Desa Undisan menawarkan banyak keunikan selain pemandangan alamnya yang indah, juga keunikan rumah adat asli Bali sesuai dengan Asta Kosala Kosali yang terkenal. Terdapat juga situs yang dipercaya sebagai peninggalan zaman lampau yang sering dijadikan sarana olah spiritual umat hindu ataupun orang orang yanag mendambakan ketenangan bathin. Air terjun Tangkup yng berlokasi di kawassan subak Selat, menawarkan nuansa yaang masih sangat alami dan udara yang segar menjadi daya tarik wisata lainnya. Dipercaya bahwa air dari air terjun Tangkup ini berkhasiat untuk menyembuhkan bebearapa penyakit karena air yang tercurah muncul dari tebing batu yang menyerupai Sosok Orang yang sedang duduk bersemadi. Potensi lain yang dimiliki Desa Wisata Undisan adalah adanya tempat kerajinan bunga spon dan bunga imitasi dari emas dan perak yang dapat dissaksikan dan dikunjungi oleh wisatawan manca negara. Perhiasan tesebut banyak digunakan untuk perlengkapan upacara adat di Bali dan kebanyakan dikirim ke kota Denpasar. Selain itu, di sekeliling Desa Wisata Undisan terdapat hamparan sawah yang luas dan indah dipadu dengan Alam pegunungan, hutan dan sangat cocok untuk kegiatan wisata berbasis alam. Menyambut terbitnya PERBUP nomor 15 Tahun 2014 Kabupaten Bangli yang memasukkan Desa Undisan di Kecamatan Tembuku sebagai salah satu Desa Wisata, masyarakat Desa Undisan menginginkan Desa Wisata Undisan dapat berkembang menjadi Desa Wisata yang menarik bagi wisatawan untuk berkunjung dan berharap penetapan status Desa Wisata mampu meningkatkan taraf hidup ke arah yang lebih baik. Masyarakat Desa Wisata Undisan juga sudah membentuk Kelompok Sadar Wisata (POKDARWIS) dan telah disahkan oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Bangli. Riset didesain buat mengidentifikasikan kemampuan Kabupaten Simalungun dalam mempraktikkan smart tourism yang ditinjau dari prasarana TIK. Riset ini memakai pendekatan riset deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan informasi tanya jawab, pemantauan serta riset pemilihan. Dari hasil riset diperoleh kalau prasarana TIK pariwisata Kabupaten Simalungun sedang kurang tersadar dalam mempraktikkan rancangan smart tourism. Kabupaten Simalungun terkini mengggunakan isyarat QR, alat sosial, serta sistem saran untuk turis dalam pengelompokan teknologi smart tourism

This research aims to know the performances of waiters in restaurants of star hotels in Regency Of Samosir, and the models of trainings for waiters in the hotels. Data processed by quantitative approach to get the mean of each variable and aspects of competencies. The results of observations and interviews are described using qualitative method. Then, the results of questionnaires and interviews processings are analysed by qualitative approach. This is a descriptive research aims to get the descriptions of the performances of the waiters/ss in hotels of the research location and the model of trainings for waiters/ss in the hotel The respondents in this research are the waiters/ss of star hotels restaurants in The Regency Of Samosir, they are 80 persons. The results show that the waiter/ss are low categorized for skill, and knowledge aspects, whilst for attitude aspect, they are good category, but generally, the waiters/ss do not reach the performances expected. The model for trainings can be used for the waiters/ss are the combinations of on the job training and off the job training models. The best training for the waiters/ss for the model of on the job training is couching/understudy. For the model of off the job training, the most suitable trainings for the waiters/waitress are vestibule training and role playing combined with lecturing.

Public services are all service activities carried out by public service providers as an effort to fulfill the needs of service recipients as well as the implementation of provisions in accordance with statutory regulations. Therefore, the public bureaucracy is obliged and responsible to provide good and professional public services. Likewise in the tourism sector which is one of the regional development sectors and has an important role in the economy either as a source of foreign exchange or income. For this reason, it is necessary to prepare and improve in various fields, including its management and development. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of the application of tourism services at The Caldera Toba Nomadic Escape, Toba Regency. Descriptive research method with qualitative analysis. Data collection was carried out in three ways, namely observation, interviews and documentation. Data collection was carried out in three ways, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the analysis show that the quality of implementing tourism services at The Caldera Toba Nomadic Escape in increasing tourist visits can be seen from the programs formulated and implemented by the managers and related agencies. The development and coaching program is the main goal to be realized immediately. This will make The Caldera Toba one of the leading tourist attractions in Toba Regency or Toba Destinations. The number of hotel guests has a positive impact on the number of tourists visiting tourist attractions in Pagar Alam.This study analyzed data on the realization of the number of visitors at Dharma Karya Hotel and Gunung Dempo Hotel in 2019. The Covid-19 pandemic has made many negative changes to the tourism and hospitality sector. The mass media reveal a lot about the closure of the hotel business. This makes hoteliers and the government move to minimize losses due to this non-natural disaster. As the front line, the Indonesian Hotel and Restaurant Association along with entrepreneurs in the hospitality sector are trying to convey their aspirations with the aim of reducing existing losses. The achievement of this research is the analysis of employees' job satisfaction and organizational commitment to employee service quality, either partially or simultaneously. The type of this research is quantitative research. The results of the analysis show that if 'Job Satisfaction' increases, the quality of services provided by employees will also increase and vice versa. 'Organizational Commitment' will also increase if the 'Quality of Employee Service' increases and vice versa. Meanwhile, 'Job Satisfaction' and 'Organizational Commitment' simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on the company's 'Employee Service Quality'.

Kecamatan Bakti Raja yang termasuk dalam Kabupaten Humbang hasundutan dikenal dengan keindahan alam dan budaya ditambah pemandangan lansekap dan suasana yang sejuk. Memiliki potensi wisata khususnya di bidang wisata petualang (Adventure) karena terdapat beberapa objek wisata seperti Aek Silang dan Aek Simangira yang memiliki pemandangan yang bagus dan akses yang cukup ekstrem sehingga cocok untuk wisata adventure yaitu arung jeram/ rafting. Selain itu sungai ini juga mempunyai sejarah yang berpengaruh bagi suku batak yang tinggal di daerah tersebut. Wisata adventure ini dapat menjadi alternatif bagi pariwisata di Kecamatan Bakti Raja, namun objek wisata adventure di Kecamatan Bakti Raja ini masih belum dikenal baik oleh masyarakat luas juga wisatawan dikarenakan belum adanya pengemasan paket wisata adventure menuju daerah ini sehingga perlu diadakannya penelitian untuk dapat merekomendasikan paketwisata adventure sehingga dapat dilakukan promosi dan publikasi sehingga wisatawan mengetahui wisata adventure ini. Penelitian ini mengobservasi komponen wisata yang tersedia dan merekomendasikan paket wisata adventure yang dapat membantu stakeholder dalam memperomosikan dan menjual paket wisata adventure. Geopark is one form of sustainable development that applies to regional development, namely making the territorial benefits of a geopark area as an economic source. The concept of geopark management is a sustainable regional development plan that combines the four geodiversity, biodiversity, geoheritage, and cultural diversity systems to build local communities. Utilization of geoparks can be synergized with existing regional spatial plans. Utilization of geopark spatial planning can generate new economic opportunities around the Danao Toba area through geoparks providing many job opportunities in the tourism industry and tourism managers. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of caldera geopark tourism destinations on the development of the Lake Toba area in North Tapanuli Regency. The analytical method used in this research is multiple regression analysis with the number of respondents as many as 100 people. The results showed that attractions, accessibility, amenities and facilities have a positive and significant effect on the development of the Lake Toba area.

Tipikal konsumsi masyarakat saat ini berubah sejalan dengan gaya hidup yang bergeser kearah yang lebih baik dan dinamis. Adanya pergeseran tipikal konsumsi tersebut menyebabkan pola komsumsi masyarakat untuk meningkatkan penyediaan pangan yang lebih baik, murah dan cepat penyajiannya. Hal ini menarik perhatian menajemen patiseri and bakry untuk mengembangkan produk pastry and bakery dengan memakai bahan baku lokal yaitu nenas. Dalam penelitian ini berjudul "Pengembangan produk pastry and bakry Dalam Peningkatan Ekonomi Masyarakat (Studi Pada Hasil Pertanian Nenas di Kecamatan Sipahutar Kabupaten Tapanuli Utara). Penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana proses pengembangan produk pastry dan bakery dalam meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat di kecamatan sipahutar melalui hasil pertanian buah nenas. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (Field Risearch), pendekatannya adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan menerapkan cara berpikir induktif, dengan menganalisis data primer dan data sekunder. Adapun sasarannya adalah untuk menjelaskan bagaimana mengembangkan potensi pertanian masyarakat lokal untuk menambahkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Metode mengumpulkan data secara Tanya jawab dan mengambil foto dokumentasi yang dibutuhkan. Tanya jawab dilaksanakan langsung kepada petani buah nenas dan foto dokumentasi digunakan untuk melengkapi data informasi mengenai buah nenas untuk diolah menjadi produk pastry and bakery. Setelah melaksanakan penelitian, penulis menyimpulkan pengembangan produk pastry and bakery dengan memakai bahan baku buah nenas yang dikelola dibawah naungan bapak Gindo Simanjuntak masih perlu dikembangkan di Desa Onan Runggu-1 yang merupakan penghasil nenas di kabupaten Tapanuli Utara. Sumber daya manusia yang di desa tersebut juga masih perlu ditraining sehingga mampu mengolah hasil pertanian buah nenas menjadi produk Pastry dan Bakery sehingga dapat membantu meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat setempat.
