The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method has be proposed and popularly applied in many disciplines over three decades. In the same time, many scholars also suggested various improved methods to enhance the decision quality. For the more delicate decision-making, it is necessary to provide more accurate and abundant reference information for the decision-maker. However, traditional AHP related questionnaires are insufficient for providing enough information and a friendly environment. In this paper, we proposed a KM-based AHP decision-making method to provide the questionnaire designer a guideline or reference and developed an auxiliary web questionnaire system based on this method. A case study of selecting a machine center was illustrated the implementation and applicability of this method, a mold manufacturing company was invited as the survey objective. This method proposed in this research is general in form and can be applied to the other multi-criteria decision making cases.

Passenger departure volume is a vital index of railway station, which has very important significance to the organization station passenger transportation work. Aiming at the influences and characteristics of railway passenger flow, the Grey Model is applied to forecast annual passenger departure volume of railway station. Then, according to the fluctuating regularity of the passenger flow in each month, the monthly proportional coefficient method is used to predict passenger flow volume of each month. The case shows that the forecasting method putting forward in this paper has many advantages, such as low forecasting error, high accuracy, easy to calculate, and good maneuverability, and so on. It can supply accurate and reliable reference for the determination of railway station passenger transport plan and daily organization of passenger transport work, so as to assist decision-maker to make correct and reasonable decisions.

As the significance of the third industry grows, the tourism has gained more momentum, which renders the analysis of tourism imagery quite urgent. To meet the need, this thesis, firstly, established ECSPT model (Acronym of Environment, Culture, Service, Promotion and Tourist), the factor model based on former domestic and international tourism imagery studies. Secondly, by using the self-made software ROST NAT, data about 40 sight spots across the whole networks were captured. Combined with self-made software ROST EA and Emotion Formula, the 40 sight spots were structured in the ECSPT model, and the weight of each factor is measured.

The deployment of the semantic web depends on the rapid and efficient construction of the ontology. Ontologies also play an important role in biomedical informatics and in knowledge management. Ontology arouses widespread concern in the artificial intelligence domain and it has been applied extensively. IDSS add artificial intelligence (AI) functions to traditional DSS with the aim of guiding users through some of the decision making phases. In this paper, the development of data analysis in intelligent decision support system(IDSS) based on ontology are proposed. The experimental results indicate that this method has great promise.

This paper not only discusses the analysis of DOI resolution mechanism including the single resolution and multiple resolutions, but also prospects on the automatic multiple resolutions. Then it analyses the current development of the Chinese DOI system. Finally, this article puts forward some development suggestions of Chinese DOI.

In this paper, a literature frontier evaluation method based on latent semantic analysis was proposed in terms of collection of front keywords and the surface information of literature. Firstly, to build the collection of front keywords, the frontier metric of keyword was studied for evaluating the frontier of keyword. Secondly, the collection of front literatures was achieved according to the built collection of front keywords and the latent semantic space of front literatures was built in terms of the front literatures' surface information such as title, keywords and abstract. Finally, the frontier of new literature was evaluated in terms of the frontier of each front literature, the semantic relevance with each front literature, and the impact factor of the journal which the new literature belonged to. The experimental results show that the collection of front keywords built by proposed frontier metric outperforms the academic hotspots achieved by the existing research platform of academic hotspots, and the proposed method is proved to be reasonable with the positive correlation between the frontier score of new literature and each of the impact factor of journal and the published year of literature.

The 21st century is the era of the Internet, featured by rapid development and application of computer network technology. Security issues also present themselves accompanying the emergence of computer networks. To tackle these issues, we must come up with countermeasures. Realizing the close connection between Customer Experience (CE) and profitability, the communications industry has been placing more and more attention to CE and Quality of Experience (QoE). The traditional Service Quality Management mainly focusing on Quality of Service (QoS) aspect no longer satisfies service providers' demand for taking the quality perceived by the customer into consideration. And it's in such conditions that Customer Experience Management (CEM) has been promoted as a solution. On base of research and analysis for Bayesian network classifier, active learning strategy and formalization method, this paper proposed a new approach for software requirement analysis based on active learning strategy and formalization method. This approach combined of the Bayesian network, Bayesian network classifier, active learning strategy and formalization method, and improved the approach in the requirement analysis to get the better reusability and the extensibility. This approach eliminated the ambiguity, partialness, inconsistency of system, and provided a reasonable solution for uncertain problem in requirement analysis, therefore improved the performance and the quality of the software.
