training for library staff on preservation and conservation of information resources.

Background of the study: It is the responsibility of every school library to promote and support the National Policy of Education by providing equitable school library resources. Purpose: This study investigates the availability and usage of school library resources as predictors of reading habits among secondary school students in Oredo Local Government (LG) of Edo state, Nigeria. Method: Descriptive survey design was adopted for the study. The population comprises of 362 students in Senior Secondary Students III (SSS3) in two public and two private senior secondary schools in Oredo LG, Edo state, Nigeria. Stratified random technique was used to select the four schools and 200 copies of questionnaires were administered to the respondents of which only a total of 190 copies of questionnaire were returned which represents 95% return rate. Findings: Findings revealed that most of the sampled schools have library resources; however most of the resources were obsolete. Results show that most of the respondents do not make use of the resources regularly and that the respondents are majorly interested in text related to their subject in school. It was discovered that none of the schools have a trained librarian working in their libraries. Conclusion: The study established that availability and usage of library resources cannot effectively predict the reading habit of secondary school students in Oredo LG, Benin-City.
