The sweetness of sugar is not always as sweet as the fate of sugarcane farmers. The high price of sugar does not necessarily make the farmers also get high income. This is due to the absence of a definite benchmark price of sugarcane. Most of our sugarcane farmers adhere to the pattern of sugarcane planting in partnership with a sugar factory. The price of sugarcane is determined by the factory based on its yield, the higher the yield, the higher the price of sugarcane. Most of sugarcane farmers in Keling village, Kepung sub-district, Kediri district, apply a partnership pattern with the factory. This partnership pattern is in the form of revenue sharing from processed sugarcane. The average percentage for the results is 70-30, which means that from the results of processing sugarcane, farmers get 70% and 30% factory. Theoretically, the partnership pattern greatly benefits sugarcane farmers. However, it turns out that there are still many farmers who have not enjoyed the benefits of this pattern. Meanwhile, several sugarcane farmers in the Kandat sub-district of Kediri district, many of which have processed their own sugar into sugar. According to them, by processing their own sugar, instead of increasing income, they can also open jobs for local residents and the waste can be used as fuel and compost. As a consequence, we will try to provide training in making sugarcane for sugarcane farmers in Keling village so that they can process their own sugarcane to increases their income, and as a model is sugarcane farmers in Kandat subdistrict.

The hoax is a global issue that must be face by many countries today. Hoaxes does not recognize the condition of a country whether the country is developed, developing or least developed country. As long as a country is connected by an Internet network and have many users on social media, hoax issues are inevitable, this condition brought many countries to the same level playing field with different set of readiness. The urgency to address hoax issues, has led this paper to examine the effectiveness of regulation as a safety fence to regulate informational rights. In so, arising basic question about what is hoax, and how to regulate it? The aim of this research is to analyzeregulation regarding hoax. This research is using doctrinal method with conceptual, theoretical, and comparative approaches. We found some of interesting funding, such as: terminology discourse, policy approach, and influenced factors as an actor of information diffusions. As the environment has many big problems in Jakarta as the capital city, Binus University took part with a project called „environmental awareness socialization‟ performed by students who studied CB-Spiritual Development subject (Binusian 2017) with raising their environmental awareness as one of the major project‟s objective. They were doing the project using the SECI Model by Nonaka [1] whilst their environmental awareness was assessed pre and post the project. This research‟ objective is to find the correlation between the performance of SECI Model implementation and the raising of Environmental Awareness post project using the quantitative method with 138 students as the research subjects with the data collection technique of questionnaire distribution. The questionnaire results are analyzed through a correlative analysis. The research results showed that there was a positive correlation between the implementation of the SECI Model and the environmental awareness behavior of the students.

Indonesia has ratified the international convention on General Agreement of Tariff and Trade (GATT) in the Customs Law. The ratification includes the transplantation of applying strict compliance rule which requires every importer to declare each imported goods entered into the customs territory. This application is aimed at achieving the justice aspect in customs. This means that everybody engaging in customs activities is treated equally in similar terms and conditions. So, it can create a good social system. However, the regulation of strict compliance rule in Indonesia Customs Law is not clear and not concise that makes it subject to hiding the origin of the goods through wrong and falsified Customs and Excise Declaration. This is certainly dangerous and detrimental to the country economy both the country of the goods origin and the country of importer. Uncertainty and vagueness of the Customs Law relating to the application of strict compliance rule can also be seen from the absence of measurement to determine falsified condition of customs and excise declaration.

The extent of Indonesia's mangrove conditions both qualitatively and quantitatively continues to decline from year to year. The increase in the number of industries and settlements requires the opening of new lands. To be able to meet these needs, the area of mangrove forests on the coast often experience land conversion. In order to protect further damage to mangrove forests, conservation and rehabilitation efforts are needed that involve the community actively. This study aims to identify changes in the area of mangrove forest on the southern coast of Sumenep Madura Regency. Then the research was continued with community service activities through planting seeds and training on the use of mangrove fruits. The satellite image used in this study was 2002 Landsat 7 and Landsat 8 imagery in 2017. The analysis was carried out with image composites followed by the supervised classification method. The results showed that there was a decrease in the mangrove forest area of 95.75 ha in the period 2002-2017. Furthermore, the activity continued with community service through the planting of 3000 mangrove seedlings and training on the use of mangrove resources.

The purpose of Community Service is to innovate products, in order to produce new products which usable by small and medium entrepreneurs to increase their income. Additionally, community service provides an alternative marketing path for effective and innovative packaging. The method applied in the community program is using an approach method that involves all members of the SME group actively which resulted in the beneficial program. The target of this activity is to develop a technology for making Aceh embroidery bags into suitcases and fabrics using Acehnese calligraphy. Thus, current production is only producing the backpacks, handbags, and sling bags. Therefore we need product innovation to increase the selling value of this Aceh embroidery bag. Moreover, these programs also desire to have a positive impact on increasing community income. The appropriate and efficient production system will support bag embroidery entrepreneurs to sustain and expand their business along with the increasing demand for these embroidery bags. The result of this community service was the formation of new products in the form of suitcases and mukena fabrics with various embroidery of Acehnese calligraphy. Then, another target is to the expansion of marketing and promotion in order to increase the income of the entrepreneurs.

The mental block is a negative belief (harmful thought program) that works at the subconscious level so that unwittingly this program sabotages all the potential on someone. This sabotage mentally/ psychologically works to cover one's mind. It can arise from someone's wrong thoughts about the actual abilities that person has. The entrepreneurial spirit of an entrepreneur or prospective entrepreneur can be dissolved because of a mental block. Therefore, the purpose of these community empowerment activities is as follows: 1) Participants can understand and be able to let go of existing mental blocks/limiting beliefs, and 2) Participants have an entrepreneurial spirit with a mindset that they will become "Success Entrepreneurs." The results of the implementation of community empowerment activities are in line with the expected targets, with the emergence of the enthusiasm of entrepreneurship of the participants. The rise of the spirit of entrepreneurship occurs because of the releasing of mental blocks that have been sabotaging their mindset. It is indicated by the entrepreneurial spirit participants' total score of 311 (78% of those targeted) and an increase in belief test scores (54% to 81% of expectations).

Personal behavioural generated data are a special problematic of the Data Protection Law as they arise directly out of the intimate sphere of the individual by using smart devices in the daily life. The new General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union is aiming to protect personal data in an administrative way. However, the Basic Regulation is not reacting adequately to the growing integrating connection between person and machine. The development of Internet of Things (IoT) and Wearable Computing (WC) needs private law instruments such as contractual models or IP licensing models to give to the individual the sovereignty over his own personal data.
