This article presents the High Pressure Consolidation System (HPСS) and a new experimental method for studying sand behavior in weak sandstone reservoirs. Under laboratory conditions, geostress conditions during the process of rock sedimentation, perforation, and sand production were replicated using a large artificial sample. A comprehensive investigation of sand production phenomena was conducted, where rock and pore pressures were fully controlled throughout the experiment using a computer. The HPCS also allows the study of single-phase and multiphase flow behavior in porous media at realistic reservoir pressures to model various well exploitation scenarios, such as implementing different depletion factors and water-oil ratios.

Lumping methods for oil components require a more detailed approach to refine the description of fluids in an oil production area. These methods allow you to gradually increase the dynamics of the behavior of hydrocarbon deposits and increase their reserves. To date, the lumping method is relevant as an attractive way to spend on reservoir compositional modeling. The authors of the article describe PVT-calculations that have been developed for many years of illness, in the treatment of diseases of the cardiovascular system. They explain the approaches of different lumping methods. This article discusses different types of lumping methods such as classical, statistical, and machine learning based lumping.

The main problem at the oil and gas field is hard-to-recover reserves. The article discusses promising modern methods of increasing oil recovery. The analysis of widely used methods of extraction of hard-to-recover oil and gas reserves is carried out. The Mossbauer studies of the domestic natural mineral raw materials of proppants based on bauxite and aluminum oxides were carried out in order to study the structural and phase features of these materials. Proppants used in hydraulic fracturing to hold cracks play an important role in the oil and gas industry. The Moessbauer method is a powerful tool for studying the structure and electronic state of atoms in materials. It is based on the phenomenon of nuclear gamma resonance absorption and provides information about the chemical environment of the nucleus. In this study, proppants based on bauxite and aluminum oxides were used, which were subjected to a Mossbauer analysis.

Carbon monoxide-based synthesis is an extensive and promising branch of organic synthesis. The interest in this area is primarily due to the wide synthetic capabilities of C1 chemistry, as well as the gradual depletion of traditional sources of hydrocarbon raw materials and the rise in the cost of petroleum products. In this regard, the development of new processes based on alternative sources of raw materials is an urgent task.

Natural bitumen has long been used in road paving, but in recent years, the demand for it has decreased. However, the use of natural bitumen in the road surface is gaining popularity again. Natural bitumen has a high content of asphaltenes and a higher molecular weight compared to petroleum bitumen. For the purpose of promising application of natural bitumen as road construction materials, studies were conducted on the selection of compositions based on oil-bitumen rocks of the Karasyaz-Taspas deposit.

One of the main directions in improving drilling fluid formulations is the use of polymeric agents that enhance their technological properties by selecting the optimal concentration and assessing the conditions of their use with other components. To improve drilling efficiency, it is proposed to introduce drilling fluids based on xanthan gum and lignosulfonate polymer.

Water pollution by organic and inorganic compounds, heavy metals, dyes, radioactive and pharmaceutical compounds has a significant impact on its use. Globalization, structural changes, economic development around the world-all this contributes to the release of pollutants that cause water pollution. That is why wastewater treatment and recovery, removing pollutants from wastewater and wastewater, is one of the most important issues. This literature review examines the problems of water pollution, its sources and types of pollutants found in water, and also discusses purification methods, including methods of water purification from pollutants, in particular phenol, in the presence of nanocomposite catalysts. Recently, more and more attention has been paid to applied nanotechnology using magnetic and carbon nanocomposites due to the advantages of production cost, high surface area, pore volume and environmental sustainability. The literature review focuses on magnetic nanocomposite catalysts based on alternating and rare earth metals with advantages such as low cost of preparation for water disinfection, high surface area, pore volume and environmental resistance. Magnetic carbon nanocomposites usually demonstrate excellent adsorption characteristics of pollutants from aqueous solutions, therefore, the expansion of the use of nanotechnology in water purification is of great importance.

This article highlights the results of the assessment of the introduction of technologies in the process of designing and completing wells of an oil field in the Caspian region in Western Kazakhstan. The main results of calculations of hydraulic fracturing modeling methods for different propant permeabilities are indicated, the change in productivity in depth with different methods of hydraulic fracturing modeling is analyzed. A model has been created to analyze the sensitivity of hydraulic fracturing modeling. A new geological model of the deposit has been created, which takes into account the data of new wells drilled in 2019-2020, an updated petrophysical interpretation, an updated seismic interpretation and attribute analysis, an updated vision of the allocation of sand bodies of the reservoir. Comparative experimental dynamic calculations of hydraulic fracturing modeling methods using the EasyFrac plug-in and the HydroFrac well completion method have been carried out. Under the same initial conditions, the EasyFrac plug-in demonstrated the best possibility of liquid extraction, the pick-up of injection wells, and an earlier breakthrough of water into the producing well.

Magnetic survey is a geophysical method of solving geological problems based on the study of the Earth's magnetic response and the magnetic properties of rocks and minerals. The main task of magnetic survey is to determine the depth of the basement, trace major fault zones, types of fault tectonics, mapping in the section of intrusive massifs of different composition to determine the morphology and depth of objects.
