The educational tendency in Indonesia to equalize intelligence standards between students through formal tests can kill students' potential intelligence, interests and talents. Minimal awareness of the concept of multiple intelligences (multiple intelligences) educational institutions in Indonesia need more innovative solutions so that efforts to improve the quality of education can be more optimized. The MIR program innovation initiated by Munif Chatib is the right solution so that the concept of different student intelligence can be understood and appreciated as a basis for determining methods and styles in learning activities. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research with a case study type of research (case study). The data collection technique used is an in-depth interview (indepth interview), participatory observation and documentation processed using Miles, Huberman and Saldana's interactive model data analysis technique which consists of four stages in the form of data collection, data condensation, data presentation and data verification. The location of this research was carried out at SD Immersion Ponorogo as a school with branding inclusion. This research aims to analyze the process of spreading MIR program innovation so that it can become a new breakthrough in the world of education to better appreciate and develop students' various intelligences. The research results show that the process of spreading innovation is carried out in line with Everett M Roger's theory of innovation diffusion which consists of innovation, communication channels, time period and social systems as an effective and efficient dissemination strategy. The MIR program is used as a reference for teachers in determining students' learning styles and models at Immersion Elementary School according to their multiple intelligences more effectively and efficiently. The learning styles used include: storry telling, brainstorming, tape recording, journal writing, fieldtrip, and project based learning.

Currently there are many social conflicts that arise due to differences in religion and belief. Therefore it is important for government agencies to make a breakthrough program to deal with these situations and conditions. One of the programs that has been implemented is the religious moderation program that has been echoed by the Indonesian Ministry of Religion since 2016. This research aims to dig deeper regarding the religious moderation policy in Indonesia that has been implemented by the Indonesian Ministry of Religion, especially in the field of education. By using the literature study research method, the results of the research show that as a multicultural country, Indonesia has a variety of ethnicities, cultures and religions, so that this diversity has the potential to create conflict between ethnic, cultural and even religious groups. Therefore, mainstreaming religious moderation appears as an alternative to establishing peace between people in diversity. Religious moderation education policies are carried out in the framework of maintaining inter-religious harmony in Indonesia with the main objective of reducing intolerance, religious fanaticism and extremism that can threaten social stability and national security. In the context of globalization and technological advances, religious moderation education can help students understand the role of religion in modern life and how to develop positive values ??from religion.

This paper examines managing religious moderation education by strengthening religious symbols, namely songkok, with NU logic. This study aimed to analyze how the use of symbols on the NU skullcap can shape the personality of SD Islamiyah Magetan students in forming an understanding of religious moderation from the perspective of Peter L. Berger's social construction theory. How can symbols convey messages about religious moderation as a form of planting moderate Islam and identity formation? This symbol has several functions, such as describing something as well as a form of conveying an implied message. Therefore, to analyze it using the social construction theory approach of Peter L. Berger. From the results of the reading, it can be concluded: First, the implementation of the regulation on wearing the NU songkok at SD Islamiyah Mageran is outlined in a regulation that enforces every male student to wear the NU songkok. Second, Sonkok NU can become an identity and have moderate Islamic values ??found in the relationship between moderate Islamic values ??of NU ideas such as tawasuth, tawazun, tasamuh, and ta’adul, which have an impact on their use in everyday life. Third, Religious Moderation Education through Sonkok NU as a moderate Islamic identity from the perspective of Peter L Berger's sociological theory of knowledge is through a process of externalization, objectivation, and internalization.
