The influence of members in social networks and the influence of members in group decision-making belong to the same type of mathematical problem, that is, the influence of nodes in the network. This paper combines Friedkin social network influence model and DeGroot group decision model under a unified theoretical framework. The unified model allows us to see the relationship between the two models and create conditions for further in-depth application.

QSG (quadrature signal generator) is the critical part of single-phase PLL. In order to effectively reduce the influence of DC components and harmonics on orthogonal signals, a QSG based on multivariable filter (MVF) is proposed, and it’s proved to have good frequency adaptability. In this paper, the author first analyzes the transfer function of MVF, theoretically analyzes the mechanism of its attenuation of DC and harmonics, analyzes the influence of parameter Kf on MVF-QSG, uses MATLAB to simulate the working performance of MVF-QSG on DC components and harmonics under steady state and dynamic conditions and the working performance under the conditions of abrupt voltage frequency variation, and finally establishes a 3kW grid-connected inverter platform, verifies MVF-PLL's phase-locking effect under the conditions of power grid amplitude step and distortion by experiments, and proves the feasibility of the method.

This paper researches the infrared thermal image recognition and appliacation of power facilities based on YOLO neural network. The preliminary work includes the construction of the power facilities data set, and the preprocessing of the photo noise reduction. After sending the infrared thermal image to the YOLO neural network, the system uses the Bounding Box to crop out all possible electrical equipment and names the device. Then a nonlinear least squares curve is used to measure the highest temperature of the device. Testing on different devices such as Combine Filter, Porcelain Sleeve and Isolation Switch shows that the system can accurately and stably identify power facilities. The least squares curve can accurately locate the highest temperature of the device. The system can effectively reduce labor costs and achieve high recognition accuracy.

Focusing on the decision-making confusion of aerospace components manufacturers in market entry order and product development strategy, a market entry game theory model based on the conversion cost and learning curve effects, as well as a product differentiation with downward compatibility game theory model is established. Game analysis shows there is a significant first-mover advantage in the aerospace components market, while adopting a downward compatible strategy may provide a second-mover advantage. The study has two implications. First, companies must strive to be the first mover into the market; second, the incomers should adopt a downward compatible product differentiation strategy.

Passenger flow monitoring plays an important role in elevator intelligent monitoring and elevator operation status analysis. This study gives one of definitions for elevator passenger flow, and proposes a counting method of the passenger flow in elevator based on the fusion of computer vision techniques. This experiment calculates the passenger flow in real-time detection by dividing the task into three parts, which is detecting the door status using the background subtraction method, detecting the current floor with Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm and counting passengers by YOLOv3 (You Only Look Once) model. The results show that the proposed method can accurately measure passenger flow even when passengers are heavily obscured.

In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to obtain fire image data in CNN training, this paper discusses the method of generating fire image by means of generative adversarial networks. How to generate the desired fire image according to the known observation variables is discussed. According to the structure of InfoGAN and ACGAN, a GAN structure for generating fire image is proposed. Fire area is selected as a known observation variable to generate the corresponding fire image. Experiments show that the network structure can generate the required images according to the values of a observed variables. And the quality of the generated image is related to the distribution of observed variables in the data set.

In this paper, thermostatically controlled loads (TCLs) to the provision of fast ancillary services are investigated. In a residential community, a population of TCLs in smart buildings is able to respond to fast regulation signals in a distributed way via sparse communication infrastructure. A two-layer distributed consensus protocol (TLDCP) is proposed with the optimal control gain design based on the linear quadratic regulator method. In the proposed TLDCP, the communication graph is divided into two-layer considering both the local interaction of TCLs in each building and interconnection among buildings. This method will achieve fast, dynamic and distributed power regulation with fair power and comfort sharing among all participate TCLs. With different supervisory control (e.g. fluctuation mitigation and frequency regulation), the TLDCP controlled TCLs can provide various grid ancillary services. The case studies validate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

In this paper, an adaptive non-singular terminal sliding mode controller is proposed for robotic manipulators in the presence of uncertainties and disturbances. The adaptive control is used to obtain robustness to system uncertainties and disturbances. In addition, the high-gain observer is employed to estimate the speed information, which make the controller more applicable in practice. Theorem proof and simulations demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed controller.

Collaborative target tracking is a typical application of wireless sensor networks (WSNs), in which sensors shall be scheduled for trading off between the tracking performance and the energy utilization. Energy harvesting in wireless sensor networks is attractive for the continuous operation of the network, but poses new challenges for collaborative target tracking due to the limited energy harvesting capabilities of the nodes. In this paper, we will propose a novel finite-horizon adaptive dynamic programming (FHADP) based sensor scheduling for collaborative target tracking in an energy harvesting WSN. Unscented Kalman filter (UKF) is used for prediction and estimation of the tracking performance, and multiple-step sensor scheduling is performed using ADP based on the predictive harvested energy of the nodes and tracking performance. Simulation results show that FHADP based sensor scheduling scheme can obtain superior tracking performance compared with ADP.
