The main objective of this study to test the effect of work environment, organizational support, and intrinsic motivation on organizational commitment in OPD (Organisasi Perangkat Daerah ) Bukittinggi. This study using multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling method in this study is the total sampling of all employees in four OPD (Organisasi Perangkat Daerah ) Bukittinggi with a total sample of 145 respondents. The collected data was analysed using SPSS. The finding indicated that the work environment had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. It was also found that Organizational Support has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Intrinsic motivation has a negative and significant effect on organizational commitment. Finally, the outcomes of this study confirmed that the work environment, organizational support and intrinsic motivation simultaneously influence the organizational commitment.
本研究的主要目的是测试工作环境、组织支持和内在动机对武吉丁吉的组织承诺的影响。本研究采用多元线性回归分析。本研究的抽样方法是对四个OPD (Perangkat Daerah organisation)的所有员工进行总抽样,共有145名受访者。收集的数据用SPSS进行分析。研究结果表明,工作环境对组织承诺有显著的正向影响。研究还发现,组织支持对组织承诺有显著的正向影响。内在动机对组织承诺有显著负向影响。最后,本研究的结果证实了工作环境、组织支持和内在动机同时影响组织承诺。

The International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) published a rule to regulate agricultural activities, named IAS 41: Agriculture. Measurement of agricultural activities based on IAS 41 is stated using fair value which is considered better because it can show that the transformation process immediately represented in the company's financial statements. Information regarding the performance of biological assets can be used by management to increase additional capital because it is a basis consideration for investors. The aim of this study is to examine the influence of the intensity of biological assets, company size, and capital structure on the financial performance of biological asset-based companies in Thailand, Singapore, and Indonesia for the year 2012 to 2018. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis, the classical assumption test, hypothesis testing, and Kruskal Wallis test to analyze the differences of the financial performance. The results indicate that the intensity of biological assets, company size, and capital structure influences the financial performance of biological asset-based companies. Kruskal Wallis test also found that there are significant differences among financial performance in Thailand, Singapore, and Indonesia. Future studies are expected to add independent variables that explain the financial performance of biological asset-based companies such as corporate governance or tax rates.

The main idea of CRM is to share benefits to customers, allow it to complicate competition costs, encourage companies to increase customer loyalty to a product brand. Multiple regression analysis is applied to analyze the relationship between CRM on Brand Loyalty. The questionnaire was distributed to respondents by using self-administrative questionnaire and purposive sampling. Numbers of samples are 110 people and they are The Body Shop members. The results portrays that CRM which are Continuity Marketing, One-to-One Marketing along with Partnering Program have positive and significant regarding to a variable. To obtain the collected data, then it used validity and reliability tests. Validity test uses correlation value, Corrected Item-Total Correlation.

This study aims to analyze 1) The effect of service quality on brand image of consumers who use Go-Jek in Padang, 2) The effect of price on brand image of consumers who use Go-Jek in Padang, 3) The effect of service quality on the decision of using Gojek in Padang, 4) The effect of price on the decision of using Go-Jek in Padang, 5) The effect of brand image on the decision of using GoJek in Padang The population in this study were Go-Jek online transportation users targeting the people of Padang city with 205 respondents as the sample. Field surveys by distributing questionnaires were conducted to collect data. The obtained data were analyzed by applying structural equation modeling (SEM) with Smart PLS 3. This article offers a conceptual model of the relationship of interpersonal communication and the work environment to job satisfaction with the openness to experience moderator approach. In this model, interpersonal communication and work environment are directly related to job satisfaction. This relationship can be strengthened by individual personality that is openness to experience. The interaction between interpersonal communication and openness to experience can increase job satisfaction. The same interaction between work environment and openness to experience can increase job satisfaction.

There are two points in this regard: firstly, it is very important for shareholders' rights to get accurate information in a time-efficient manner and secondly the company is obliged to disclose everything related to company performance and transparency of all information data from company activities. From the many research results submitted by national and international research institutions, the results show that there is a lack of understanding of the main role of the implementation of GCG principles by companies in Indonesia. This study aims to find out the effect of Edutainment learning using Beach Ball Method to the learning achievement of students in the economic subject at SMA Negeri 2 Indralaya Utara. The study is experimental research which uses pre experiment design with One Group Pretest-Postest Design. The population of this study is all the students of class X in SMA Negeri 2 Indralaya Utara. The sample used is cluster random sampling. In this case, there are 26 students of X IPS 2 selected. The data collection techniques used is test and observation. Parametris statistic hypothesis used is t-test, The result of the study is tvalue= 31,69 where tvalue > ttable = 31,69 > 1,68. Ho hypothesis is rejected and Ha hyphothesis is accepted. It shows that there is effect of Edutainment learning using Beach Ball Method to the learning achievement of the students in the economic subject at SMA Negeri 2 Indralaya Utara.
本研究旨在探讨沙滩球教学法寓教于乐的学习方式对印度北陀拉邦SMA Negeri 2经济科目学生学习成绩的影响。本研究为实验研究,采用一组前测后测设计的预实验设计。本研究的人口是Indralaya Utara SMA Negeri 2的X班的所有学生。使用的样本为整群随机抽样。在这种情况下,有26名学生选择了X IPS 2。使用的数据收集技术是测试和观察。参数统计假设采用t检验,研究结果为tvalue= 31,69,其中tvalue > ttable = 31,69 > 1,68。Ho假设被拒绝,Ha假设被接受。研究结果表明,沙滩球教学法寓教于乐的学习方式对印度北方邦SMA Negeri 2经济学科学生的学习成绩有一定的影响。
