Websites have become one of the important mediums in today's society. The role of websites in dissemination of information, especially information related to religion has expanded widely for the purpose of communication and adding knowledge. For Muslims, da'wah through information technology is taking place in the form of teaching Islam to society by various agencies and individuals mainly through websites. However, the issue of trust in Islamic websites is still being debated until now among researchers. The question such as does the information shared on the Islamic website really gives accurate and true information about Islam, or does it give misleading information? Misleading information about Islam will have a negative impact especially for less knowledgeable and inexperienced users which can lead to false beliefs and teachings. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to identify the factors of trusted Islamic websites. The trusted factors are identified from previous studies done. The trusted factors are selected based on the importance and highest frequency. Four trusted factors of Islamic websites have been identified which are design, content, Islamic, and security. Based on the identified factors, a trusted Islamic website model has been proposed as a guideline.

In order to restrict the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, physical face-to-face learning sessions were switched to online learning mode. However, the effectiveness of online learning for a developing country such as Indonesia is constrained by its digital education readiness, especially financial support, infrastructure, culture, and skills. Therefore, this paper analyzes the effectiveness of online learning by progressive analysis of the gap between offline and online learning methods. The Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (Fuzzy-AHP) is applied to weigh the preferences of indicators set as criteria for measuring online learning efficacy. Meanwhile, Profile Matching is used to calculate the gap between both learning conditions during pre-and post-pandemic. The performance of fifty students at Faculty Economic and Social Universitas Islam Negeri Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau (FESUIN) was used as a case study. This paper revealed that students' grade point average (GPA) was the highest weighted criterion for student learning performance. It is followed by electricity resources, signal quality, learning-supported devices, and internet quotes. Thus, the value gap distinguished the potential of the face-to-face learning mode compared to online learning. The analysis shows that offline learning is the more effective learning method for this case.

The growth of information and communications technology (ICT) aides small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to communicate through digital interactive platforms (DIP). Although DIP facilitates SMEs for speedy business transactions as well as to obtain market information and build marketing strategies to gain competitive advantage, SMEs are open to risks and threats as the applications have no assurance to guarantee their data security and privacy. Also, the rapid development and changes in ICT raise the larger challenges of security and transparency. Thus, this study highlights the element of trust as the focal point for value co-creation (VCC) in the DIP and proposes a model for SME internationalisation. The model presents DIP with trust as the key moderator for SME speed internationalisation. Finally, this paper provides implications of the study and suggestions for future research directions.

To support current demanding customer need while adapting with new work norm after COVID-19 strike, digital services organizations need to redefine their strategy. They need to adopt CKM concept that can have an ability to flow information easily and smoothly between the organization and customer. On top of that, they can't afford any adoption failure, so they must ensure that their strategy is successfully implemented. However, there are lack of studies that come out with the CKM adoption and its enabling factors while delivering digital services. Hence, this research is aimed to identify factors to ensure organization’ strategy can be implemented successfully, and thus service quality can be enhanced and simultaneously will increase customer satisfaction. Extracted findings from literature review and further verified by an interview with the digital services expert shows that there are eleven enabling factors that have a beneficial effect on CKM adoption to enhance organization's service quality. The factors were categorized into three perspectives which are technological, organizational, and human factors.

Peer assessment is a type of assessment that allows students in taking their initiative to manage their study under the supervision of their peers to achieve the learning outcome. Students constantly need to reflect on themselves to understand the progress they made and what learning aspects they are currently lacking. As learning is a step-by-step process, therefore to achieve better consistency and learning experience, educational institutions are slowly transitioning summative learning to the combination of both formative and summative learning. Assessment is used to evaluate the progress of learning. However, existing peer assessment tool has limitation. It is unable to fit into all the use cases for different subjects. Moreover, the biasness of the instructor or peers has caused some of the students facing discrimination when doing the peer assessments. Integration of both formative and summative assessment into the peer assessment system could help instructors better understanding their students through feedback provided hence could improve learning strategies. In this paper, the authors proposed a web application, G-PAT, a peer assessment tool that enhances the flexibility of the template of the existing systems to cater different use cases. The SPA and SAPA factors from SPARKLUS are used in the calculation of performance and feedback of the students. The implementation results of G-PAT have shown that more than 90% of the students agree that the tool helps them to evaluate their performance and they are willing to continue to reuse it as their learning companion.

The Race towards digital transformation, many developed countries are prone to integrate cloud technology for improving their E-government services in delivering automated and efficient services to their citizens, especially in the critical period of Covid-19 pandemic. But developing countries are lagging in the presence of high failure rate of e-government projects and Libya is one of them which is unable to deliver efficient e-government services to all citizens. To fill this research gap, the current study proposes a model based on Trust theory and the Technology Organization Environment (TOE) framework for investigating the key factors in technology, environment, organization and trust perspectives. This is a position study that presents ongoing research. The study provides guidelines to adopt the cloud computing in Libyan government that would enhance the e-government services in terms of accessibility, efficacy and transparency as well as allowing overall public engagement in entire government procedures.

At the current stage, the complexity of digital threat has increased along with the exponential changes in the technology's advancement. Moreover, the infrastructure for technology continuously improves through the border of security measures well beyond controls of the organization. To resolve this concern, assessment of cybersecurity maturity on dashboard is proposed to facilitate cybersecurity implementation plan and make it easier for organization to improve their cybersecurity through visual cues. This article aims to study the Technology Acceptance Model on the acceptance of Maturity Dashboard and examine the proposed research model framework. Through the adaptation of TAM based questionnaire of Visual Dashboard for Cybersecurity Maturity, the research will be able to gauge the proper visualization dashboard design suitable for employees in MNC companies of ICT industry and thence, comes up with a visualization dashboard which caters to the requirements specified by the employees.

Throughout unprecedented events such as flooding, it is important to stay connected and engaged with one another. There is an increasing trend of flooding occurrences in Klang Valley to date. However, the study of risk communication for flood management, specifically in the region is scarce. Thus, this paper examines the current communication arrangement in the flood management system in Klang Valley, Malaysia which involve various parties; the government, agencies, local authorities and the community. This study aims to explore the usage of social media (SM) as risk communication tool that could be used to maintain engagement within all the participants. Subsequently, elements derived from previous literatures were used in this qualitative study entailing semistructured interviews involving three key informants to unveil the actual issues and barriers for SM usage in flood management. Further, Likert scale questionnaires were used to identify the usability of several SM platforms in flood management. Our main finding highlighted the importance of collaboration and communication using SM in flood management as this can engage the chain of key persons. Thus, this study reveals the relevance of considering SM as a risk communication tool for flood management, where it fits the role as a communication vehicle during all phases of flood management. Results obtained from this study can be used for further work related to social media and flood management.
