In this research, it was conducted at the Palembang City Dinarban Business. The type and source of data in this study is qualitative data using secondary data, namely by making observations or observations and documentation in the form of records of production costs needed to calculate sales and purchases in 2022. The financial statements themselves are very important for business continuity in order to find out how much the profits earned and how in the future to treat these profits which can be used as business capital in the next period. Dinarban Enterprises in preparing accounting reports have not prepared a financial position report, this is because Dinarban Enterprises do not understand and are confused about preparing financial reports in accordance with applicable standards. This business also does not take into account assets and liabilities & equity clearly and accurately, and does not take into account the assets owned by DinarBan. The main obstacle is because even though business owners are aware that proper and correct financial reports are important for the continuity of the business being carried out, however, this is considered complicated or troublesome and also a lack of understanding of the business. In addition, the level of education also affects understanding in making financial reports. Therefore, financial reports can be a reference for making a decision. So that it can make it easier for you to run a business. The results of these financial reports can be used as a decision-making tool. Therefore, the authors provide advice for Dinarban Enterprises to implement recording using Financial Reports in accordance with existing accounting standards to make it easier for business owners to make decisions accurately in accordance with business conditions. Keywords: Financial Statements, Entrepreneurship.

Some regencies/cities that have big Regional Government Budgets (RGB) come from Revenue Sharing Fund of Natural Resource show their economicindicators are lower than other regions. This study does to knowand analyse a correlation of RGB to economic growth, poverty level and Human Development Index at 17 regencies/cities of South Sumatra Province. The research data are from 2013 to 2017 come from BPKAD and BPS, and using quantitative research method that used descriptive statisticalanalyses to test each variable and analytic statistical analyses which is used scoring analyses and simple regression analyses.Revenue Sharing Fund is a component of central government transfer as one of RGB components so the bigger Revenue Sharing Fund of a region the bigger RGB of that region. Scoring analyses shows some regions that have big RGB in 2017 do not have better rankings and vice versa, some regions that have small RGB get better rankings. Simple regression analyses, from 2013 to 2017, shows that a RGB does not have a correlation to economic growth, poverty level and Human Development Index at 17 regencies/cities of South Sumatra Province. Hence, the bigger RGB is not significant its correlation to the increasing of economic growth, the decreasing of poverty level and the increasing of Human Development Index. The long history of cooperatives that existed in the pre-independence era required cooperatives to always make formulas in the form of standard rules that were systematically compiled by the government and other authorities so that cooperatives could continue to play a role in building the nation's economy which has been reflected in the identity of cooperatives. Cooperative identity is reflected in three approaches, namely the essentialist approach, the institutional approach and the nominalist approach. The identity of a cooperative is actually a complex conceptual arrangement so that if the identity of a cooperative is properly implemented, a true cooperative will run according to its main corridor, namely the welfare of its members and society. Governance systems or devices known as Good Corporate Governance according to The Organization Cooperation and Development (OCD) consist of principles and characteristics that can be used as a whole (universal) consisting of culture, environmental differences and systems of laws and regulations and values -values that exist and apply in a country. Based on several studies, the researchers concluded that this crisis occurred due to a failure in implementing good corporate governance. However, there is one solution in alleviating the economic crisis, in which there is a role for the people to help each other and work together in creating a sovereign economy. which complement each other. This cannot be separated because the identity of cooperatives has become a characteristic of cooperatives from the times when ideas about cooperatives have developed and spread throughout the world. The next step is to conduct a survey to find out the constraints/barriers to investment in the city of Palembang using indicators developed by the International Financial Corporation (IFC). The results show that the basic sector and has high and strong competitiveness against the economic shocks that occurred during the Covid-19 pandemic in Palembang City are 1) Manufacturing Industry, 2) Wholesale and Retail Trade; Car and Motorcycle Repair, 3) Information and Communication, 4) Financial Services and Insurance, and 5) Real Estate. The population in this study were all consumers who bought jumputan fabric at Cahaya Jumputan Production House, Tuan Kentang Palembang, namely 486 consumers for one year. The number of samples taken is at least 5 times the number of indicators used in the study. In this study there were 23 question items, so the minimum sample size needed was 23 x 5 = 115 samples, data analysis using SPSS 25. The results of this study concluded that the price variable had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions asevidenced by the Sig value of 0.000 <0.05, Product quality variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a Sig value of 0.004 <0.05, product design variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a Sig value of 0.000 <0.05, price variables, product quality and product design simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a Sig value of 0.000 <0.05. The results of testing the correlation coefficient (R) obtained a value of 0.563. this shows that the level of relationship between the price, product quality and product design variables on purchasing decisions is moderate (56.3%) and the results of the study using the coefficient of determination (R2) test obtained a value of 0.316. This research aims to analyze the influence of Corporate Governance on Green Banking Disclosure in bankingcompanies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2018 - 2020. Corporate governance plays acrucial role in ensuring transparency and accountability within companies, as well as supporting their efforts inimplementing sustainable and responsible business practices towards the environment. In this study, CorporateGovernance is measured through three variables: Board of Commissioners, Independent Commissioners, andInstitutional Ownership. The Board of Commissioners is considered as one of the institutions responsible for decisionmakingwithin the company. The number of board members is an important indicator in this research, as a larger boardsize allows for diverse perspectives and expertise to be applied in the decision-making process. Additionally,Independent Commissioners are also a significant factor in maintaining the independence and integrity of thecompany's oversight. In this study, the proportion of Independent Commissioners compared to the total number ofcommissioners is used as a measure of their presence and independence. Institutional Ownership is another variable ofinterest in this research. Institutional ownership reflects the participation and involvement of financial institutions andinstitutional investors in the ownership of company shares. The percentage of institutional ownership in relation to thetotal outstanding shares is measured to gain insights into the extent of financial institutions' role in decision-makingand oversight within the company. Green Banking Disclosure is the main focus of this study. Green Bankingencompasses banking practices that prioritize environmental sustainability. Green Banking Disclosure is measuredusing the Green Banking Disclosure Index (GBDI), which covers various aspects such as environmental riskmanagement, sustainable financing, and other environmental initiatives. The data is analyzed using the Statistical Package for SocialSciences (SPSS) software to generate generalizable findings. The results of this study indicate that the Board ofCommissioners has a significant positive influence on Green Banking Disclosure in banking companies listed on theIndonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2018 - 2020. This suggests that a stronger composition and role of theBoard of Commissioners in decision-making lead to higher levels of disclosure of environmentally friendly businesspractices.
