Opposition Harmony Search algorithm based optimal sizing of CMOS analog amplifier circuit 基于对立和声搜索算法的CMOS模拟放大电路尺寸优化

Optimal design of Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor (CMOS) differential amplifier circuit using Opposition based Harmony Search technique (OHS) is reported in this work. The original Harmony Search (HS) algorithm is chosen as heart of the OHS for near-global convergence. Each solution in Harmony Memory (HM) is generated on the basis of memory consideration rule, a pitch adjustment rule and a reinitialization process which gives the optimum result corresponding to the least error fitness in multidimensional search space. Incorporation of different control parameters in basic HS algorithm results in balancing of exploration and exploitation of search space. The proposed OHS based CMOS analog amplifier circuit design has alleviated from inherent drawbacks of premature convergence and stagnation, unlike Genetic Algorithm (GA), Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) and Differential Evolution (DE). To confirm the superiority of the OHS based technique, SPICE simulation is also carried out by using the optimized parameters achieved by employing OHS. Results presented for the optimally designed amplifier circuit confirm the superiority of the proposed OHS based technique over DE, harmony search (HS), artificial bee colony (ABC) and PSO in terms of convergence speed, design criteria and design objectives. Simulation results confirm that OHS based designed amplifier circuit not only provides the least MOS transistor area, but it also provides improved gain and dissipates least power than the reported works.

A development of decision support system model for sale planning 销售计划决策支持系统模型的开发

Currently, to running a business is highly competitive. In marketing, seeking of information about customer needs is an important one. The sale planning is, to setting up strategies to conduct revenue from the sale of goods or services. The problems of sale planning may arise when there is changed in demands or price of goods. The proposed decision support system model for sale planning, is based on the Windows operating system which most of users are familiar. If users want to calculate the profit / loss on the change in sales price per unit and/or number of units sold of products, it can be done by entering the percentage of increase or decrease of the sales price per unit and/or number of units sold of products. The system displays the price per unit and number of units sold of products and the proceeds from the sale of all products less the total cost of the product. As a result, net profit / loss from the sale of all products. This is convenient for users, the system process rapidly, and accurately. For further study, if the system can forecast sales when changing the product price, or vice versa by finding the selling price that should be on specified of how much product sales.

Inspection of sanitary bacteria in the pacific whiteshrimp (Litopeneaus vanamei) pond culture, Trang province for developing a safety culture system 为建立安全养殖体系,对唐省太平洋白对虾池塘养殖卫生细菌的检测

The sanitary bacteria from bottom soil, water and pacific white shrimp (Litopeneaus vanamei) in shrimp pond was determined from May to August 2015 on 8 shrimp ponds. All samples were inspected for total coliforms (TC), fecal coliforms (FC), fecal streptococci (FS) and Salmonella. Most of samples were found that TC, FC and FS from soil and shrimp were less than 3 MPN/g. Pond-water samples were found 0-10 MPN/100 ml. Faecal Streptococci group was examined : Enterococcus faecium, E. faecalis and E. casseliflavus from bottom soil and pond-water; E. faecalis and E. casseliflavus form shrimp. Salmonella was examined: Salmonella javiana and Salmonella brunei, but Salmonella was not detected from shrimp samples.

Gong note and gending latar recognition on robot dance 在机器人舞蹈中,Gong note和gentlatar识别

Indonesian Robotic Competition is an annual robot competition conducted by Indonesian minister of education. One of branch competition is robot dance whereas robot should dance according to Indonesian traditional music. The aim of this study is to make an application that is capable to recognize instrument especially gong in javanesse traditional music so that it can helps future development of robot dance in simulate instrument recognition. Recognition methods that are used in this study is on time domain and frequency domain. Furthermore, pattern recognition also provided in two version, namely realtime and non-realtime. Result of this study is an application to recognize gong in a music. Evaluation result shows pattern recognition is successfully recognise the gong note in time domain.

Butterworth filter design using seeker optimization algorithm 巴特沃斯滤波器设计采用导引头优化算法

In this work, fourth order Butterworth analog active low pass filter is reported by employing Seeker Optimization Algorithm (SOA). The passive elements i.e. capacitors and resistors values are most important for the design of analog active low pass filter. Evolutionary optimization technique is used to select the values of capacitors and resistors for the design of fourth order Butterworth active low pass filter. In this algorithm, the search direction is based on empirical gradient by evaluating the response to the position changes and the step length is based on uncertainty reasoning by using a simple fuzzy rule. The circuit component values of the filter are chosen in such a way so that they become compatible with the industrial series E12. The simulation results prove that SOA is superior for the minimization of error existing in the designed circuit with respect to the reported works.

Parametric identification of Box-Jenkins structured closed-loop Hammerstein systems using gravitational search algorithm 基于引力搜索算法的Box-Jenkins结构闭环Hammerstein系统参数辨识

This paper presents a Gravitational Search Algorithm (GSA) based accurate parametric identification approach to identify a closed-loop Box-Jenkins structured Hammerstein model. The main objective of the employed algorithm is to estimate the parameters associated with the model by optimizing the fitness function which is the output mean square error (MSE) in this work. Efficient identification of a generalized practical closed-loop Hammerstein model has been achieved from the outcomes of the simulation studies. Convergence curves of the output MSE and the parameters show the consistency of the performance of the proposed GSA based approach. Effective identification in the presence of colour noise shows the robustness of the GSA based system identification problem.

Stability analysis of a LEDs dimming circuit: An interaction between an LC input filter and a buck converter led调光电路的稳定性分析:LC输入滤波器和降压转换器之间的相互作用

This paper proposes an average modeling of LED dimming circuit controlled by a indirect sliding mode technique. Circuit and control parameters that affect an LED dimming system's stability are studied. The dimming circuit comprises an output-capacitor less buck converter and strings of LEDs as load. The advantages of this topology are: low-part count and increment of system lifetime. This dimming circuit is connected to a 48 V power source via an LC filter to reduce the input ripple current. It is known that tightly regulated dc-dc converter might lead to unstable operation of the system due to its negative input resistance characteristic. This paper proposes the guidelines to choose the control parameters of the sliding control that includes dynamics of a DC bus due to the change of the operating point of LED. The theoretical model is validated through experimental results obtained from the test bench using two strings of 5 Z-power W42182 LEDs (VF = 3.25V, IF = 1A).

Anti-bacterial and anti-quorum sensing activity of thai traditional medicinal plants in Nakhon-Ratchasima province, Thailand 泰国那空-拉差玛省泰国传统药用植物的抗菌和抗群体感应活性

Quorum sensing is an intercellular signaling system in bacteria in response to cell population. Several physiological processes in pathogenesis of medically important bacteria are associated with quorum sensing. As quorum sensing controls bacterial virulences, the inhibition of the system is being considered as a novel approach for antibacterial substance. This research determined the effect of 47 Thai medicinal plant species on bacterial quorum sensing, Chromobacterium violaceum. Anti-quorum sensing activity was indicated by the inhibition of violacein pigment producing of biomonitor strain, C. violaceum DMST 21761. Screening test by disc diffusion assay revealed that five plant extracts exhibited anti-quorum sensing activity including Alpinia galanga Sw., Feronia limonia (L.) Swing, Millingtonia hortensis Linn., Oroxylum indicum (L.) Kurz., and Sesbania grandiflora (L.) Poiret. All extracts, except A. galanga, reduced violacein production. Sixteen extracts produced pronounced inhibitory activity. This result may reveal the mode of action of botanical plants including anti-quorum sensing property and this activity should be further examinations.

The influence of buildings to wind velocity and direction 建筑物对风速和风向的影响

This research aims to study the property of wind flow through the building of Science and Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi to develop proper wind turbine design which install on the building. Ultrasonic Anemometer 3D is an instrument which used in this study. It was installed on the top of the building of Science and Technology. The sampling interval of data collecting is 6 seconds. The study period was from February 2013 to January 2014. The result shown the wind flow was parallel to the ground by average velocity of 5 m/s. The major wind direction affect by the monsoon seasonal wind. In the raining season (May to October) the wind flow is same direction as Southwest monsoon wind. In the winter season (October to February) the wind flow is same direction as Northeast monsoon wind and in the summer season (February to May) the wind flow is in the transition period of Northeast monsoon to Southwest monsoon. Based on the result wind turbine design could be vertical axis wind turbine which has small size and light weight to fit with low wind velocity at any wind direction.

DNA barcodes for cultivar identification of Thailand Tamarindus indica.L 泰国柽柳品种鉴定的DNA条形码。l

This study aims to investigated Tamarindus indica.L. chloroplast rbcL gene for ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate carboxylase/oxygenase, large subunit as the molecular marker to identified the cultivar level of Tamarindus indica.L. in Thailand. The partial rbcL gene of 19cultivars were sequences approximately 611-712 bp. The sequence alignment and Phylogenetic Tree analysis were generated by Clustal W and NJ methods. The result of nucleotide sequence alignment of partial rbcL gene for all cultivars were divided into 19 groups. The different of these groups similar to the different of local name of Tamarind cultivars in Phetchabun Province, Thailand. Base on these results indicated that 19 cultivar DNA Barcodes can supported the local opinions act as the scientific data to identification of tamarind cultivars in Thailand.
