The planning of solution to Istanbul's transportation problem with the coordination of transportation subsystems by the aid of GPS GPS辅助交通子系统协调解决伊斯坦布尔交通问题的规划

The Istanbul Transportation Information System has been established for the purpose of processing and storing data in a computer environment to arrange, in its most general sense, management service, coordination and planning activities related to transportation. The information system for this objective is one that is composed of a series of hardware and software components including data storage, data processing, data analysis and representation functions. A database called the transportation information system for evaluating the graphical and non-graphical data for the city of Istanbul has been formed. Moreover, some analyses are performed toward design and optimization based on a single intersection. Up-to-date data are accessed with an appropriate interrogation easily and efficiently.

Real-time extension for Windows NT/CE used for control systems 用于控制系统的Windows NT/CE实时扩展

Windows NT is a major operating system in business area and is said to have real-time capability by supporting the fixed priority scheduling. However, even if the highest system priority is used, real-time capability for applications are not guaranteed. Some vendors have accomplished this problem by modifying the hardware abstraction layer (HAL) and the kernel but this will lose the standardization of Windows NT. In this paper, we propose Real-time PC. Real-time PC is a real-time task scheduler which is implemented as a device driver in Windows NT, and by using Real-time PC, users are able to create real-time tasks that have to be executed periodically on a millisecond base on Windows NT. Real-time PC is also implemented on Windows CE, and the real-time tasks can be executed on either platform.

Object oriented AGVS modeling with UML 使用UML进行面向对象的AGVS建模

Automated guided vehicle system (AGVS) plays an important role in modern materials handling systems. Due to the variety of applications, AGVS should be flexible enough. The AGVS control software should be reliable and have real time and expandable abilities. In this paper, based on the object oriented method and an AGVS prototype, UML (Unified Modeling Language) is used to construct the AGVS model. Some relevant use case diagrams, class diagrams and object diagrams are presented.

Overlapping decentralized EA control design for an active suspension system of a full car model 整车模型主动悬架系统的重叠分散EA控制设计

A decentralized eigenstructure assignment (EA) controller is designed for an active suspension system of a vehicle based on a 7-degree of freedom full car model. Using overlapping decomposition, the full car model is decentralized by two half car models. For each half car model, for the disturbance which is caused by the overlapping decomposition, an effective suppressible controller can be obtained by assigning the left eigenstructure of the system. The performance of the decentralized EA controller is compared with that of a conventional centralized EA controller through computer simulations.

Going out experience robot for bedridden people by remote control system 采用遥控系统的卧床病人外出体验机器人

A remote control robot by which a bedridden person can obtain the feeling of going out is proposed. The robot is controlled by a radio wave controller, and equipped with a CCD camera, a microphone, and a speaker etc. The picture of a CCD camera is transmitted to a receiver of a TV set. A user can send the robot to the outside by watching the CRT display. Then, a user can watch the outside scene, and can talk to a person using a microphone and speaker. The operation of the remote control robot is very difficult. Therefore, an automatic avoidance control system of an obstacle is designed. This paper describes the concept and design of the going out experience robot. The validity of the robot system has been confirmed by the experimental results.

Simple robust tracking controller for rigid link flexible joint robots using only joint position and velocity measurements 刚性连杆柔性关节机器人的简单鲁棒跟踪控制器,仅使用关节位置和速度测量

A simple robust controller to make joint positions track desired trajectories is developed. The proposed controller requires only joint position and velocity measurements and doesn't require any information of unknown parameters. The construction of the proposed controller is very simple and is suitable for real-time implementation. Moreover, it is proved to be able to make the norm of tracking error arrive to any small closed region in the neighborhood of the origin by setting only one design parameter.

The vibration of moving parts deteriorates control performance in linear motor drive tables. The paper proposes a control method for a linear motor drive table using an observer of vibration suppression. The suppression of the vibration of moving parts becomes possible by feedback of the vibration element. The effect was confirmed by simulation and experiment.

Speech based file lock: a design approach 基于语音的文件锁:一种设计方法

There are hacking software which can pick up everything entered through the keyboard and store it in to a buffer. Hence a password entered through the keyboard can be easily hacked. However, if a password is spoken and the frequencies are considered, there is no software to-date which can hack frequencies. The authors present an innovative technique towards desktop file hiding. The software based on this work is capable of locking files such that only the user who has locked them with his spoken password can access them. The locking of .WAV files is explained.

Multi-agent based auction server for large-scaled electronic commerce 基于多代理的大型电子商务拍卖服务器

B to B electronic commerce (EC) technology is now in progress and is regarded as an information infrastructure for global business. As the number and diversity of EC participants grows at the agile environment, the complexity of purchasing from a vast and dynamic array of goods and services needs to be hidden from the end user. In this paper, we propose an auction server for B to B EC with market-oriented programming that mediates amongst unspecified various companies in the trade, and demonstrate the applicability of the economic analysis to this framework. The proposed server facilitates sophisticated B to B EC, which conducts a Pareto optimal solution for all the participating business units, in the coming agile era.

Parametric uncertainty in controlling the vibration of a building 控制建筑物振动的参数不确定性

We design a vibration control system that includes a 3 DOF mass-spring-damper structure for the analytical model of a building that is excited at the base of this structure by an external dynamic force, and one active mass damper on the top of this structure to generate control forces for attenuation of the structural response. Two control systems based on /spl mu/ synthesis and H/sub /spl infin// control are designed for the structural system and the resulting control systems are compared in terms of nominal performance, robust stability, and robust performance to stress the necessity of considering the parametric uncertainties in designing the control system.

Two control systems based on /spl mu/ synthesis and H/sub /spl infin// control are designed for the structural system and the resulting control systems are compared in terms of nominal performance, robust stability, and robust performance to stress the necessity of considering the parametric uncertainties in designing the control system.","PeriodicalId":254956,"journal":{"name":"SICE 2000.
