The research of sustainability development status of Hunan province based on the modified human development index 基于修正人类发展指数的湖南省可持续发展现状研究

For the traditional human development index (HDI), it has some limitations such as the equal weights allocation in HDI and does not consider the depreciation of natural resources and its effects on environment. This paper modifies HDI by introducing environment indicators, so as to reflect the sustainability development requirements. Based on that, this paper calculates modified HDI of 12 regions in Hunan province.

A study on vertical restraints in triple-play market of China 中国三网融合市场的纵向约束研究

This paper examines vertical restraints in the triple-play industry of China. In China, there are cable group and telecom group. Most of the high quilty program producers are under the control of cable operators; there are a little program producers who are willing to cooperate with telecom operators, and they are always small and weak. So cable group has market power and the incentives to impose vertical restraints in this market. In order make competition to be fairer, our suggestion to the regulators is to separate TV channels from the cable operators.

An ICA based prediction method for EMI and EMC 基于ICA的电磁干扰和电磁兼容预测方法

This article mainly discusses the evaluation and prediction method for the electromagnetic interference and electromagnetic compatibility of electronic devices or systems. An Independent Component Analysis (ICA) based method is introduced in order to separate or recover source electromagnetic signals and interfering signals from mixed signals. A simulation experiment is also given to demonstrate the validity and feasibility of the proposed method. Finally, a process scheme by combining the ICA based method and system method is proposed, in order to help design and analyze the EMC performance of electronic devices and systems.

Development of turret interface based on WindML 基于WindML的炮塔界面开发

Under the modern information-based operational environment, display system is a bridge between operator and weapon. Based on this background conditions, this paper develops a turret interface based on Wind River Multimedia Library (WindML). In this paper WindML of VxWorks was introduced and WindML designing way of interface was discussed. The functions' implementation methods such as WindML configuration and building, 2D graphic drawing, characters display, region, window management and button control were given. Finally, the method mentioned above was proved in turret interface.

A review on the method of C2 organizational design C2组织设计方法综述

The designing of networked command and control (C2) organization is one of the key technologies to the realization of network centric warfare (NCW). This paper reviews the recent existing methods of C2 organizational design. Firstly, the problem of networked C2 Organizational Design is depicted, then the four existing methods of designing C2 organization are surveyed, and the flows of these four methods are offered respectively. At last, the discussion and the analysis about these four methods are proposed. The results of this review will be useful in selecting the appropriate method for army organizational design.

Chemical weather forecast over the Yangtze River Delta region: Application of WRF-Chem 长江三角洲地区化学天气预报:WRF-Chem的应用

An operational system was built based on WRF-Chem model for the chemical weather forecast over the Yangtze River Delta (YRD) region. WRF-Chem is a fully coupled `online' regional chemistry/transport model jointly developed by the National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) etc. The model includes on-line calculations of dynamics, transport, dry and wet deposition, gas-phase and aerosol chemistry, radiation and photolysis, and surface emissions. The Streets emission inventory was implemented and fined in resolution by using TM (Thematic Mapper) land-use data. For the application, the model was updated by introducing the effect of aerosol on photolysis due to the high aerosol concentration over the YRD region. The operational system supplies regional distribution and station temporal variation products including O3, SO2, NOx (NO, NO2), CO, volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and aerosol (PM10, PM2.5, EC) etc. The observational data at five sites over Shanghai was used to evaluate the performance of the system. The results show that 1) the introduction of aerosol effect on photolysis distinctly increases ozone forecast, and 2) the numerical forecast has good performance in both concentration and temporal variability of ozone and aerosol, although it needs to be improved for very high concentration episodes. The operational system will greatly benefit the chemical weather forecast over the YRD region.

A new feature selection approach in sentiment classification of Internet product reviews 一种新的互联网产品评论情感分类特征选择方法

Due to the characteristics of the Internet product reviews, features which can truly represent the Internet product reviews can't be extracted just using traditional feature selection methods in sentiment classification. To address this problem, we propose a feature selection approach, by identifying product aspects, aspect evaluation words and modifiers, to look for more representative features for Internet product reviews. Experimental results show that only using aspect evaluation words and modifiers as features can help SVM classifier work well. The experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of our proposed approach.

Data sets from metabonomics or metabolic profiling experiments are becoming increasingly complex, which are hard to summarize and visualize without appropriate tools. The use of chemometric tools, such as orthogonal signal correction (OSC), principal component analysis (PCA), partial least squares to latent structure discriminant analysis (PLS-DA), and OSC-PLS-DA make the data dimensionality reduction and interpretation much easier. Here we showed a system method based on PCA, OSC-PLS-DA for metabonomic data analysis; Furthermore, the loading plots of mass data were used for the biomarkers discovery. As an example, dataset from Liu Wei Di Huang Pills administrated rats urine collected by LC/MS/MS was used to demonstrate this method. The results indicate that PCA combined with OSC-PLS-DA was a time-saving tool for data interpretation and biomarkers discovery.
