Non hemorrhagic stroke is blocked by a blood clot or narrowing of an artery that leads to the brain, possibly also impaired oxygen transfer, resulting in decreased cerebral perfusion. When ROM was done exercise, it can show changes in oxygen saturation. The Purpose of this research to know influence of passive ROM towards changes of oxygen saturation in non hemorrhagic stroke patients in the Sandat Room of RSUD Buleleng. The research design was pre-experiment with one group pre-post test design with 22 respondents selected by using purposive sampling technique with inclusion criteria and sample exclusion. Data collection was done through oxygen saturation change observation sheet. This research used parametric with paired dependet t-test with significant level p = 0,05. The result shows that oxygen saturation change prior to Range Of Motion (ROM) was given by passive oxygen saturation value 90,64% and after passive ROM treatment of oxygen saturation change to 96,09%. Parametric test result using paired dependent t-test obtained p= value pre and post (0,000) p value (0,05), meaning H0 rejected and Ha accepted. So can be conclude that there is influence of passive Range Of Motion (ROM) towards changes of oxygen saturation in non hemorrhagic stroke patients in the Sandat Room of RSUD Buleleng.

Labor pain is something that is commonly felt by pregnant women just before the birth process. But if it is not treated with proper pain management, it will cause problems, one of which is the emergence of anxiety, stress, and feelings of worry. For this reason, it is necessary to have labor pain management, one of which is with Effleurage Massage. The study aimed to determine the effect of Effleurage Massage on Labor Pain during the Active Phase I in the Independent Midwife Practice (PMB) in Hasna Dewi, Pekanbaru City. This type of research is pre-experimental with two group pretest and posttest designs. The time of research was carried out in August-November 2022. The sample in this study was 10 respondents using a total sampling technique. The research instrument used a Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) questionnaire. Univariate and bivariate data analysis. Univariate results showed pain before being given effleurage massage moderate pain with a percentage of 90.0%. pain after being given effleurage massage pain decreased to mild pain with a percentage of 90.0%. The results of the Wilcoxon Rank Test showed that there was an effect of effleurage massage on pain in the active phase of the first stage of labor with a P value of 0.002 <0.05. The conclusion is that there is an effect of effleurage massage on pain in the first active phase of labor. It is recommended for health workers to be able to use effleurage massage to reduce pain in the active phase of labor during the first stage.

The COVID-19 pandemic has made some of the activities carried out differently than before the pandemic. The handling and treatment of COVID-19 are inseparable from the contribution of healthcare facilities and hospitals. The physical distancing recommendation to prevent the transmission of the COVID-19 virus that supports patient care has made the food service management in hospitals – especially food distribution – undergo several modifications. The purpose of this study was to analyze the differences in the food distribution process at the Nutrition Installation of Tugurejo Regional General Hospital Semarang before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. This descriptive study used observational methods and online interviews using structured questions. Data related to the food distribution process before and during the pandemic was acquired through interviews with the Head of Research and Development of the Nutrition Installation of Tugurejo Regional General Hospital Semarang, while observation was only done during the pandemic. There were differences in the food distribution system before and after the pandemic at the Nutrition Installation of Tugurejo Regional General Hospital Semarang related to the Bed Occupancy Rate (BOR), nutritional service classes, distribution processes, food distribution time, places to eat (food serving media), hygiene and sanitation, as well as measuring food acceptance. The food service management focused on providing the best services of patient care before the pandemic; and highlighted the importance of physical distancing, sanitation, and hygiene during the pandemic. Understanding the changes needed in food distribution services at the hospital during the COVID-19 pandemic will give insights into the approach to improve patient care and prevent the transmission of the COVID-19 virus.

Stunting is a condition where the length or height is less when compared to age. This condition is measured by length or height minus two standard deviations of the WHO child growth standard median. The quality of adolescent health is the key to preventing stunting. Adolescents need to know stunting to prevent stunting cases in the next generation; knowledge can be increased through suitable media. This study aims to determine the level of knowledge of adolescents about stunting between groups with prior knowledge interventions and after being given educational videos from the health office. This research was conducted in March – December 2022. The research design used in this study was quantitative with a Groups Pretest- Posttest Design approach. The sampling technique was Quasi-Experiment with a population of 170 people with a sample of 85 people using the Random Sampling method taken from students with an even number of absences. Student knowledge. The data analysis technique is used to test the instrument's validity and reliability. The data analysis used was univariate analysis with the characteristics of the respondents at the focus of gender and level of knowledge with the influence of the research focus. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the group with the educational video intervention made by the team was compared to their level of knowledge. There is no low category for posttest results, and the results show the excellent category in 58 respondents at 68.2%. Therefore, it can be concluded that the effectiveness of the team's educational video produced a better level of knowledge in respondents during the posttest.

Rampant caries is a multifactorial disease that interacts with each other. Factors in the incidence of dental caries include factors from food, oral hygiene, and habits that are not in accordance with health such as eating food and feeding through bottles. In addition, parents' misunderstanding of the causes of caries, such as using milk, further exacerbates the occurrence of rampant caries in children. This study aims to determine the relationship between mother's behavior regarding bottle feeding with rampant caries in TK Negeri 7 Sabang City. This research is analytic with cross-sectional approach. Sampling used total sampling, namely all 45 children of TK Negeri 7 Sabang City and their mothers as respondents, by conducting dental examinations on children and interviews with mothers. The research instrument used a diagnostic set and a questionnaire. The results of the study were tested statistically using the SPSS program with a chi-square test (a = 0.05). It can be concluded that there is a relationship between mother's behavior about bottle feeding and rampant caries in TK Negeri 7 Sabang City. It is recommended to further improve good behavior towards children when giving bottle milk to avoid rampant caries.
