Preliminary Diagnostic Assessment in Distance Learning at SMAN 1 Pagaden SMAN 1 Pagaden远程学习的初步诊断评估

So far, distance learning still faces many obstacles in its implementation. Starting from compiling lesson plans, learning methods, to conducting evaluations. Moreover, the psychological factors of students in facing this pandemic, they are required to study at home with various kinds of challenges and obstacles. Limitations of gadgets (smartphone), internet quota to internet networks that do not reach where they live because they are in rural areas. To find a solution to this problem, a study was conducted regarding the initial conditions of SMAN 1 Pagaden students in carrying out this distance learning. By using the Miles & Huberman analysis method, which will find interactive patterns of relationships and to get an understanding of the meaning of the obstacles faced in the distance learning process at SMAN 1 Pagaden by using non-verbal interview techniques. The questionnaire is distributed via google form which then the data obtained is used as a reference for developing distance learning strategies. Based on the results of interviews, based on respondents who answered that distance learning at SMAN 1 Pagaden was less effective, it was 49.8%. Students hope that distance learning does not give many assignments but there is material delivery through google meet or zoom meeting. For students who are not reached by internet and gadget (smartphone) facilities, the visiting teacher model is carried out with small groups.

The Improvement of Civic Virtue through Civic Education in Higher Education in Forming Young Generation Communication Patterns 高等教育中公民教育对公民美德的提升与青年一代沟通模式的形成

This study purposed to describe the communication pattern of students at the University of Ahmad Dahlan Yogyakarta and described Civic Virtue implementation through civic education in higher education in terms of forming young generation communication patterns. This study employed a qualitative descriptive method. The subject of the study was five lecturers of civic education. Data were collected through interviews, observation, documentation, and focus group discussion (FGD). The data were analyzed by using Miles and Huberman’s principles as data reduction, data display, and stating the conclusion. The result of the research showed that the students’ pattern of communication at higher education was influenced by some factors were environment and knowledge factor. The fostering of Civic Virtue through civic education in higher education in forming young generation communication pattern has existed in the process of Civic Virtue fostering that involves democratic values, self-control, and prioritizing plurality interest. The Civic Virtue in the category civic disposition involves responsibility, self-discipline, human rights respect, willingness to hear, negotiating, and compromising. Besides, the Civic Virtue in the category of civic commitment involves a commitment to the implementation of democratic citizenship rights, responsibility for democratic citizenship, constitutionalism, and tendency to participate politically

Learning Atmosphere During The Covid-19 Pandemic Covid-19大流行期间的学习氛围

This study aims to determine the atmosphere of the academic in the midst of covid-19 pandemic at SD Negeri 169 Ogan Komering Ulu (OKU). The formulation of the problem in this study: (1) what is the academic atmosphere of SD Negeri 169 OKU in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic?, (2) what are the inhibiting factors in creating an academic atmosphere at SD Negeri 169 OKU in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic?. The type of research used is qualitative research with using qualitative descriptive analysis data. The data collection technique is done by interview, observation, documentation and triangulation. The results of the study were seen from the academic atmosphere and inhibiting factors in creating an academic atmosphere in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. In the academic atmosphere, the teaching and learning process at SD Negeri 169 OKU was running safely, orderly and conducive. The learning activity is distance and offline learning while adhering to health protocols in accordance with directions and instructions from the OKU District Education Office. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors in creating an academic atmosphere in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic are (1) teachers find it difficult to evaluate student learning outcomes, (2) internet network constraints, (3) power lines that often go out, (4) not all students have smartphones and internet pulses, and (5) some students did not collect or send assignments given by the teacher.

this study aims to determine human resource management in improving the quality of education. The formulation of the problems in this research are: (1) how is human resource management in improving the quality of education?, (2) what are the obstacles faced in the implementation of human resource management in improving quality?, (3) what are the factors in the implementation of human resource management in improving the quality of education?, (4) how is the quality of education?. This research is a qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The data obtained were collected through observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results showed that human resource management at SD Negeri 170 Ogan Komering Ulu (OKU), both in quality improvement, implementation, supporting factors and the quality of education had been running optimally

Analisis Perkembangan Fisik-Motorik Siswa Kelas 3 di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Tajem ta杰姆小学三年级学生运动发育分析

Abstract: The purpose of the study was to analyze the physical-motor development of the elementary ade studens achieved. Physical development includes biological growth for example brain growth, muscle and bone. The importance of teachers and parents in honing and monitoring the physical-motor development of children so that they become independent children in doing anything. Motor development is divided into two, namely gross motoric and fine motoric. Motor development and physical development cannot be separated, because physical development is able to stimulate motor development which is related to movement skills. The study used descriptive qualitative methods obtained by data observation, interview, and documentation. The research was conducted at tajem state primary school. This research sample is one of the 3rd graders at using a study of theories regarding the physical-motor development of the accomplished and unachievable students. The results of the study show that the students 'physical-motoric development as a whole grows well because the teacher carries out various activities in developing the students' physical-motoric development in a better direction in the process.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengamati suatu perkembanganbfisik-motorik anak usia sekolah dasar yang tercapai ketika kegiatan belajar dan mengembangkan perkembangan fisik-motorik anak usia dasar yang selalu guru upayakan. Perkembangan fisik anak berupa pertumbuhan biologis yaitu adanya pertumbuhan otot, pertumbuhan otak, dan pertumbuhan tulang. Pentingnya guru dan orang tua dalam mengasah dan memantau perkembangan fisik-motorik anak agar beranjak dewasa anak mandiri dalam melakukan apapun. Perkembangan motorik terbagi menjadi dua yaitu motorik kasar dan motorik halus. Perkembangan motorik dan perkembangan fisik tidak dapat dipisahkan, sebab perkembangan fisik mampu memberikan merangsang terhadap perkembangan motorik yang memiliki kaitan dengan keterampilan gerak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif yang diperoleh data dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Tajem. Sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas 3 dengan kajian teori perkembangan fisik-motorik siswa berprestasi dan tidak berprestasi. Hasil studi menunjukkan perkembangan fisik-motorik seluruh siswa tumbuh baik sebab guru melakukan berbagai macam kegiatan dalam mengembangkan perkembangan fisik-motorik siswa dalam prosesnya lebih baik lagi.

Abstract: This study aims to determine the improvement of teachers’ performance in learning using the CTL learning model through clinical supervision at MTsS Harapan Kab Nagan Raya. This research is a school action research (School Action Research), the research was conducted and carried out in 2 cycles with 2 meetings in each cycle. The research stages were planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. The research subjects were 6 class teachers at MTsS Harapan in the 2018/2019 academic year. The data was obtained by having an observation and documentation. This school action research used 3 (three) assessment instruments, they were the Assessment of The Lesson Plan, the Learning Planning Ability, and the implementation of the lesson plan, Evaluation, and Follow Up. Data validation used triangulation data and source. The data analysis used a qualitative descriptive technique. Based on the data analysis, the research results showed that the implementation of classroom supervision by the principal has proven successful in improving the performance of teachers in Islamic Studies, Indonesian Language and Mathematics at MTsS Harapan Kab Nagan Raya, in managing the learning process by applying the contextual teaching and learning (CTL) model. The improvement of the results of the observations was made in 3 aspects of the assessment. In the Lesson Plan Assessment, it was increased from 54.46 to 75.60 and 94.35, while the aspect of assessing the ability to plan learning increased from 54.63 to 70.83 and 87.96 and the aspect of the ability to carry out learning, evaluation, action continued from 55.77 to 68.91 and 81.73 at the end of the second cycle.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran menggunakan model pembelajaran CTL melalui supervisi klinis di MTsS Harapan Kab Nagan Raya. Abstract: This research tries to analyze the teacher’s pedagogical competence in Teaching English. There are six pedagogical competence that need to be mastered by a teacher. They are understanding the subject in English lesson, the ability in understanding the students, the ability in setting and implementing lesson plan and learning strategy, the ability in creating educational and dialogical learning which is interactive, utilizing the learning technology, and evaluating the learning outcomes. Thus, this research focus on the teacher’s pedagogical competence that consist of the six components. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach and the researcher used observation, questionnaire, and document analysis as the method of collecting data. The objective of this research is to know whether the English teacher has all components in pedagogical competence and to know the students’ perpective on the teacher’s pedagogical competence. The result of research is the English teacher has all of the components of the pedagogical competence. Based on the observation, documentation analysis, and the data of questinnaire shows that the English teacher has the abilty in understanding the subject in English lesson, the ability in understanding the students, the ability in setting and implementing lesson plan and learning strategy, the ability in creating educational and dialogical learning which is interactive, utilizing the learning technology, and evaluating the learning outcomes..Abstrak: Penelitian ini mencoba menganalisis kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam Pengajaran Bahasa Inggris. Ada enam kompetensi pedagogik yang perlu dikuasai oleh seorang guru. Mereka memahami subjek dalam pelajaran bahasa Inggris, kemampuan dalam memahami siswa, kemampuan dalam menetapkan dan menerapkan rencana pelajaran dan strategi pembelajaran, kemampuan dalam menciptakan pembelajaran pendidikan dan dialogis yang interaktif, memanfaatkan teknologi pembelajaran, dan mengevaluasi hasil pembelajaran . Dengan demikian, penelitian ini fokus pada kompetensi pedagogik guru yang terdiri dari enam komponen. Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Pop – Up Book Untuk Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Siswa Kelas IV SD 流行学习媒体发展手册,以提高四年级学生的学习动力

Penelitian ini bertujuan, 1) mendeskripsikan pengembangan media pembelajaran pop – up book  untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa, 2) untuk mendeskripsikan apakah pengembangan media pembelajaran pop – up book efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada tema 6 subtema 1 keanekaragaman hewan dan tumbuhan kelas IV di SD Negeri Ujong Tanjong. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development dengan prosedural penelitian dan pengembangan dari Borg and Gall. Instrument dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar validasi ahli media dan ahli materi, serta lembar angket respon siswa dan angket respon guru, semua motivasi belajar dari setiap siswa terlihat lebih meningkat selama proses pembelajaran menggunakan media pop – up berlangsung, hal itu dapat dilihat dari angket respon siswa. Media pembelajaran pop – up book ini dibuat menggunakan PicsArt Photo Studio dan Microsoft Word 2010. Berdasarkan analisis data penilaian ahli media sebesar 3,33 dengan kategori “valid”, penilaian ahli materi sebesar 3,60 dengan kategori “valid”, penilaian respon tenaga pendidik sebesar 3,60 dengan kategori “valid”, penilaian respon peserta didik pada uji coba I sebesar 95,8% dengan kategori “sangat baik” dan pada uji voba II sebesar 98,3% dengan kriteria “sangat baik”. Sehingga pop – up book materi keanekaragaman hewan dan tumbuhan memenuhi kriteria untuk digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran.

Development of SAVI-Based LKPD to Improve Critical Thinking of V Grade Students of SDIT Wahdatul Ummah 开发基于savi的LKPD以提高我校五年级学生的批判性思维

Purpose of this research and development is to describe the validity and effectiveness of developing student worksheets based on the SAVI learning model in improving students' critical thinking skills. This type of research is research and development that refers to the theory of Borg and Gall. The population of this study was the fifth grade elementary school students in East Metro District and the sample was determined by purposive sampling as many as 40 students divided into experimental and control classes. Data was collected through observation sheets, questionnaires, and test questions. The data analysis technique used is the n-Gain test to determine its effectiveness. The results of the validation of the SAVI-based student worksheets were carried out by material, media and language experts. The results showed that the SAVI-based student worksheet development product was valid and effective for use in the fifth grade student learning process. This was evidenced by the improvement in students' critical thinking after using the SAVI-based student worksheet.
