Study on RSRP of LTE Mobile Phone on Thailand's National Highway 泰国国道LTE手机RSRP研究

Reference signal received power (RSRP) is an important parameter, which is used to consider the handover between cells of long term evolution (LTE) mobile phone. In this paper, the RSRP of LTE mobile phone on Thailand's national highway is studied. The user equipment (UE), Samsung Galaxy J2 Prime smartphone with service mode, is used to measure the RSRP of all 3 LTE mobile phone operators on Thailand's national highways no. 3 and 361 in Mueang Chonburi District, Chonburi Province. The RSRP along the highways is shown and is studied in terms of probability density function (PDF) and cumulative distribution function (CDF) of Gaussian distribution. The obtained statistical characteristics of RSRP are discussed in conclusion.

A Constructionism-Based Integrated Learning Framework to Promoting 21st Century Learners of IT School 基于建构主义的整合学习框架:培养信息技术学校21世纪学习者

Owing to the significance of 21st-century education, students need to be ready with specific essential skills and competence. Moreover, Thailand is moving forward to Thailand 4.0 in which technology plays a vital role in this transition. In an educational context, students' learning has struggled in the existing curriculums. Students learn each subject independently, while the learning activity does not promote them for innovative and critical thinking; meanwhile, the assignments/projects have not emerged from the industrial application. Furthermore, the instruction of each subject does not present the relationship between them; therefore, the students could not integrate what they learned to construct innovation meaningfully. Based on this perspective, this study endeavor to propose an integrated learning framework for faculty/school of IT to promote students' constructionism, innovative thinking, and 21st-century skills that relate to modern industry. The proposed program designed to integrate instruction and learning across IT disciplines where students could develop novel ideas in the meantime. Industrial issues are used to drive the instructional design and learning activities. Consequently, more meaningful learning and assessment can be improved, while the students' essential skills are equipped. To validate the proposed framework, a focus group with strongly-relevant experts has been conducted online. The findings show the model has been highly accepted on computer disciplines and industrial applications, pedagogy and learning activities, assessments and 21st-century skills dimensions. Moreover, the experts have pointed out that the proposed model not only help preparing the students in IT disciplines for Thailand 4.0 industry but also help utilizing faculty resource effectively.

A Study of Single Frequency Network for DVB-T2 Base on Measurement Data 基于实测数据的DVB-T2单频网络研究

In this research presents laboratory experiments for analyzing the Single Frequency Network transmission of DVB-T2 by using the real transmitter and receiver in the experiment. The main objective of the research was to study the SFN threshold reception for broadcasting by analyzing and evaluating the effects of the delay time between two SFN transmitters within the guard interval time. The results of this laboratory experiment provide the information for customizing the SFN broadcasting system to optimization and design for Single Frequency Network broadcasting system.

Comparative Analysis of Distributed Ledger Technologies 分布式账本技术的比较分析

Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) refers to a digital method for registering virtual transactions and other similar data in multiple locations simultaneously. The main characteristic of distributed ledgers is that they do not have a central administration component, due to advanced algorithms and methods used for record-keeping. Thus, transactions are faster and reasonable, as they do not require a central authority to validate them. The network is formed by multiple nodes through which the participant can access recordings, making the network become less vulnerable when referring to cyberattacks. After several years of technological development in this area, different distributed ledger technologies are available. This article presents Blockchain and Tangle technologies along with their main characteristics, in order to make an extended comparison of their approaches. In addition to this, the paper contains experimentation details and results for each technology presented.

Atman - Eternal Driver for Temporarius Soma 阿特曼-永恒的骑士

There is a silent and salient communication between mystify soul (Atman) and mind impacting the physical material body (Soma). It has been discussed over ages through spiritual texts, experimental and medical findings but still lacks scientific and mathematical explanation making it hard to understand. This paper makes efforts towards to bring quantum mechanics, spiritual healing and medical findings together and relating them to human health and beliefs.

SPECs: Student Performance Evaluation and Counselling Supporting System 规格:学生成绩评估及辅导支援系统

This paper adopts a retrieving mechanism from case-based reasoning approach to implementing a decision support system that can evaluate a study performance of the students and also suggest an appropriate courses plan for enrolment based on the historical data. This system will retrieve the most similar enrolment plan from the senior students' records, in order to suggest the current student who is facing of a probation situation (GPAX<2.00) and coming to have an advice with his/her advisor. To develop the system, a methodology is distinguished into three parts of research study which are data preparation, similarity calculation and matching, and counseling system. By using the leave-one-out cross-validation, this system can perform the best at 99.16% of Precision, 23.37% of Recall, and 37.82% of F-measure when evaluating the system with confusion matrix.

With the improvement of ICT, the advantages of e-learning help students to overcome the limitations of learning including time and space. The paper mainly demonstrates two points: the satisfaction and the freedom of learning in terms of time and place that the Chinese 1 e-learning system provides at Mae Fah Luang University, Thailand. This study reveals the implementation of e-learning with interactive media with motivated exercises which provide students mobility for their learning; thus, beyond the boundary of time and place.

Business Model Innovation Coaching in a Three-Dimensional Continuum 三维连续体中的商业模式创新指导

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the process and role(s) of coaches in coaching Business Model Innovation (BMI) according to the definition of BMI [14] to find a BM and BMI language or framework about coaching university students in developing Business Model Innovation competencies. From the 6–9 November 2017, CGC center at Aarhus University did a field study in Business Model Innovation Challenge at the Biogas 2020 conference in Skive, Denmark. The three-day long challenge was based on 3 Nordic Businesses challenge-cases represented by Thise Dairy (Denmark), VEAS Biogas (Norway) and Smögenlax (Sweden). For three days Master students from the three countries worked in 3 student teams to solve a Business challenge-case. They worked in Business Model Cubes and were observed by 360 degrees fixed cameras combined with participated observation and facilitation by 2 BMI coaches. According to our hypothesis, our pre-findings shows that BM and BMI coaching seems to take place in a kind of a three-dimensional guidance continuum of 4 different didactical styles: teaching, guidance, consulting and inter-vision, in a process from ‘direction the answers to seeking the answers by questions’. This includes that the BMI coach has to master several roles and processes (levels): BM Tools, BMI processes along with team processes, and that the BMI coach must be very flexible and manage to change his/her position and perspective several times according to the student’ position. This study invites to closer investigation in the transitions of each shift in the coaching phases and roles combined with shift in processes in the three-dimensional model. What are the characteristics of these shifts and how are they visible and understandable for the team - together with the purpose of investigate the communication, especially the questions appearing in the different phases when facilitating the students' learning process.

According to our hypothesis, our pre-findings shows that BM and BMI coaching seems to take place in a kind of a three-dimensional guidance continuum of 4 different didactical styles: teaching, guidance, consulting and inter-vision, in a process from ‘direction the answers to seeking the answers by questions’. This includes that the BMI coach has to master several roles and processes (levels): BM Tools, BMI processes along with team processes, and that the BMI coach must be very flexible and manage to change his/her position and perspective several times according to the student’ position. This study invites to closer investigation in the transitions of each shift in the coaching phases and roles combined with shift in processes in the three-dimensional model. This paper reports on a deeper analyze and understanding of a Biogas 2020 TBMI challenge experiment carried out related to investigating Environment Indoor Qualities impact on BMI processes and BMI participants mood in BMI project. The experiment focus on monitoring and analyzing 3 main areas of BMI – Primarily Indoor Environment Quality IEQ data of BMI LAB, Physical Health data and Physiological data of BMI participants. Secondary focus was video pictures, other EIQ data like Sound and Personal profile data. These data was combined with quantitative and qualitative survey data and interviews. The preliminary findings show that IEQ has an impact on BMI participants. BMI process and BMI output.

Brain Cognitive Performance Identification for Student Learning in Classroom 学生课堂学习的脑认知表现识别

Human has sustainability to concentrate about 45-50 minutes, approximately. The student who spent a long time during the class without a break is decreasing the brain learning ability. Taking mental breaks every 45 minutes is considered as stress reduction and prepared for better learning. However, a person has a different level to maintain a focus on learning, which is longer or shorter. The well-established information for manipulating this problem is necessary to support the instruction and teaching planning. Therefore, this study proposes the method to define the learning state of each student via brain cognitive performance identification and information technology innovations. The brain signals of students are recorded by electroencephalography (EEG) during studying. Due to the performance values are presented under the specific neuroscience criteria, the Decision Tree algorithm is chosen to perform learning state classification and description. The results present the several levels of cognitive performance including low, neutral, good, and high level, which is related to the learning ability of a student. The student who has low cognitive performance will be noticed to have a mental break before class ends appropriately. The classification method provides 87% of accuracy, which is acceptable to support the implementation of the decision tree with neuroscience in this study.
