On base of research and analysis for Bayesian network classifier, active learning strategy and formalization method, this paper proposed a new approach for software requirement analysis based on active learning strategy and formalization method. This approach combined of the Bayesian network, Bayesian network classifier, active learning strategy and formalization method, and improved the approach in the requirement analysis to get the better reusability and the extensibility. This approach eliminated the ambiguity, partialness, inconsistency of system, and provided a reasonable solution for uncertain problem in requirement analysis, therefore improved the performance and the quality of the software.

Citizen Service Platform (CSP) system is an e-Government 2.0 system and capable of helping citizens interact with governments in a new and democratic way, and can improve traditional e-government system's efficiency greatly. It is therefore important to measure the success of CSP systems from the different perspectives. This study provides the first empirical test of an adaptation of DeLone and McLean's IS success model in the context of CSP. Our findings provide several important implications for CSP and Government 2.0 research and practice.

The 21st century is the era of the Internet, featured by rapid development and application of computer network technology. Security issues also present themselves accompanying the emergence of computer networks. To tackle these issues, we must come up with countermeasures. In this article, the author firstly analyzes the security and reliability issues existing in computer networks, and then proposes some opinions on how to deal with the current computer network security issues, aiming to discuss this together with extensive customers in order to enhance the awareness of computer network security protection.

Realizing the close connection between Customer Experience (CE) and profitability, the communications industry has been placing more and more attention to CE and Quality of Experience (QoE). The traditional Service Quality Management mainly focusing on Quality of Service (QoS) aspect no longer satisfies service providers' demand for taking the quality perceived by the customer into consideration. And it's in such conditions that Customer Experience Management (CEM) has been promoted as a solution. This paper first explores a few of the key concepts of CEM in telecom industry, then the recent studies of CEM models/frameworks are presented, and finally the evaluation approaches for Quality of Experience (QoE).

The sports insurance as a new type of insurance growth steadily and rapidly. At present, it is an important subject of insurance industry, which is that how to promote sports insurance industry with a fast and great speed development in term of the guidance of scientific concept of development, meanwhile, it is even important for the great subject of sports insurance with a health development. It is a fundamental way to promote sports insurance can be coordinated and sustainable development which established a good marketing channel for the market from the development of sports insurance, trends, business situation analysis.

A car split rate model based on Strategic Transport Model (STM) method has been proposed in this paper. The model can be used to predict the car split rate in urban traffic system. It also allows assessing the consequences of strategic changes in urban traffic system. With in-depth study of the strategic transport model, the SCGC model (Service Characteristics based General Cost model) is built. Then taking service characteristics such as economic cost, time cost, service accessibility and comfort factor into consideration, the split rate model for private car based on the STM is proposed. With the residents travel survey data from 2005 to 2007 in Beijing city, the models are calibrated. According to the parameters the model is validated and the relative error between actual data and the prediction data is 2.47%, the prediction result is of high accuracy. It is proved that the model is accurate and serviceable.

Many factors effect the teaching evaluation by students, some are individual factors from teachers, the others are not from teachers. The paper studies the effects that can not controlled by teachers. By using dummy variable device, we research the following factors' effect: number of class in a classroom, number of students in class room, teaching hours of a teacher in a term, type of students, grade and excellent course or not. We find that some factors may affect the results of teaching evaluation by students.

As IPv4 addresses are being exhausted, more and more ISPs have to migrate to IPv6. As there are so many servers in ISP's IDC, how to transit these servers from IPv4 to IPv6 smoothly is a big problem. An innovative IPv4/IPv6 transition mechanism, called IVI, is being used to help ISP's deal with such a problem. The IVI is a prefix-specific and stateless address mapping mechanism for "an IPv6 network to the IPv4 Internet" and vice versa. Subsets of the ISP's IPv4 addresses are embedded in the ISP's IPv6 addresses and the servers using these IPv6 addresses can therefore communicate with the global IPv6 Internet directly and can communicate with the global IPv4 Internet via stateless translators. In order to clients from both IPv4 and IPv6 can access these IPv6 servers, name resolves should also be made on type A and type AAAA records in DNS. This paper depicts the fundamentals of IVI and the best deployment for ISP servers. Against to other transition mechanisms, it is proved that IVI is an easy and idea way for ISP IDC migrates to the Next Generation Internet based on IPv6.

We present a novel approach for discovering word categories, sets of words sharing a significant aspect of distributional context. We determine symmetric similarity of word pair, lexical category is then created based on graph-partitioning method. We train our model on a corpus of child-directed speech from CHILDES and show that the model successful learns word categories. Furthermore, a number of different measures have been proposed for evaluating computational models of category acquisition. In this paper, we propose a new measure that meets three criteria: informativeness, diversity and purity.

In this paper we propose a new unsupervised and domain independent approach for sentiment classification. It takes a few documents as the training set to build a sentiment vocabulary list which will be used to classify the documents according to their sentiment orientation. The system is self-supervised and domain independent. Experimental results show that the classification accuracy of the approach can reach 85.7% which is better than the previous experiments of unsupervised methods.
