The neural networks have been widely applied to optimum calculation and solution of complicated problems. In particular, the evolutional learning neural network has better characteristic and higher precision than other neural networks. But the slow computational rate of evolutional learning and the local-optimum of the evolutional learning neural network seriously influence its application. In this paper, the fast algorithm combining the gradient descent algorithm with the evolutional learning algorithm can effectively solve above problems. This neural network has been extensively applied.

In this paper, we generalize the classical lower and upper concepts, and establish some comparison principles. On the basis of them, we obtain the existence of extremal solutions of periodic boundary value problems for nonlinear impulsive differential equations of mixed type by using the monotone iterative technique.

In this paper, we discuss theoretical foundations and a practical realization of real-time traffic sign detection and tracking method for a autonomous vehicle (P3-AT mobile robot). Continuous adaptive mean shift (Cam-Shift) algorithm is efficient for object tracking with its high speed and insensitiveness to the rotation and scale of the target, but it is influenced by the background. In order to improve the tracking accuracy, we design a traffic sign probability model, and present a depth-first region search algorithm to remove the redundant background information, and then track the sign by Cam-Shift method. The experiments are conducted in a simulated urban environment with high fidelity. The experimental results show that the algorithm can improve the detection accuracy and tracking efficiency under the condition of traffic sign images with clutter background, or even partial occlusion. On the implementation side, with the core code implemented based on the OpenCV library, the results accomplish in real-time.

The 3D reconstruction for freehand 3D ultrasound is a challenging issue because the recorded B-scans are not only sparse, but also non-parallel (actually they may intersect each other). Conventional volume reconstruction methods can't reconstruct sparse data efficiently while not introducing geometrical artifacts, and conventional surface reconstruction methods can't reconstruct surfaces from contours that are arbitrarily oriented in 3D space. We developed a new surface reconstruction method for freehand 3D ultrasound. It is based on variational implicit function which is presented by Greg Turk for shape transformation. In the new method, we first constructed on-& off-surface constraints from the segmented contours of all recorded B-scans, then used a variational interpolation technique to get a single implicit function in 3D. Finally, the implicit function was evaluated to extract the zero-valued surface as reconstruction result. Two experiment was conducted to assess our variational surface reconstruction method, and the experiment results have shown that the new method is capable of reconstructing surface smoothly from sparse contours which can be arbitrarily oriented in 3D space.

Phase change thermal storage is an important mode of solar thermal energy storage. In the paper, the heat charging processes of solar heating units were simulated under three kinds of heat flux (400,600 and 800kW/m2) at the bottom face respectively. Al-Si alloy was selected as phase change materials used in the cylindrical body of the units which were in 3 sizes with the length to diameter ratio of 1 and 2. The change of temperature and solid-liquid phase change interface of Al-Si alloy were analyzed to find out the suitable structure of thermal energy storage units which can run safety under the condition of temperature 700~910K and heat flux 400~800kW/m2, such as the application of solar thermal energy storage unit in high temperature solar thermal power stations.

The moisture movement and heat transfer are highly coupled within building materials. The correct evaluation of these phenomena is important for accurately predicting the heat and moisture flows for thermal performance and building energy consumption analysis. In order to analyze the effect of moisture levels on a drying building energy performance, the heat and moisture coupling transfer of building envelope with multilayer composition in the cold serious area Harbin, China was simulated. The freezing of liquid moisture in exterior envelope was considered. It is concluded that the moisture performance changes during initial drying often account for a significant fraction of the overall load and have notable effect on the building energy consumption. The energy consumption of the new building was significantly high in the first few years, especially in the first year. The energy consumption in the first year is 4.0% higher for the modeled room and 11.6% higher for the analyzed envelope as compared with that of the tenth year.

In this paper, we examine The Effect of the Strategic Information Systems (SIS) on the Achievement Competitive Advantages in the banks are introduced. The competitive advantage parameters such as differentiation, leader cost, innovation, growth, and alliances have been used. The effects of operations and properties of the (SIS) by management are introduced in order to identify the nature of the actual role which has an important role in the competitive position in the banks. The obtained results indicate that the general average of competitive indicators is the very good result dimension. However, there is a significant statistical positive relationship between the effectiveness operations processes and effective properties of the information systems on the differentiation, growth, and innovation in the banks through the entropy maximum general method. Activating the role of planning and guiding to raise the potential and capabilities of the banks are frequently used through the adoption of the competitive indicator. In addition, it must be deal with the information as a major resource through the information revolution in the banks.

To calculate the steam turbine exhaust enthalpy, this paper proposes a soft sensor method by using the support vector machine regression (SVR). The proposed method is based on the following three-step strategy. Firstly, main factors, influencing on the last stage group efficiency, were discovered through mechanism analysis. Secondly, based on the designed sample data, the support vector machine regression is used to establish the functional relationship between the exhaust enthalpy and these main factors. To identify the parameters involved in the SVR, the genetic algorithm (GA) is taken as the optimizer. Finally, some experimental sample data collected from a 600MW unit are used to validate the established soft sensor model. The results show that the proposed method has high prediction accuracy, by comparing with thermal test data.
