This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education, family environment and personality on business success. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis using Smart PLS. The location of this research was conducted at the tourist destination of Lake Cipondoh. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling because the total population is the same as the number of samples, namely 63 entrepreneurs in the Lake Cipondoh tourist destination. The results of the study partially show that entrepreneurship education, family environment and personality have a significant effect on business success. Entrepreneurship education has a significant effect on business success, because in entrepreneurship education there is provision of skills in the form of self-development which can be understood as an effort to apply an entrepreneurial spirit and mentality. The family environment has a significant effect on business success, because from the family environment, entrepreneurs are inspired and receive support for entrepreneurship. namely high fighting power, courage and self-confidence, overcoming fear and anxiety, controlling every decision yourself, having an independent nature not depending on others. The value of the coefficient of determination of business success is 69.8%, the variable of business success is influenced by the variables of entrepreneurial education, family environment and personality.

Studi Perencanaan dan Pengembangan Objek Wisata Danau (Studi Kasus Situ Ciburuy) 湖旅游景点规划与发展研究(案例研究)

This study aims to determine the actual conditions (physical and non-physical) aspects of lake tourism development, to know the policy analysis of Situ Ciburuy tourism object development as a lake tourism development planning strategy, to know Situ Ciburuy tourism activities and market analysis of Situ Ciburuy tourism products as a lake tourism development planning strategy and know the planning strategy for sustainable tourism development in the context of developing lake tourism. The research is qualitative in nature, using primary data through observation, interviews and secondary questionnaires through documents and scientific journals. The analytical method used is SWOT analysis which identifies various factors to formulate a strategy. Based on the SWOT analysis of internal and external strategic factors. Situ Ciburuy internally has a strength value that is greater than its weakness, while externally it has an opportunity value that is greater than its threats. strength factors maximize the utilization of all opportunities. The recommended strategy is making a master plan for the Situ Ciburuy area as a guideline for spatial planning or land allotment and collaborating with investors in increasing the quality and quantity of objects and tourist attractions in the Situ Ciburuy area so as to increase the number of visitors in the future.

Strategi Promosi untuk Homestay di Desa Wisata Pager Harjo Kecamatan Samigaluh, Kab. Kulon Progo, Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta

Kulon Progo Regency has many tourist destinations spread throughout the Kulon Progo Regency, both natural tourism, educational tourism, and religious tourism. One of them is in the Menoreh Mountains which is located in Samigaluh District, especially in the Pagerharjo Village area. Pagerharjo Village is one of the Tourism Villages which has various tourism potentials, both natural panoramas, arts, culture, customs, culinary and so on. To accommodate tourists who come to enjoy tourism potential, many homestays are developing which are still managed by traditional owners so that the occupancy of these homestays is still small. Therefore a marketing strategy is needed, namely the right promotion to increase the occupancy rate of homestay rooms. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method. The results showed that the promotion strategy that had been carried out was not planned in advance, only aimed at family guests and was still carried out using WOM (words of mouth). Promotions carried out through social media (facebook and Instagram) have not been carried out optimally and are not updated continuously. Expansion of the target market and promotional media through social media can be made more active and targeted to increase homestay occupancy rates. Besides, the role of KOMPEPAR/POKDARWIS is very important in assisting homestays so that they can develop promotional strategies that will be and have been carried out.

South Sumatra is one of the travel destinations for visitors to visit, one of the attractions of tourism found in south Sumatra is Rumah Limas Seratus Tiang. The purpose of research is to identify potential tourism in the village of Sugih Waras and to plot a strategic move in the development of the tour village Sugih Waras. Data collection is done through in-depth interviews, document study and observation. Qualitative data analysis of the potential for Tours in the village of Sugih Waras, village support in the development of Tours in the village Sugih Waras and strategic plans in the development of the tourist village Sugih Waras. Pemilihan Destinasi Berkemah: Suatu Analisis Relevansi Determinan

One of the industries that were highly impacted by Covid 19 pandemic is tourism. This requires adaptive measures and recovery strategies in order to survive. Among tourism activities that were considered attractive during the pandemic is camping, therefore camping destination managers are required to increase their competitive advantage to win the competition. The purpose of this study is twofold; first is to obtain findings on which attributes of camping are considered most important and second is to obtain findings on which camping attributes give the most experience to the tourists. The method employs in this study is determinant-relevance analysis while the object is three camping sites in Bandung Regency that is Ranca Upas, Batu Kuda, and Ranca Cangkuang. The result of the study shows that camping atmosphere is the most important attribute of camping site choice and is the attribute that gives the most experience to the tourists. Thus, managers need to highlight on the attribute in their promotion activities to gain more visits.

This research is aimed to describing institutional capacity and role in the Lamajang Tourism Village development program in Bandung Regency and its impact on the local community's economy. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with a case study technique. The cases that were used as study subjects were cases of special groups or communities in tourism development in Lamajang village, including the Lamajang Tourism Village Management Board, Tourism Awareness Group (POKDARWIS) and Karang Taruna as local institutions formed in the tourism village program in Lamajang village, Pangalengan district, Bandung district. An overview of institutional capacities and roles in the development of tourist villages will be described through individual and organizational capacities as well as the four roles carried out by village institutions in tourism village development activities in Lamajang village, namely facilitating, mediating, conveying information, and improving the community's economy in a sustainable manner. The results showed that the Lamajang Tourism Village already had the capacity, both organizational capacity and individual capacity, but tourism development had not significantly impacted the local community's economy because of the condition of the tourism village which was still in the pilot stage. The obstacle is due to the lack of synergy between the tourism village management body and village institutions under the village government such as the Family Welfare Development Group, Forest Village Community Institutions and this tourism activity also has not fully involved the community.

Tourism is an important contributor to the regional economy. This condition confirms that tourism needs to be well prepared. The presence of the COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact on all sectors, including tourism. This situation is characterized by a decrease in the number of tourist visits, both local and foreign. Another impact of the pandemic is the lack of management focus on managing tourist attractions. These conditions directly affect the implementation of marketing strategies in achieving management targets. The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of the 7p marketing mix to the tourist attraction of Dira Park Ambulu in creating sustainable creative tourism. A qualitative design is used in this study, which explores everything about managing tourist attractions. Data collection through interviews combined with the 7p marketing mix instrument. The selected informants came from management, employees, and visitors who were enjoying Dira Park Ambulu's services. The Miles Huberman method is used in data processing and analysis through the stages of transcription, reduction, coding, categorization, and drawing conclusions. The study's findings show what would happen if Dira Park Ambulu's tourist attraction did not meet the 7-point marketing mix concept. Some of the instruments used in the 7p marketing mix instrument, including products, prices, marketing distribution channels, promotions, human resources, processes, and physical evidence, have not been fully implemented. The results of this study confirm that the management of the Dira Park Ambulu tourist attraction needs to thoroughly implement the 7p marketing mix instrument.

This study aims to determine the strategy of object development Bale-Bale Beach tourism which is located in Nongsa District, Batam City. The research was conducted by identifying internal and external factors which were then assessed and analyzed, and development strategies were formulated by minimizing weaknesses and threats. Data analysis using SWOT analysis. The strength factors of Bale-Bale Beach attractions are: Bale-Bale Beach attractions have beautiful views, have beautiful natural panoramas, there are tourist attractions such as tourist attractions such as dances, mangroves, archery, etc. For weakness factors, namely: difficult to find tourist objects BALE BALE beaches because there are no clear instructions, lack of reliable managers and human resources who can speak foreign languages, Promotion of tourist attractions that are not good, Lack of cooperative relations between Tourism Villages and local governments. As for the opportunity factor: Cooperating with well-known Tour and Travel services located in Batam City, Absorbing labor in the area around tourism objects that can reduce unemployment and the active role of managers and the community. This study analyzes the potential of gastronomy tourism in tourism development in Batam. The concept of culinary tourism at this time has developed and experienced a shift in the understanding of culinary tourism itself. At this time the tourists come to an area not only limited to them focusing on the food alone. Tourists want to get additional value or experience when they come to visit an area/region. Either they know historyand, culture or they can participate in the process of making it. called gastronomy tourism. Mie Lendir is a type of food that has undergone culturalization of Malay and Chinese culture. By bringing up the gastronomy of Mie Lendir, it is hoped that tourists can feel the different and uniqueness of the product and, they can also feel the value and understand the process of cultivating Mie Lendir culture. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative by providing an overview of the Gastronomic Tourism Potential of Mie Lendir as a Batam Tourist Attraction. The research method used is structured interviews directly with research sources. The survey method applied is a descriptive survey. The results of this study, Mie Lendir has the potential to be used as a gastronomic tour in Batam because it also has cultural, historical and educational values ??for the Malay community which has its own uniqueness.

This research is about the development of traditional culinary in the Lengkong sub-district as a tourist attraction. This research is expected to be able to explore local wisdom as traditional culinary to innovate into contemporary traditional culinary, so as to increase tourist attraction in the city of Bandung. The method used in this research is using descriptive qualitative method. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews and documentation studies. This study has several key informants, namely traditional food sellers in Lengkong Kecil, Head of Lengkong Tourism Activists (PWL), Head of RW 01 to Head of RW 04, Paledang Village, Lengkong District, Paledang Village Head and Lengkong Sub-District Head. The first step is conduct field observations and then to deepen the data, interviews are conducted. After obtaining sufficiently complete data, a documentation study was carried out to strengthen the data that had been collected. Based on the results of the analysis of tourist attraction through fulfilling the indicators of what to see, what to do, what to buy, what to arrive and what to stay, Lengkong Kecil traditional culinary has good potential. Meanwhile, from the SWOT analysis, alternative development strategies can be carried out through an aggressive strategy by maximizing opportunities to increase strength so that it can be concluded that alternative strategies and strategic priorities can be applied to the development of Lengkong Kecil traditional culinary.
