Pengembangan Kawasan Danau Toba melalui Destinasi Pariwisata Geopark Kaldera di Kabupaten Tapanuli Utara

Geopark is one form of sustainable development that applies to regional development, namely making the territorial benefits of a geopark area as an economic source. The concept of geopark management is a sustainable regional development plan that combines the four geodiversity, biodiversity, geoheritage, and cultural diversity systems to build local communities. Utilization of geoparks can be synergized with existing regional spatial plans. Utilization of geopark spatial planning can generate new economic opportunities around the Danao Toba area through geoparks providing many job opportunities in the tourism industry and tourism managers. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of caldera geopark tourism destinations on the development of the Lake Toba area in North Tapanuli Regency. The analytical method used in this research is multiple regression analysis with the number of respondents as many as 100 people. The results showed that attractions, accessibility, amenities and facilities have a positive and significant effect on the development of the Lake Toba area

Potensi Kabupaten Simalungun dalam Menerapkan Konsep Smart Tourism melalui Infrastruktur TIK 西马伦摄政的潜力在于通过TIK基础设施应用智能Tourism的概念

The advantages of the tourism sector are currently experiencing expansion and ongoing consideration compared to the manufacturing sector. In the current tourism development, various regions offer advanced and innovative services through the application of the so-called Technology and Communication for tourists who often use Smart Tourism. Currently, the implementation of the Smart Tourism platform is mostly applied in urban tourist areas that have complete basic infrastructure, a good transportation system, the availability of adequate Information and Communication Technology infrastructure, and a comprehensive service system. This surely makes the concept of Smart Tourism is still rarely applied in the Regency area which has great potency and attractiveness. The study is designed to identify the potency of Simalungun Regency in implementing smart tourism in terms of ICT infrastructure. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with interview data collection techniques, observation and documentation studies. From the results of the study, it was found that the tourism ICT infrastructure of Simalungun Regency is still not well developed in applying the concept of smart tourism. Simalungun Regency has only used QR codes, social media, and a recommendation system for tourists in the classification of smart tourism technology

Selama ini konsep pariwisata hanya dirangcang sebagian besar untuk orang-orang yang normal saja, dan belum seluruhnya dirancang bagi orang-orang yang berkebutuhan khusus. Dimana pariwisata adalah hak bagi setiap orang termasuk penyandang disabilitas. Dimana pelayanan inklusif yang diterapkan dalam pelayanan bagi tamu penyandang disabilitas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pihak pengelola hotel dalam menyediakan fasilitas dan aksesibilitas dimana fasilitas dan aksesibilitas menjadi faktor penghambat dan faktor pendukung bagi penyandang disabilitas. Adapun kesimpulan dari penelitian ini dimana terdapat dari data di lapangan jumlah pengunjung nilai minimum dari pengunjung disabilitas adalah 2,2, sementara nilai maksimum dari pengunjung disabilitas adalah 5. Rata-rata pengunjung disabilitas adalah 3,8, dengan standar deviasi 0,642. Dan nilai F hitung 29,836 dan nilai Sig. adalah 0,000. Diketahui nilai F hitung 29,836 > F tabel 2,699 dan nilai Sig adalah 0,000 < 0,05, maka fasilitas, aksesibilitas, internal secara bersama-sama atau simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengunjung disabilitas. Serta nilai koefisien regresi dari variabel fasilitas bernilai positif, yakni 0.441. Hal ini berarti variabel fasilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap pengunjung disabilitas. Diketahui nilai Sig. dari variabel fasilitas adalah 0.000 < 0,05, maka disimpulkan fasilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengunjung disabilitas. Dimana nilai koefisien determinasi (R-Square) adalah 0,482. Nilai tersebut dapat diartikan variabel fasilitas, aksesbilitas, internal mampu mempengaruhi pengunjung disabilitas sebesar 48,2%, sisanya sebesar 51,8% dijelaskan oleh variabel atau faktor lainnya

Emotional Labor Pelaku Usaha dan Ekonomi Kreatif di Masa Pandemi (Kajian Kasus pada Kabupaten Toba)

Tourism and creative economy activities are the government's focus to keep the economy moving, even during the Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, this study wants to analyze how entrepreneurs and the creative economy manage emotions when they have to deal with visitors who may transmit the virus, how they stay friendly when they are in a bad emotional state, and how they control themselves to stay friendly when they are worried. for their safety during the pandemic. This study uses a qualitative method by utilizing interviews as a data collection instrument. Limiting the problem is directed at the research locus that focuses on Toba Regency which is in the Super Priority Destination of Lake Toba. The results obtained indicate that tourism businesses and the creative economy are aware of the important value of issuing positive expressions to visitors, even though their feelings are not good. They realize that mental fatigue is not the responsibility of the company but is the responsibility of the individual so they must try to control their emotions in accordance with the demands of work. In the future, research should be conducted in other areas by considering cultural elements as a comparison

The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence sustainable development and the quality of life of the community in Simanindo District, Samosir Regency. The sampling used probability sampling through cluster/area random sampling involving 50 respondents from the community in Simanindo District, especially the community in Tomok Village, Tuk-tuk Siadong Village, and Ambarita Village. Data collection techniques were carried out through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was performed using path analysis. The results of the study of economic, socio-cultural, and environmental factors have a direct influence on sustainable development and the quality of life of the community in Simanindo District, Samosir Regency. Likewise, sustainable development has a direct influence on the quality of life of the community in Simanindo District, Samosir Regency. Furthermore, the quality of life of the people in Simanindo District, Samosir Regency is directly influenced by economic factors and socio-cultural factors without going through sustainable development. On the other hand, the quality of life of the people in Simanindo District, Samosir Regency is influenced indirectly by environmental factors, through sustainable tourism.

This research shows that culinary tourism has the potential as a tourist attraction in Simalungung Regency as one of the districts on the edge of the Lake Toba super priority area. The community as culinary business actors and the local government play a role in culinary potential and what obstacles culinary entrepreneurs face. This study uses a mixed method or mixed method, which is a method that combines quantitative and qualitative approaches so that it gets accountable results. The final results of this study can be interpreted that there is a significant linear relationship between the potential for culinary tourism as a tourist attraction, the results are proven from the reliability test results showing that the Cronbach's alpha value of all variables is> than 0.6. The results of the normality test above show that the significance value is 0.999> 0.05, it can be concluded that the residual value is normally distributed

As one of the 10 tourism priority destinations, the Mandalika Special Economic Zone (KEK) in West Nusa Tenggara must consider tourist experiences as things that need to be studied and developed, including experiences in enjoying culinary which is now known as 'culinary tourism'. Related to this, this study aims to see how the influence of food quality on tourist loyalty in the KEK Mandalika; how is the influence of satisfaction on tourist loyalty in the KEK Mandalika; whether there is an influence of food quality and tourist satisfaction together on tourist loyalty in the KEK Mandalika; and which of food quality and satisfaction has the most dominant influence on tourist loyalty in the Mandalika SEZ. By using partial tests and simultaneous tests based on quantitative research approaches, this study tested the hypotheses by involving 100 respondents selected by the purposive sampling method. The results showed that: food quality and satisfaction together contributed 71% to tourist loyalty

The training program in enhancement plays a very important role in the development of human resources, especially for the current hotel industry which plays a role in the advancement of the tourism industry. The housekeeping department which is responsible for arranging or arranging equipment, maintaining cleanliness and comfort, repairing damage and decorating with the aim that the hotel looks neat, clean, attractive and pleasant for residents to continue to improve by providing the best service by following training and programs provided by management of housekeeping employees. The method used in this research is descriptive research method with a quantitative approach to what extent the training program obtained is absorbed in the implementation of routine tasks by housekeeping employees. Desa Wisata Kereng Bangkirai berupaya untuk menjadi destinasi wisata yang menerapkan konsep pariwisata berkelanjutan. Pengembangan pariwisata di Desa Wisata Kereng Bangkirai telah memberi manfaat ekonomi, oleh sebab itu diharapkan manfaat ekonomi bagi masyarakat dapat dirasakan secara berkelanjutan. Segmen pasar yang lebih besar akan memberikan keuntungan ekonomi namun bila dikelola dengan kurang baik maka akan memberikan dampak negatif bagi masyarakat lokal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi manfaat ekonomi bagi masyarakat lokal berdasarkan kriteria dalam penerapan destinasi pariwisata berkelanjutan di Desa Wisata Kereng Bangkirai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Informan adalah pengelola desa wisata, komunitas masyarakat, asosiasi, industri dan Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Kota Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisa deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sektor pariwisata telah memberi manfaat ekonomi dan secara beriringan menerapkan prinsip pariwisata berkelanjutan.

Strategi Pengembangan Food Prenuer Khas Daerah di Destinasi Wisata Lubuk Linggau selama Pandemic

Lubuk Linggau is one of the regency-level cities in South Sumatra which was chosen as a research locus because its tourism is being developed, especially the tourist spot of Temam Waterfall. This study aims to identify the number of business actors and the types of culinary offered in tourist destinations of Lubuk Linggau City; identify and analyze the problems of food preneur in developing the culinary business; and formulate a food preneur development strategy in the tourist destinations of Lubuk Linggau City. This research is a qualitative and quantitative research with a survey approach conducted through observation and interviews with semi-structured techniques. The research data was taken through snow ball sampling and processed using internal and external SWOT analysis (Strengthness, Weakness, Opportunities, Threatness). The results showed that the number of business actors around the tourist destination area of ​​Temam Waterfall was 16 stalls, but due to the pandemic, only 5 stalls were operating with food that was delivered in the form of instant food, not typical regional food. In addition, based on the results of the internal and external SWOT analysis, with a shortage of typical food traders, it can be said that there is a big opportunity for the development of food preneurs around these tourist destination areas. However, it requires synergy and cooperation between the government and tourism actors for the food preneur development process. The food preneur development strategy is based on the results of research using SWOT, so that the typical culinary food preneur around the destination area can develop to attract more visitors or tourists, especially in the post-pandemic period or in the new normal era
