In high speed processing system, using common optimization algorithm to solve minimum entropy, it is slow and could produce "explosive" with computation dimension increasing. According to this problem, this paper carry out an improved Hop field neural network optimization algorithm, introducing the punish operator, and make it applied to the minimum entropy value calculation. Calculation results show that Hop field neural network can efficiently solve the minimum entropy of constraint condition, high speed and cann't happen "explosive".

This paper analyses the response status of the slender rod bucking by the UG NX advanced simulation with SEBUCKL 105 solution module. Based on the linear elastic deformation theory of small deformation, the paper analyses and calculates the eigenvalues and mode shapes of the slender rod, which calculates the bucking critical loads of structure response and analyses the influences degree of different structure parameters on the critical load. Finally the paper analyses deformation and stress results exceeding the critical loads by the linear static and nonlinear static state respectively with the same structure. by comparing, the paper draws the conclusion that the nonlinear static calculation module applies in the stage of plastic deformation.

In order to study transformer winding inter-turn discharge caused by corrosive sulphur, A series of comparative tests were designed. Firstly, a series of accelerated ageing tests of transformer oil were completed. All the oil samples were processed by dehydration and degasification, then divided into three groups, one group samples were added with insulation paper wrapped-copper electrodes and sulphur. while the other group samples were added with electrodes but no sulphur, then aged under 130°C for 14, 24 and 30 days respectively. Next a number of experiments were taken to research the discharge process according to IEC standard methods. The results indicated that the partial discharge inception voltage by corrosive sulfide dropped very significantly compared with the electrodes without sulphur, and it reduced with the ageing time, but the breakdown voltage variation was much smaller and during the whole developing process, the discharge continuing time increased from 14 days to 24 days, then decreased for 24 days to 30 days. At the same time, the insulation papers are taken to measure the tear resistance, which shows the same trend with the discharge continuing time, Those results are valuable for evaluating the transformer condition order of severity corroded by corrosive sulphur and helpful to evaluating the large transformer life and monitoring the condition of large electrical power transformers.

Baud rate is an important quantity in telecommunications and reconnaissance. Current baud rate estimation algorithm mainly focuses on Phase Shift Keying (PSK) and Amplitude Shift Keying (ASK) signals. This paper proposes a new baud rate estimation algorithm of Frequency Shift Keying (FSK) signals based on wavelet transform. Comparing with limited number of baud rate estimation methods for FSK signals, this algorithm has better anti-noise performance and can still work in high dynamic circumstance, as demonstrated by extensive Monte Carlo simulations.

The technology based on ant colony optimization and Voronoi diagram was used to achieve the intelligent route planning for unmanned aircraft. First, the Voronoi weighted direction diagram was created by the threat sources distribution and the threat costs. Then the ant colony optimization was used to find out the best route from all the possible routes. Simulation was carried out to find the best route by the Matlab soft, the results showed the UAV route planning based on Voronoi diagram and ant colony optimization was right and effective.

The use of solar energy received world wide attention in recent years. Solar energy is a free and clean natural resource which can be utilized by using a solar collector. In this paper, a model was presented for the calculation of the optimal tilt angle in Changsha. The anisotropic Hay's model of the sky was selected and by combining it with standard formulas for the two remaining components. The yearly optimal tilt angle and monthly optimal tilt angles for a solar collector were calculated using the aforementioned model. Then, the total collectible radiations on the collector surface with different kind of optimal tilt angles, such as yearly optimal tilt angle, monthly tile angle and local latitude, were calculated and compared. The results show that the yearly optimal tilt angle for a solar collector in Changsha is 19.22 degree near 10 degree less than the site latitude. Choose the optimal tilt angle can effectively improve the annual collectible radiation of a solar collector. Taking adjusted monthly optimum tilt angle and fixed yearly optimal angle, compared to the tilt angle of site latitude angle, the annual collectible radiation per square meter per year for a solar collector increase in 208.89MJ and 90.55MJ, enhance by 5.2% and 2.2 %, respectively.

Modified differential evolution algorithm (MDE) is proposed for dynamic optimization problems. The new algorithm divides the population into two, a main subpopulation and an assistant one. The main subpopulation keeps invariant and searches locally. The assistant subpopulatioin is re-initialized at random and searches globally. The results show that MDE can track the changing extreme promptly and accurately and is capable of efficiently solving dynamic optmization problems.

Large-scale grid-connected PV power station and customer-premise grid-connected PV power station are currently the main types of PV power station in China. Because of various scale of construction, operation environments, installation locations and applications, the SCADA (supervisory control and data acquisition) system of PV power station is flexible and complex. This paper studies and proposes an integrated communication platform solution which integrates optical fiber communication, power line carrier communication and wireless communication. The solution has characteristics of uniform network management, flexible configuration and strong adaptability, which can fulfill the requirements of the SCADA system of multiform PV power station.

In this paper, Krein space robust filtering for fine alignment on the moving base for Strap-down Inertial Navigation System (SINS) is proposed. The state modeling of SINS with parameter uncertainty is established. The system uncertainty is described through Sum Quadratic Constraint (SQC) which leads to optimization problem of an objective deterministic quadratic form. To handle the optimization, the corresponding formal stochastic system in Krein space is established according to the quadratic form, then the priori and the posteriori estimation recursions of Krein space linear estimation to fine alignment for SINS with time-varying bias is given. Finally, the simulation shows the property of proposed method.

Objects in close range formation flight need to be identified before being tracked by radar and other non-cooperation tracking equipments. As the distance between the concomitant satellite and the main satellite is very close in formation flight, and the schedule entering into the sight of observation station is uncertain, the two objects cannot be distinguished by use of orbit parameters and tracking schedules of observation station. After analyzing the physical and moving characteristics of them, we propose an identification method by use of mean RCS and attitude stability determination. The results show that the method is effective for formation flight object identification at close range.
