This article looks at the use of the Al-Qur'an memorization method at MI Al-Kautsar Ponorogo. The purpose of this study was used to analyze how the method of memorizing the Al-Qur'an at MI Al-Kautsar Ponorogo was selected at the level of child intelligence. Therefore, to analyze it with field analysis and use a theoretical approach to child intelligence. From the results of the reading, it can be concluded: first, the sima'i method is by the ability to memorize the Al-Qur'an in low-grade children who still need more concentration. Where the teacher reads the verses, that will be memorized slowly and the child follows the reading, and so on. so that the child can memorize the letters in the Qur'an. Second, the use of the tallaqi method or technique is by the abilities of high-class children, where the ability and readiness to concentrate are more prepared and have a good memory. This is evidenced by the number of memorizations tends to be more.

The professionalism of teaching staff is very closely related to the quality of education, because the learning process as the core of education will depend heavily on professional teaching staff and the quality of learning outcomes is the spearhead of the quality of education. In this study the discussion will focus on the coaching carried out by the head of the Nganjuk MAN 1 madrasah in increasing teacher professionalism. It is hoped that with the development of professionalism for teachers, it can improve the quality of learning in a good class. The data collection technique used in writing this article is a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. This article is reviewed with the hope that it will be able to provide comprehensive facts about the importance of fostering teacher professionalism in improving the quality of learning.

Pesantren adalah salah satu lembaga pendidikan di Indonesia, biasanya dalam pesantren dipimpin oleh seorang Kyai tetapi ada beberapa pesantren yang dipimpin oleh seorang Nyai. Hal ini biasanya terjadi karena Kyai dari pondok pesantren tersebut meninggal, sehingga biasnya kepemimpinan berpindah ke tangan Nyai, atau istri dari Kyai tersebut. Kepemimpinan seorang Nyai tidak jauh berbeda dengan kepemimpinan Kyai, karena mereka adalah orang yang ditetuakan dan pastinya ditaati perintah dan perkataannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepemimpinan Nyai melalui perspektif 9C yang merupakan faktor-faktor kepemimpinan dalam Islam. Penelitian ini juga membahas perbedaan kepemimpinan seorang Nyai dibanding Kyai dalam pondok pesantren, salah satunya dalam pendidikan moderat. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif yang mengambil sumber datanya dari observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan kepemimpinan Nyai lebih fleksibel, tetapi tetap tegas, beliau biasanya memberikan wejangan secara tidak langsung, seperti melalui pengurus pondok pesantren. Dalam mengajarkan pendidikan moderat seorang Nyai mengimplementasikan ajaran agama melalui paham Ahlussunnah wal Jama?ah dan juga memberikan contoh untuk bersikap rendah hati, berpikir rasional, dan saling menghargai yang diimplementasikan dalam 4 hal yaitu: Komitmen kebangsaan, toleransi, anti kekerasan dan akomodatif terhadap tradisi lokal. In this modern era, education is an important means of producing a competent society for the 21st century. This study uses content analysis in several Islamic Religious Education journals published in Indonesia in 2010-2022. This study aims to collect information related to Islamic education learning innovations in Indonesia. This research study uses the principle of content analysis by focusing on findings from various studies that have been published in scientific journals in Indonesia. This research method uses literature study. The data source for this research was collected from the results of content analysis of Islamic Religious Education articles. All articles were taken from the Journal of Islamic Religious Education which was registered on the Science and Technology Index (SINTA) in July 2022. The trend found was an increase starting in the last four years. Among the hundreds of published studies, it was found that quantitative research was the most common. Grade VIII students were the most research subjects chosen by the researchers. PBL is a treatment that has been extensively researched in Islamic education learning innovation research. Effective leadership is needed in order to be able to bring about significant changes in (Islamic) educational institutions in order to improve the quality of their services. One of them is transformational leadership initiated by Bernard M. Bass which is still popular today and continues to be developed and applied to Islamic educational institutions. The results of a search through literature research show that: 1) Transformational leadership inspires followers to commit to the vision and goals of the organization, provides challenges to become innovative problem solvers, and develops the capacity of followers through coaching, guidance, and providing challenges and support; 2) Components of transformational leadership: Idealized Influence (II), Inspirational Motivation (IM), Intellectual Stimulation (IS), and Individualized Consideration (IC); 3) The effectiveness of transformational leadership: increasing creativity, overcoming stress/crisis, implementing change, and developing leaders; 4) Criticism of transformational leadership theory: (a) it is elitist and anti-democratic, and places too much emphasis on the 'heroic' aspect of leadership; (b) has the potential to be abused; (c) personality traits or personal tendencies that may be difficult to change; (d) lack of conceptual clarity regarding the various components of transformational leadership; and (e) the lack of specification of transformational leaders influence followers and under what conditions emerge and are effective; 5) The ability of school/madrasah principals to properly implement Bernard M. Bass's transformational leadership theory through his 4I’s in an Islamic educational institution, will be able to improve the quality of education and make schools/madrasas effective. Seiring berkembangnya budaya literasi, literasi sains hadir membantu individu menemukan solusi terbaik atas permasalahan kehidupan yang semakin kian kompleks. Literasi sains yang dimanifestasikan melalui menulis karya ilmiah perlu dibudayakan kepada peserta didik untuk menumbuhkan daya berpikir kritis agar peserta didik terbiasa dan siap dalam menghadapi permasalahan di masa mendatang. Berawal dari asumsi tersebut penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap praktik pengelolaan budaya literasi sains di Madrasah Aliyah Darul Huda Tonatan Ponorogo mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi budaya literasi sains. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Data diambil dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis dengan menggunakan konsep dari Miles dan Huberman yang terdiri dari kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkap bahwa: 1) perencanaan literasi sains dilakukan dengan cara menentukan tujuan serta memenuhi komponen pendukung bagi terlaksananya literasi sains; 2) pelaksanaan literasi sains diawali dengan sosialisasi program literasi, pelibatan stakeholder internal madrasah, serta menjalin komunikasi dengan orang tua peserta didik; 3) evaluasi literasi sains dilakukan pada dua aspek yaitu evaluasi progres penulisan karya ilmiah, dan evaluasi pada fasilitas pendukung literasi sains. Perkembangan manajemen yang begitu dahsyat era modern ini, berawal dari perubahan paradigma manajemen tradisional menuju manajemen modern yang berbasis pengetahuan. Paradigma baru itu kemudian dibawa pada ranah manajemen lembaga pendidikan Islam. Ada tiga tingkatan dalam perencanaan strategik. Pertama ialah menetapkan strategi tingkat korporat, kedua bagaimana unit bisnis mengembangkan strategi dan ketiga strategi operasional. Objek dalam penelitian ini yaitu UIN SATU Tulungagung karena mempunyai keunikan mengembangkan unit bisnis. Penelitian ini ingin menggali sisi kosong mengenai strategi unit bisnis yang dikembangkan oleh UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah (SATU) Tulungagung di level fakultas dan Badan Layanan Umum. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, jenis studi lapangan (field research) dengan meminjam teori strategi generic dari Porter. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan: 1) Strategi unit bisnis untuk meningkatkan daya saing lembaga yaitu dengan mengembangkan BLU dan empat Fakultas yang ada di UIN SATU Tulungagung 2). Dalam perguruan tinggi Islam istilah hierarki strategi bertransformasi menjadi strategi institusional, strategi fakultas, dan strategi jurusan. 3). Strategi Unit Bisnis di UIN SATU Tulungagung menggunakan empat strategi generik, yakni: Strategi Kepemimpinan Biaya, Strategi Fokus–Biaya Rendah, Strategi diferensiasi dan Strategi Fokus, yang diterapkan oleh masing-masing Fakultas dan Badan Layanan Umum. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya mengembangkan strategi unit bisnis pada lembaga pendidikan yang menggunakan BLU. Kata Kunci: Bussines Unit Strategies, Manajemen Strategik, Daya Saing

Paradigma baru itu kemudian dibawa pada ranah manajemen lembaga pendidikan Islam. Ada tiga tingkatan dalam perencanaan strategik. Pertama ialah menetapkan strategi tingkat korporat, kedua bagaimana unit bisnis mengembangkan strategi dan ketiga strategi operasional. Objek dalam penelitian ini yaitu UIN SATU Tulungagung karena mempunyai keunikan mengembangkan unit bisnis. Penelitian ini ingin menggali sisi kosong mengenai strategi unit bisnis yang dikembangkan oleh UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah (SATU) Tulungagung di level fakultas dan Badan Layanan Umum. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, jenis studi lapangan (field research) dengan meminjam teori strategi generic dari Porter. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan: 1) Strategi unit bisnis untuk meningkatkan daya saing lembaga yaitu dengan mengembangkan BLU dan empat Fakultas yang ada di UIN SATU Tulungagung 2). Dalam perguruan tinggi Islam istilah hierarki strategi bertransformasi menjadi strategi institusional, strategi fakultas, dan strategi jurusan. 3). Strategi Unit Bisnis di UIN SATU Tulungagung menggunakan empat strategi generik, yakni: Strategi Kepemimpinan Biaya, Strategi Fokus–Biaya Rendah, Strategi diferensiasi dan Strategi Fokus, yang diterapkan oleh masing-masing Fakultas dan Badan Layanan Umum. Pendidikan yang berkualitas tentunya banyak aspek yang harus dipersiapkan, salah satunya adalah kurikulum, kurikulum merupakan cara kongkrit yang harus dipersiapkan secara matang agar terciptanya pendidikan yang berkualitas. Saat ini ada beberapa lembaga pendidikan yang mengembangkan dan memaksimalkan kurikulum berbasis potensi-potensi peserta didik, salah satunya dengan kurikulum Sistem Kredit Semester (SKS). Fokus penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi kurikulum SKS dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles Huberman dan Saldana. Hasil penelitian ini: pertama, perencanaan kurikulum SKS yakni dengan mengadakan rapat bersama sumberdaya manusia yang ada di sekolah kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pengajuan proposal kegiatan workshop. Kedua, Pengorganisasian kurikulum SKS dengan membentuk tim pengembangan SKS dipilih berdasarkan musyawarah bersama. Ketiga, Pelaksanaan kurikulum SKS pihak madrasah mensosialisasikan kepada siswa dan orang tua siswa. Dan dalam penerapannya di kelas, menggunakan model klasikal heterogen. Ke empat, Evaluasi kurikulum SKS yaitu, evaluasi di kelas seperti penilaian ujian serta melalui rapot. Evaluasi pengelolaan kurikulum SKS dengan mengadakan rapat dengan departemen agama dan widyaswara terkait SKS dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Kendala yaitu, guru dan siswa SKS dua tahun harus bekerja ekstra, letak lokasi madrasah tidak strategis. KataKunci : Manajemen, kurikulum, Sistem Kredit Semester, Mutu Pendidikan

The demand for article publication among students has intensified in various universities. However, these demands lead to plagiarism behavior, so journalistic ethics education at the beginning of college entry needs to be socialized early. This research is the result of field research. Analysis of research data from interviews, observations, and documentation with the reduction, display, and verification stages. Journalistic fiqh, as the ethical basis for students of the Miftahul Ulum Lumajang Syari'ah College of Sciences, carries out ethical principles based on Islamic teachings; among others, in carrying out journalistic duties and publishing articles, they should convey information based on facts that can be confirmed, because if they manipulate research results It is the same as guarding against spreading false news or hoaxes, so that provoked parties to appear, and more importantly, not accessing pornographic websites and not using social media to sell prohibited items. Early childhood education (PAUD) is an important stage for a child's early development. PAUD has a goal to facilitate the growth and development of children in a more measurable and comprehensive manner. A conducive environment in PAUD institutions has a positive impact on children's development. There are various kinds of learning models in early childhood, one of which is the center learning model and circle time (Beyond Centers and Circle Time/BCCT). The center learning model and the circle time or commonly referred to as the center model, is a model for implementing PAUD that focuses on children, which in the learning process is centered in the play center and uses four types of footings to support children's development. Therefore, in learning centers it is necessary to prepare for a center class and various equipment that supports learning activities in each center class. This study aims to explore in greater depth the implementation of the center-based PAUD learning model and circle time. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. Data obtained from interviews, observations, documentation and supported by various references related to the learning center model. The results show that the learning center model is one of the learning models that can increase student activity in learning activities, as well as improve various aspects of child development, including aspects of religious and moral values, physical-motor, cognitive, language, social-emotional, and artistic aspects.
